Abstract

There is no relevance of the direct regional head election system to democracy in the perspective of the Pancasila philosophy. This is the conclusion of the study, measuring the level of relevance of the direct election system for regional heads with democracy in the perspective of the Pancasila philosophy. A reflection of Pancasila education learning in universities. The study analyzed as many as 763 students as respondents who were taking Pancasila Education courses. Analysis of the research ambiguity occurs, the implementation of the regional head election directly received the support of the wider community. However, the philosophy of Pancasila is not inherent in the existence of the essence of the values and norms of Pancasila, the fourth principle of Pancasila "Democracy Led by Wisdom  in Representative Deliberations" is philosophically relevant to indirect regional head elections (representative democracy). The negative impact can damage the nation's morale, because money politics often occurs during campaigns, the intention to return capital instantly, so that regional heads are prone to being entangled in corruption, and acts of anarchy often occur as a reaction to disappointment and dissatisfaction. It is recommended that if the democracy of direct regional head elections is still carried out, it is necessary to educate the public's political intelligence and strict law enforcement to handle cases of violations. Keywords: Pilkadasung, democracy, Pancasila philosophy

Abstract

The partner of community service activities is the Al-Khasyi’un Islamic Junior High School educational institution in Cipayung Subdistrict, Ciputat District, South Tanggerang City, Banten Province. The problem found is that the study of tax inclusion has not been implemented as a national program with integrated subjects. The solution needs to be socialized by conducting training activities for teachers. The goal is for teachers, after participating in socialization activities and training of trainers, to be able to transform their knowledge of tax inclusion in order to build a tax -aware culture from an early age. Methods of implementation, in the form of socialization and training of coaches, to train teachers to become coaches of integrated tax inclusion subjects. media tax inclusion learning materials as well as conducting socialization and training for teachers. Abstract

This research discusses the documentary film "Dirty Vote" which successfully shocked the world of politics in Indonesia. This research is qualitative research by producing descriptive data. Researchers use Zongdan Pan & Kosicki's Framing analysis to see how the reality of the issue of fraud in the 2024 Election is structured, told, written and emphasized in the construction of a documentary film. The conclusions obtained from this research can be divided into four major structures, including: (1) Syntactic Structure, the film Dirty Vote tells about democracy which cannot be interpreted as limited to the implementation of elections and tells about power being misused; (2) The structure of the script prepared in the film Dirty Vote starts from a vote survey which shows symptoms of transactional politics, political practices of retribution, violations of integrity pacts, mass mobilization efforts in GBK, cases of corruption in village funds, intimidation of village heads, misuse and increase of budget funds. significant social assistance ahead of the election, the non-neutrality of the President and State Apparatus, Bawaslu failing to supervise the election, various KPU violations and the controversial Constitutional Court decision; (3) Thematic structure, shown in the narrative where it is stated that this victory has been planned and arranged in a structured, systematic and massive manner over the last 10 years and is controlled by power holders who can move the state apparatus and budget; (4) Rhetorical structure, Dandhy as the director wants to emphasize Jokowi's expressions which are very different from the current situation, where all his children are involved in the world of politics. However, it should be remembered that this film has no influence on the results of the 2024 presidential election recapitulation by the KPU which stated that the Prabowo – Gibran pair received the most votes in Indonesia

Abstract

Sosialisasi digital marketing pada Usaha Mikro Kecil dan Menengah (UMKM) di Desa Rejomulyo bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kesadaran, pengetahuan, dan keterampilan pelaku usaha dalam memanfaatkan media digital sebagai strategi pemasaran. Kegiatan ini dilaksanakan pada tanggal 27 Agustus 2024, dengan metode penyuluhan dan pelatihan langsung yang mencakup penggunaan fitur WhatsApp Business, seperti katalog produk dan pesan otomatis. Hasil dari sosialisasi menunjukkan bahwa pemilik UMKM memperoleh pemahaman yang lebih baik tentang digital marketing dan mampu menerapkan strategi pemasaran yang efektif. Selain itu, peserta juga belajar tentang pentingnya analisis data untuk memahami perilaku konsumen dan mengoptimalkan kampanye pemasaran mereka. Dengan demikian, program ini diharapkan dapat meningkatkan daya saing UMKM di pasar yang lebih luas dan memperkuat hubungan dengan pelanggan.

Abstract

Problems often color the implementation of Hajj and Umrah in Indonesia, one of the actual issues that hit the Hajj and Umrah activities today is the phenomenon of the Indonesian people who like to selfie in front of the Kaaba or during the process of other worship activities. This study aims to look at the Hajj and Umrah guidance management strategies in Indonesia in implementing the Hajj and Umrah guidance functions. The method used as a blade in this study is a qualitative type with a phenomenological approach. The results of this study indicate that in order to improve the quality of the congregation, a strategy is needed in the form of pre-departure guidance, during activities, and after worship activities. This strategy can provide awareness to prospective pilgrims in understanding the meaning of each process of Hajj and Umrah activities which are carried out with full faith, piety, and humility in order to arrive at the mabrur goals of Hajj and Umrah. One of them is to become hajj and umrah pilgrims who are mabrur and avoid hedonism, materialism, and consumerism.

Abstract

Faraid science is a part of knowledge about religion that has not received attention in society. This educational activity is expected to be able to provide an understanding of the basic concept of conflict-prone inheritance distribution in society. The partners assisting this educational activity are the people of Metro City who are actively participating in the Payungi Entrepreneurial Islamic Boarding School program. This community is a representation of the people of Metro City who have been equipped with the basics of religious knowledge. The method of implementing community service uses lecture and practical methods. After the delivery of the basic material of Faraidh Science, a post test was carried out and an evaluation was made of the participants understanding. The result of this service activity is that the people of Metro City can understand the basic concepts of Faraidh Science and laws related to Islamic inheritance. In addition, the people of Metro City are able to map heirs and determine the share of inheritance within the family and are able to apply the technical division of inheritance internally.

Abstract

This study examines the supervision of food availability in Metro City based on the principles of food security and good governance. Food availability comprising national reserves, domestic production, and imports when necessary is a key pillar of food security. Employing a descriptive qualitative approach, data were gathered through semi-structured interviews, documentation, field observation, and literature review. Informants included food distributors, vendors, and local government officials. The findings reveal that weak accountability, lack of transparency and public participation, as well as poor coordination and infrastructure, hinder effective supervision. The principle of good governance is seen as essential for ensuring fairness and responsiveness in food management, while food security emphasizes availability, accessibility, utilization, and supply stability. Recommended strategies include regulatory reform, human resource capacity development, institutional coordination improvement, and community involvement in participatory monitoring, to build a resilient and inclusive local food system.

Abstract

Fenomena perang modern yang muncul sebagai kekuatan baru seiring berkembangnya teknologi informasi tidak hanya berbentuk serangan bersenjata melainkan perang pemikiran dan pembangunan opini. Perang yang berbentuk infiltrasi ke dalam suatu negara melalui berbagai aspek kehidupan mulai dari ekonomi, ideologi, politik, sosial budaya, agama, hukum dan pertahanan keamanan. Ancaman perang modern lebih dahsyat jika dibandingkan perang konvensional karena memiliki spektrum yang luas, dominasi koalisi global, melibatkan aktor negara dan aktor bukan negara untuk melemahkan kemampuan negara, mengancam potensi dan melemahkan kedaulatan. Negara harus siap dengan strategi untuk memperkuat pondasi keutuhan negara dengan penguasaan teknologi dan regulasi, menjaga persatuan dan kesatuan bangsa serta meningkatkan keadilan sosial bagi seluruh masyarakat.

Abstract

This research provides a comprehensive picture of the experience of Mustika Bangsa Legal Aid Institute advocates in resolving inheritance land disputes. This paper focuses on the formulation of advocates' strategies, discussing the various rarities and approaches used by advocates to effectively resolve inheritance disputes. In contrast to previous studies, which mostly discuss the role of advocates, this study centers on the concept of strategies used by advocates in resolving inherited land disputes.  A strong and structured strategy is key to achieving the desired outcome in the legal process. This study uses qualitative research for the inquiry process in investigating scientific and humanitarian issues with different traditions. The qualitative design enabled the author to map texts that speak of advocates' strategies, disputes, and legacy landscapes experienced in the context of this study. The results of the study emphasize the importance of advocates' strategies in achieving desired outcomes in the legal process. The research shows that a well-planned strategy can significantly increase the effectiveness of resolving disputes, evidenced by the satisfaction of clients assisted by Mustika Bangsa Legal Aid Institute in Metro. Through this research, the author hopes to contribute to broader efforts to create effective and sustainable advocate strategies in inheritance dispute resolution
