Abstract

Keunggulan pendidikan Islam di sekolah Al Azhar Kairo Mesir tidak lepas dari peran pemikiran Muhammad Abduh sebagai tokoh pembaharu dalam Islam. Apa saja kontribusi Muhammad Abduh dalam membangun sistem pendidikan Islam di sekolah Al Azhar perlu dilakukan kajian yang mendalam. Adapaun metode dalam penelitian ini adalah dengan menggunakan metode studi pustaka atau library research dengan cara mengumpulkan buku-buku yang relevan yang sesuai dengan kajian penelitian. Adapun temuan yang didapatkan adalah bahwa Muhammad Abduh memberikan kontribusi dalam membangun sistem pendidikan Islam di sekolah Al Azhar diantaranya adalah dengan memperbaiki seluruh struktur pendidikan yang berlaku di Al-Azhar yang berdampak kepada sistem pendidikan yang ada di sekolah al azhar saat sekarang ini, yaitu hampir sama dengan sistem pendidikan skuler, hanya saja perbedaannya terletak pada penekanan ilmu agama

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to explore the concept of the integration of Islam and science: opportunities and challenges for Sunan Kalijaga State Islamic University (UIN). This research employs a qualitative method. The findings indicate that the opportunities for integrating Islam and science include the development of a new scientific paradigm, enhancing the relevance of Islamic education in line with contemporary developments, and supporting UIN Sunan Kalijaga's efforts to become a World-Class University in Islamic Studies. However, the challenges faced include epistemological differences between religious knowledge and science, the readiness of human resources, appropriate curriculum development, and academic resistance to the concept of integration. As a solution, UIN Sunan Kalijaga has taken several strategic steps, such as organizing academic conferences, opening new study programs, and designing an integration-based curriculum. Through these efforts, the integration of Islam and science is expected to continue evolving and contribute to Islamic education and the advancement of civilization.

Abstract

The main purpose of this study is to analyze the concept of science integration developed by al-Faruqi, understand the factors behind the emergence of this idea, and explore its implementation and relevance in the world of Islamic education today. This research also aims to compare al-Faruqi's ideas with other Muslim thinkers in order to gain a more comprehensive understanding of the integration of science in Islam. This study uses a qualitative approach with a literature study method. Data was collected from primary sources in the form of al-Faruqi's works, such as Islamization of Knowledge , as well as various secondary literature that discussed his thoughts. The analysis is carried out in a descriptive-analytical manner with a critical approach to the concept of Islamization of the knowledge he developed, and examines how this concept can be applied in the modern Islamic education system. The results of the study show that the concept of Islamization of science introduced by al-Faruqi aims to eliminate the dichotomy between religious science and modern science by making Islam the basis of epistemology in all scientific fields. Al-Faruqi emphasized that the Islamization of science is not just adding religious elements to secular science, but reconstructing science based on a comprehensive Islamic perspective. This concept has been implemented in various Islamic educational institutions, although it still faces challenges in its widespread application. By understanding the concept of al-Faruqi more deeply, it is hoped that Muslims can develop a more integrative and oriented education system that is oriented authentically towards Islamic values.

Abstract

Monitoring is the activities used to create conditions, including certain behaviors or activities with the aim that all data entered or information needed from the observations. Monitoring is generally done using a single board computer. Then it can be controlled and controlled with only a central controller. The purpose of this study is to monitor in the laboratory so that it can run optimally and optimally. The system is designed to monitor the room, temperature and heating functions, lights, AC (AC) and other electrical equipment designed using terminals on raspbian operating systems, python and php, as a reason to make the user interface. Testing is done by doing measurements and observations in the laboratory. The results of this study state that the temperature sensor test with temperature difference with the normal temperature meter results that shows that the heating lamp device, and the air conditioning machine (AC) is successfully carried out in real time.Keywords: Laboratory Room Monitoring.
