Abstract

Purpose, - This study aims to provide an explanation of the implementation of product quality control carried out by Prabu Bakery.Design/methodology/approach - The research method used in this research is quantitative research. The unit of analysis in this research is the bread products produced by Prabu Bakery as many as 54,720 pieces of bread. The collected data were analyzed using the Statistical Quality Control (SQC) approach, the software used was Microsoft Excel 2016. Findings - The results of this study indicate that product quality control at Prabu Bakery has not been able to minimize failed products, so it requires training and development for URL products that fail at Prabu Bakery

Abstract

Tujuan, - Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana pengaruh hubungan antar manusia dan lingkungan kerja terhadap etos kerja karyawan Pada Dealer Sepeda Motor Honda Armada Tunas Jaya Palangka Raya. Desain/Methodologi/Pendekatan -  Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan Dealer Sepeda Motor Honda Armada Tunas Jaya Palangka Raya yang berjumlah 30 orang dengan teknik sensus. Temuan penelitian - Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa hubungan antar manusia berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap etos kerja karyawan, lingkungan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap etos kerja karyawan dan secara simultan hubungan antar manusia dan lingkungan kerja bepengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap etos kerja karyawan.

Abstract

Purpose - This study aims to obtain an aggregate planning strategy or alternativethat can be applied to the Mahakam Ice Crystal home industry and how much is thecost efficiency of the resulting production.Design/methodology/approach - The type of research used in this study isdescriptive analytical using a quantitative approach with the POM-QM for WindowsV5 analisis analysis tool.Findings - Based on the results of research and calculation of the total cost ofaggregate planning, Chase Strategy was chosen as a strategy or alternative foraggregate planning with the lowest production cost value of Rp. 97.371.000,- andcan streamline production costs by 17,3% of the total production costs of theMahakam Ice Crystal Home Industry.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh Keselamatan Kerja, Kesehatan Kerja, dan Lingkungan Kerja terhadap Produktivitas Karyawan PT. Asmin Bara Bronang Kabupaten Kapuas. Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh tingginya risiko kecelakaan kerja di sektor pertambangan batubara serta adanya inkonsistensi hasil penelitian terdahulu. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner yang disebarkan kepada 75 karyawan bagian lapangan dan diolah menggunakan metode Partial Least Square-Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) dengan teknik bootstrapping. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa seluruh hipotesis diterima, di mana Keselamatan Kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan dengan koefisien jalur sebesar 0,215, Kesehatan Kerja sebesar 0,307, dan Lingkungan Kerja sebesar 0,466 sebagai variabel paling dominan. Ketiga variabel tersebut secara bersama-sama mampu menjelaskan varians Produktivitas Karyawan sebesar 80,5%, yang dikategorikan memiliki daya prediksi kuat. Penelitian selanjutnya disarankan untuk mempertimbangkan variabel lain seperti motivasi kerja, kepemimpinan, dan kompensasi guna memperoleh gambaran yang lebih komprehensif.

Abstract

This study investigates the impact of digital marketing strategies social media marketing, content marketing, and influencer marketing on consumer behavior in emerging markets, with a focus on Sendys Swalayan in Palangka Raya City, Indonesia. As digital technology increasingly reshapes consumer engagement, businesses in developing regions must understand how strategic online efforts influence customer purchase decisions. Employing a quantitative approach, this study collected data from 44 respondents using structured Likert-scale questionnaires. The data were analyzed using SPSS software, including validity and reliability tests, Pearson correlation, and multiple linear regression. The findings show that all three digital marketing strategies significantly influence consumer purchase decisions, with content marketing having the strongest effect (β = 0.351, p < 0.01), followed by social media marketing (β = 0.284, p < 0.01), and influencer marketing (β = 0.194, p < 0.05). These results indicate that content relevancy and perceived value are key factors that drive consumer interest and action. The study also highlights the importance of authenticity and social interaction in digital spaces, confirming the relevance of theories such as the Elaboration Likelihood Model (ELM) and Source Credibility Theory. This research contributes to the limited literature on localized digital marketing in mid-sized Indonesian cities and offers practical recommendations for retailers aiming to optimize consumer engagement. The study suggests that businesses should prioritize informative, engaging content while leveraging social media and micro-influencer collaborations that align with local cultural values. These strategies are essential for enhancing brand awareness, building trust, and influencing consumer decision-making in the digital era.Keywords: Digital Marketing, Social Media, Content Marketing, Influencer, Consumer Behavior, Purchase Decision, Emerging Markets.
