Abstract

Governance in general has two main functions, which are the regulation function and service function. Regulation function refers to the Law of the Republic of Indonesia Number 32/2004 of Regional Government, and the service function refers to the Law of the Republic of Indonesia Number 25/2009 of Public Service. Both of these functions have not been implemented consistently. The rules are still at odds with the rules above it, and the quality of public services is still low. The results showed that the function of the Office of Health, Landscaping, and Firefighter in implementing the regulations on minimum service standards (SPM) have not been successful. The causes are: first, the executor is not clear about the meaning of the policy implementation. Secondly, the implementers do not understand the difference with regard to the clarity of shape public policy. Third, the implementers do not understand the difference with regard to clarity and understanding sequence of policy implementation, particularly the public sector. Bekasi district government gave the task to the Office of Public Works to prepare and submit an annual public report application performance and achievement of SPM to the Minister of Home Affairs through the Governor, when it should be the task of the Office of Health, Landscaping, and Firefight

Abstract

The enactment of Law Number 6 of 2014 concerning Villages gives villages the authority to manage transfer funds from the National Government as regional allocations (ADD) and various other official sources. The village government is deemed capable of managing these funds based on planning, implementation, monitoring, and evaluation. As a consequence of the transfer funds, the village government is obliged to carry out accountability to the supra village government and the community to apply good governance norms. In general, the village has been able to carry out vertical accountability by giving accountability to the supra village government. However, as the smallest democratic autonomous region, the village head must carry out horizontal accountability; how is horizontal accountability implemented? This research is qualitative research with stakeholder informants in the village and takes Sukarapih village, Tambelang sub-district. Choosing Sukarapih village was based on the village's characteristics that experienced a transition from an agricultural village to a non-agricultural village. Due to it was close to the industrial environment of the Bekasi Regency.

Abstract

ABSTRACT The teacher is a professional educator with the main task of educating, teaching, guiding, directing, training, assessing and evaluating students in early childhood education, formal education, basic education and secondary education. Teachers are considered professional if they are the same or more productive at work. To achieve this, it is necessary to conduct a performance appraisal. Not infrequently the teacher's performance still does not meet predetermined work standards, such as a lack of discipline, the application of learning models that are less effective, the learning process in the classroom is less attractive so that students tend to have difficulty developing their best abilities. Even though professional and qualified teachers are recognized by their own qualifications. In this regard, one of the factors that influence teacher performance is leadership, especially the principal's leadership style which has implications for teacher performance. However, whether this influence effort is successfully carried out by school principals still needs to be studied and analyzed more deeply in order to find out how and to what extent the principal's leadership style has implications for teacher performance. The method used is descriptive quantitative. The population is 30 people who are teachers at SMPN 2 Panumbangan. The technique of determining the sample size using the census method. The data used is primary data obtained by distributing questionnaires directly to respondents. The results of simple linear regression analysis show that the principal's leadership style has positive and significant implications for teacher performance. Abstract

Employee performance is always a problem for every organization. Private and government organizations are trying to improve the performance of their human resources. This study aims to analyze the urgency of providing additional income to satisfaction and performance. The research method is used quantitatively by collecting data through a questionnaire distributed to 354 ASNs in the Banjar city government. It was further analyzed using SEM PLS. The results of the study found that providing additional income for ASNs can improve satisfaction and performance. ASN becomes satisfied with the receipt of additional income so that it can improve its performance.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to examine how top management applies leadership and provides appropriate rewards to employee styles during the COVID-19 pandemic and endemic, as well as the impact on the company's financial performance. The research method used is descriptive quantitative, which is based on the philosophy of positivism. The population in this study were all employees of the Asep Stroberi Restaurant from its 11 branches, namely 396 employees. The research sample was all employees at Asep Stroberi Restaurant Ciawi Tasikmalaya, with a total of 36 employees. The results of the study found that financial leadership style has a positive impact on performance, while rewards on financial performance have a negative impact, which means that if there are too many rewards, financial performance will be disrupted or not good enough. This research can be taken into consideration by top management before giving rewards to employees, as a record of financial conditions before giving rewards.

Abstract

The work productivity of employees at PD. DS Putra Sukakerta has not achieved production results according to the set target. This is thought to be due to the application of work discipline that is not maximized so that in the production process there are still employees who have not obeyed the company's work rules. This research was conducted to determine the magnitude of the influence of work discipline to employee work productivity at PD. DS Putra Sukakerta, Ciamis Regency. The approach used in this research is quantitative descriptive with the nature of the research being replicative. The sample in this research amounted to 55 people. The analysis tool used is simple linear regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that employee work discipline at PD. DS Putra Sukakerta, Ciamis Regency is considered good as well as the employees work productivity at PD. DS Putra Sukakerta Ciamis Regency also shows result that is considered good. Based on the simple linear regression analysis calculation, the results shown that work discipline has a positive and significant influence to employee work productivity at PD. DS Putra Sukakerta, Ciamis Regency by 37,6%.

Abstract

The problem in this research is related to employee productivity at WD Willd Outdoor Convection, which influenced by the work environment and work discipline. The study aims to: 1) determine the condition of the work environment at WD Willd Outdoor Convection 2) determine the level of work discipline at WD Willd Outdoor Convection 3) determine employee productivity at WD Willd Outdoor Convection, and 4) determine the effect of the work environment and work discipline to employee productivity at WD Willd Outdoor Convection. The method used in this research is descriptive with a replicative nature. This study uses primary data collected through the distribution of questionnaires measured by using a likert scale. The sample in this study amounted to fifty five respondents. The analytical tool used, is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that: 1) the work environment at WD Willd Outddor Convection is considered goog 2) the level of Work discipline is considered good 3) employee productivity is also considered good, and 4) Based on the results of multiple linear regression analysis, the influence of the work environment and work discipline to employee productivity is positive and has a significant effect.
