This study aims to analyze the effect of workload on employee performance at Palembang Sakinah Convection. The research method used is a quantitative method. Data collection techniques using research questionnaires. The total population is 48 employees and the sample used in the research using the purposive sampling method is employees in the production section of 40 respondents. Data were analyzed using simple linear regression analysis. The results of the study indicate that there is a negative and significant effect of workload on employee performance at the Palembang Sakinah Convection.

This study aims to determine the effect of the transformational leadership style on the work discipline of the state civil servants at the Department of Population and Civil Registration of the City of Palembang. The population in this study were ASN of the Department of Population and Civil Registration using saturated sampling so that the sample used was the entire population of ASN of the Department of Population and Civil Registration, totaling 70 respondents. The data obtained is primary data by distributing questionnaires. The analysis technique used is simple linear regression analysis. Based on the results of the hypothesis analysis (t test), it was concluded that the transformational leadership style had a positive and significant effect on the work discipline of the state civil servants at the Palembang City Population and Civil Registration Service. This study aims to find out how training influences the performance of human capital and general service department employees at PT Pamapersada Nusantara Site MTBU Tanjung Enim. The population in this study amounted to 40 employees, samples were taken as many as 40 employees with non-probability sampling technique. The data analysis technique used is simple linear regression analysis. The results showed that training had a positive and significant effect on employee performance in the human capital and general service departments at PT Pamapersada Nusantara Site MTBU Tanjung Enim. This study aims to determine the effect of monkey loads on employee job satisfaction at PT Sinar Musi Jaya Palembang. The population in this study are employees at PT Sinar Musi Jaya Palembang, totaling 57 people. This research uses saturation sampling technique. This study uses primary data obtained through questionnaires and analysis of simple linear regression analysis as a data analysis technique. This study aims to determine the direct effect of work environment and work culture on morale, the indirect effect of work environment and work culture on morale through Maybank Finance Sumatra Regional employees' work motivation as an intervening variable. Respondents in this study were taken using a census. The total population for filling out the questionnaire is 159 respondents. The data analysis technique used is the Structural Equation Model (SEM). The results of this study indicate that work environment and work culture have an effect on motivation, work motivation has a positive effect on morale, work motivation and work culture have a positive effect on morale, work environment has a positive influence on morale through motivation as an intervening variable, work culture has has a positive effect on the morale of Maybank Finance Regional Sumatra through work motivation as an intervening variable. This proves that work motivation is an intervening variable or a good intermediary variable for the influence of the work environment on morale. A comfortable and conducive work environment can influence employees to be more motivated in improving the quality and quantity of their performance to be more effective and efficient.

Usaha Mikro Kecil dan Menengah (UMKM) merupakan salah satu faktor ekonomi yang berpengaruh terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi nasional. Pada masa era tatanan baru, maka terjadi perubahan drastis pada tatanan yang ada dan telah terstruktur dengan baik. Hal ini memberi dampak pada terhambatnya aktivitas usaha termasuk UMKM. Tantangan bagi UMKM untuk tetap dapat bertahan dan terus berkembang, salah satunya dengan memahami dan menerapkan sistem manajemen keuangan. Pengelolaan keuangan melalui pembuatan laporan keuangan akan memberikan dampak positif bagi UMKM dalam mengoptimalisasikan usahanya di tengah pandemi. Pengabdian diselenggarakan di Kecamatan Ilir Barat II Kota Palembang. Kegiatan yang diselenggarakan berupa pendampingan penyusunan laporan keuangan bagi UMKM di Kecamatan Ilir Barat II Palembang. Kegiatan pengabdian berupa pembekalan teori dan penyusunan laporan keuangan sederhana. Pelaksanaan pengabdian ini memberikan manfaat yaitu: (1) memberikan informasi kepada pelaku UMKM akan manfaat menyusun anggaran usaha; (2) memberikan pemahaman perhitungan anggaran usaha serta laporan keuangan sederhana; (3) pelaku UMKM dapat memisahkan antara pengeluaran usaha dengan pengeluaran rumah tangga. Dampak (impact) dari kegiatan ini adalah menambah pengetahuan dan wawasan pelaku UMKM di Kecamatan Ilir Barat II Palembang mengenai perhitungan pelaporan keuangan yang baik dan tepat serta manfaatnya.

Kegiatan pelatihan pembuatan perizinan usaha melaui aplikasi Online Single Subsmission (OSS) bagi para pelaku UMKM di Desa Burai Kecamata Tanjung Batu, Kabupaten Ogan Ilir bertujuan agar para pelaku usaha di desa burai memiliki pengetahuan dan kemampuan dalam membuat NIB, menyadari pentingnya memiliki perizinan usaha serta untuk mempermudah mereka dalam mendapatkan akses permodalan dan mengembangkan usahanya. Metode pelaksanaan kegiatan dilakukan dalam bentuk penyuluhan (ceramah), tutorial dan diskusi interaktif. Pelaksanaan kegiatan pengabdian dilakukan secara offline dengan jumlah peserta sebanyak 20 UMKM. Hasil kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini menunjukkan adanya peningkatan pengetahuan dan kemampuan peserta dalam hal pembuatan perizinan usaha dalam bentuk NIB melalui aplikasi Online Single Subsmission (OSS), selain itu adanya peningkatan kesadaran dari para peserta tentang pentingnya memiliki perizinan usaha untuk meningkatkan akses permodalan dan mengembangkan usahanya. Berdasarkan hasil evaluasi, rata-rata capaian peserta atas kegiatan pelatihan ini berada diatas 85% yang menunjukkan bahwa terdapat peningkatan kemampuan dan pemahaman peserta mengenai pembuatan dan manfaat perizinan usaha terhadap peningkatan akses permodalan dan pengembangan usaha bagi para pelaku UMKM di Desa Burai.

Pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini dilaksanakan di Desa Burai, Ogan Ilir. Tema pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini adalah mengenai literasi keuangan dalam pengelolaan keuangan rumah tangga. Peserta kegiatan ini adalah warga Desa Burai, Ogan ilir yang berjumlah 25 Orang. Masyarakat kota Burai mayoritas berprofesi sebagai petani dan pedagang, dan status ekonominya tergolong rendah. Tingkat pendidikan rata-rata masyarakatnya sampai SMP. Berdasarkan hal tersebut, dipandang perlu untuk memberikan edukasi mengenai literasi keuangan. Edukasi dilakukan dengan metode presentasi dimana peserta mendengarkan materi kemudian melakukan diskusi dan sesi tanya jawab. Hasil edukasi menunjukkan bahwa warga desa Burai, Ogan ilir memiliki tingkat literasi yang rendah dalam pengelolaan keuangan rumah tangga. Hal ini dibuktikan dengan indikator seperti kepemilikan rekening bank, tabungan, pencatatan keuangan, dan perencanaan investasi.

The phenomenon of mutation, promotion, and job satisfaction that has been explained above, is believed to have an influence on the performance of auditors in the Financial and Development Supervisory Agency (BPKP). Efforts to improve BPKP performance will be greatly influenced by the performance of each employee. This study aims to determine the effect of mutation and promotion on employee performance in the BPKP Representative Office of South Sumatra Province, through job satisfaction as an intervening variable. In this study, the author uses a quantitative approach. The sample in this study were all Auditors at the BPKP Representative Office of South Sumatra Province, taken using a saturated/census sampling technique. Primary data collection in this study was through distributing questionnaires to all Auditors at the BPKP Representative Office of South Sumatra Province. The data collection technique in this study used a questionnaire. From the results of the study that have been described in the previous chapter, there are several conclusions, including mutation has a positive and significant effect on Job Satisfaction of BPKP Employees of the South Sumatra Province Representative Office. Promotion has a positive and significant effect on Job Satisfaction of BPKP Employees of the South Sumatra Province Representative Office. Mutation has a positive and significant effect on Auditor Performance of BPKP Employees of the South Sumatra Province Representative Office. Promotion has a positive and significant effect on Auditor Performance at BPKP Representative Office of South Sumatra Province. Job Satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on Auditor Performance at BPKP Representative Office of South Sumatra Province. Mutation has a positive and significant effect on Auditor Performance through Job Satisfaction at BPKP Representative Office of South Sumatra Province. Promotion has a positive and significant effect on Auditor Performance through Job Satisfaction at BPKP Representative Office of South Sumatra Province.

Penelitian ini bertujuan tesis ini adalah mendapatkan bukti empiris dengan menganalisa Pengaruh secara langsung pemberian tunjangan kinerja dan mutasi kerja terhadap kinerja Pegawai Negeri Polri Polda Sumsel. Pengaruh tidak langsung pemberian tunjangan kinerjadan mutasi kerja terhadap kinerja Pegawai Negeri pada Polri Polda Sumatera Selatanmelalui kepuasan kerja. Responden dalam penelitian ini diambil menggunakan sensus. Jumlah sampel untuk pengisian kuesioner sebanyak 389 responden.Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah SEM (Structural Equation Modelling).Hasil dari penelitian ini Tunjangan kinerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai, mutasi kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja, tunjangan kinerja berpengaruh tidak signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja, mutasi kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja, kepuasan kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai, kepuasan kerja tidak memediasi antara tunjangan kinerja terhadap kinerja pegawai, kepuasan kerja sebagai variabel mediasi antara mutasi kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai.
