Abstract

The style or method of a school principal in his capacity as a leader greatly influences the success of improving teacher performance. This study aims to determine the influence of the principal's leadership as a control system on school discipline. Supervision is one of the management functions. This activity is carried out to improve and assess the performance of teachers or other employees involved in the education process to ensure that these activities are carried out according to the plans that have been designed. The purpose of supervision is to measure and improve what has been planned can be achieved perfectly. This research uses field research methods, so that information data is collected from the results of field inspections. The approach used in this study is a qualitative approach, namely direct observation (observation) of the school environment, interviews about the school environment and learning about the school principal, as well as documenting the intended object. Therefore the data obtained in this study came from field data, interviews and archiving

Abstract

The background of this research is to look at developments at SMK N 1 Mojosongo which are progressing rapidly in terms of quality and quantity. Where this research is formulated from, how is the principal's leadership strategy, what strategy is used in improving learning achievement, and whether the strategy applied has had an effect on student achievement at SMK N 1 Mojosongo. With the aim of knowing the principal's leadership strategy, knowing the strategy used to improve learning achievement, and to find out the results of the influence of the strategy implemented at SMK N 1 Mojosongo. Researchers conducted research using qualitative research methods, which is something that cannot be measured or described. Thus, researchers collected data by conducting interviews with school principals, observing the school environment and taking notes or documentation. The results of the study show that the principal's leadership strategy at SMK N 1 Mojosongo is successful and has an effect on increasing student learning achievement both from an academic (theory) and non-academic (practice) perspective. This is driven by the existence of a school principal's strategy, learning methods, and well-conducted evaluations

Abstract

As a holy book, every Muslim has the right to be able to access the Al-Qur'an, especially to read it, including persons with disabilities such as the visually impaired. In the teaching and learning process the role of the Islamic Religious Education teacher also fosters a love of reading the Qur'an in blind students because later blind students can also be confident to read the Qur'an. Departing from this, structured efforts are needed both theoretically and practically to protect, serve, and develop the potential of persons with disabilities. One of the paths taken is through education in a broad sense, where the ultimate goal is to eliminate stereotypes, fulfill rights and encourage the independence of the disabled group. This research is a library research (library research) using a descriptive analytical approach. This study obtained the results that the role of the Islamic Religious Education teacher was as a teacher which included planning, implementation, and evaluation. The role of the Islamic Religious Education teacher as a guide is to provide information, overcome learning difficulties, know and understand students. In providing information the teacher uses the method of reading together, lectures to explain hijaiyah letters. Overcoming student learning difficulties the teacher guides how to learn to touch properly.
