Abstract

Permasalahan dalam penelitian ini yaitu terkait Kinerja Pegawai yang terdapat pada Puskesmas Pagerageung yang dipengaruhi oleh Gaya Kepemimpinan. Penelitian ini bertujuan: 1) Untuk mengetahui gaya kepemimpinan kepala UPTD Puskesmas Pagerageung 2) Untuk mengetahui kinerja pegawai UPTD Puskesmas Pagerageug 3) Untuk mengetahui pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan terhadap kinerja guru di UPTD Puskesmas Pagerageung. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu deskriptif kuantitatif dengan sifat penelitian berbentuk Replika. Penelitian ini menggunakan data primer dengan cara penyebaran kuesioner yang diukur dengan instrumen penelitian skala likert. Sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 75 orang, yaitu semua pegawai UPTD Puskesmas Pagerageung. Alat analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linier sederhana. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa: 1) Gaya kepemimpinan di UPTD Puskemas Pagerageung dinilai baik 2) Kinerja pegawai di UPTD Puskesmas Pagerageung dinilai baik 3) Berdasarkan hasil perhitungan analisis regresi linier sederhana mengenai pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan terhadap kinerja pgawai bertanda positif dan memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan.

Abstract

This study aims to determine how financial performance is based on the financial ratios Loans at Risk (LAR), Ponofolio at Risk (PAR), Return on Investment (ROI), and Cost Coverage (CCr) at the Sukamantri District Activity Management Unit (UPK) in 2019-2021. The research method used in this research is quantitative descriptive method. The data used in this study are primary data obtained from interviews and secondary data obtained from documents and archives at UPK Sukamantri District. The results of this study indicate that the financial performance of the Sukamantri District UPK in 2019-2021. Based on the results of the ratio (Loans at Risk) LAR is satisfactory in 2019, 2020 is satisfactory and in 2021 is minimal, the ratio (Ponofolio At Risk) PAR in 2019 - 2021 is satisfactory, the ratio (Return On Investmen) ROI in 2019 - 2021 is satisfactory and the ratio (Cost Coverage) CCr in 2019 - 2021 is satisfactory

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk: (1) Untuk mengetahui peluang, ancaman, kekuatan, dan kelemahan yang mempengaruhi Alfa Hidrofarm. (2) Untuk mengetahui strategi pemasaran yang dapat diterapkan oleh Alfa Hidrofarm.Desain yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kualitatif dengan menggunakan teknik sample nesting, purposive sampling. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan data primer (observasi dan wawancara) dan data sekunder (dokumentasi dan studi litertur). Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah reduksi data, penyajian data dan penarikan kesimpulan.Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa: (1) Peluang yang dimiliki adalah jaringan pemasaran yang luas, pandangan masyarakat terhadap metode hidroponik, loyalitas pelanggan. Ancaman tersebut antara lain munculnya pesaing produsen sayuran hidroponik, permintaan yang tidak stabil, cuaca yang tidak menentu. Sedangkan kekuatan yang dimiliki adalah produk memiliki kualitas yang baik, harga yang terjangkau dan stabil mendukung masyarakat untuk konsumsi sayuran di lokasi yang strategis, segmentasi pasar yang tepat, ketersediaan sayuran yang stabil dan memenuhi permintaan sayuran hidroponik, Volume produksi yang optimal dan kelemahan yang dimiliki seperti karena harga bahan baku di Kabupaten Tasikmalaya cukup tinggi, promosi perlu lebih dikembangkan lagi, variasi produk sayuran hidroponik yang kurang beragam membuat pelanggan dan konsumen tidak banyak pilihan. (2) Berdasarkan hasil analisis matriks SWOT faktor internal (kekuatan dan kelemahan) dan faktor eksternal (peluang dan ancaman) Alfa Hidrofarm diperoleh sembilan alternatif strategi yang terdiri dari strategi S-O, strategi W-O, strategi S-T dan strategi W-T yang dapat diterapkan oleh Alfa Hidrofarm.Kata Kunci: SWOT, Strategi Pemasaran.

Abstract

The problem in this study, is related to the work productivity of employees contained in Mekarsari Cake & Bakery which is influenced by work discipline. This study aims to determine: 1. How is the work discipline in Mekarsari Cake & Bakery Sukaresik, Tasikmalaya Regency; 2. How is Employee Productivity in Mekarsari Cake & Bakery Sukaresik, Tasikmalaya Regency; 3. How is the influence of work discipline to employee productivity in Mekarsari Cake & Bakery Sukaresik, Tasikmalaya Regency. The method used in this research is descriptive quantitative with the nature of the research in the form of a replica. This study uses primary data by distributing questionnaires as measured by a likert scale research instrument. The sample in this study amounted to 30 people, namely all employees of Mekarsari Cake & Bakery Sukaresik, Tasikmalaya Regency. The analytical tool used is simple regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that: 1) Work discipline in Mekarsari Cake & Bakery Sukaresik, Tasikmalaya Regency is considered good 2) The work productivity of employees in Mekarsari Cake & Bakery Sukaresik, Tasikmalaya Regency is considered good 3) Based on the results of simple linear regression analysis calculations regarding the effect of work discipline to employee work productivity, the sign is positive and has significant influence.

Abstract

Minat baca pada anak merupakan salah satu aspek penting dalam proses pendidikan. Dalam era digital dan informasi yang semakin berkembang pesat, minat baca pada anak menjadi lebih relevan dan esensial daripada sebelumnya. Minat baca yang kuat pada usia dini berkaitan erat dengan kesuksesan akademik di masa depan. Untuk membangun minat baca yang kuat pada anak, perlu ada upaya bersama dari orang tua, guru, dan pihak terkait lainnya. Menyediakan akses ke beragam bahan bacaan yang menarik, seperti buku cerita, majalah, atau novel, dapat mendorong minat baca pada anak. Metode yang digunakan adalah membentuk Taman Bacaan Masyarakat (TBM), dengan sasaran anak anak pra sekola sampai dengan Siswa SLTP. TBM ini merupakan suatu inisiatif dalam rangka meningkatkan minat baca pada anak-anak khususnya di lingkungan RT. 05 RW. 02 Dusun Godebag dan umumnya untuk masyarakat Desa Tanjungkerta Kecamatan Pagerageung, Kabupaten Tasikmalaya, Provinsi Jawa Barat.

Abstract

This study investigates the intricate dynamics of employee engagement, adaptive leadership, job satisfaction, and work productivity within the organizational context of PT Gangking Raya office in Makassar. Through a sample of 47 individuals, the study employs a rigorous analysis using SmartPLS to examine both direct and indirect relationships among these key variables. The results indicate a significant positive impact of employee engagement on job satisfaction and work productivity, emphasizing the pivotal role of an engaged workforce. While adaptive leadership shows a positive association with job satisfaction, its direct influence on work productivity is not statistically significant. Notably, job satisfaction emerges as a significant mediator between both employee engagement and adaptive leadership with work productivity. This suggests that cultivating high job satisfaction levels is crucial in maximizing the positive outcomes of employee engagement and adaptive leadership on overall work productivity. These findings offer valuable insights for organizational strategies, underscoring the importance of fostering employee engagement, adaptive leadership practices, and job satisfaction for a thriving and productive workplace environment at PT Gangking Raya.

Abstract

This study investigates the interplay of Adoption of Advanced HR Technologies, Workforce Management Effectiveness, Employee Engagement and Productivity, and Employee Performance within PT Danareksa (Persero), a prominent state-owned enterprise in Indonesia's financial services sector. Using a quantitative approach and Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with Smart PLS, data from 80 employees were analyzed to explore the direct and indirect relationships among these variables. The findings reveal significant direct effects of Adoption of Advanced HR Technologies and Workforce Management Effectiveness on Employee Engagement and Productivity, highlighting their role in enhancing employee engagement and productivity levels. Moreover, both Adoption of Advanced HR Technologies and Workforce Management Effectiveness indirectly influence Employee Performance through their impacts on Employee Engagement and Productivity. These results underscore the critical importance of strategic investments in HR technologies and effective workforce management practices in optimizing organizational performance and competitiveness. This research contributes to understanding how HR innovations and management practices can foster a conducive work environment that drives employee performance and organizational success in the financial services industry.

Abstract

This study investigates the intricate relationship between Human Resources (HR) practices, mental health support, employee engagement, and employee welfare within PT. Ekadharma International, Tbk's Pontianak branch. Through a sample of 65 employees, data was collected and analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with Partial Least Squares (PLS) analysis. The results indicate a significant direct relationship between HR practices and employee engagement, as well as between HR practices and employee welfare. However, the direct relationship between mental health support and employee engagement was found to be non-significant. Despite this, both HR practices and mental health support were indirectly linked to employee welfare through employee engagement. These findings underscore the critical role of HR practices in fostering employee engagement and welfare, while highlighting the importance of integrating mental health support initiatives with strategies aimed at promoting employee engagement. The implications of these findings are discussed in terms of enhancing organizational performance and employee well-being within PT. Ekadharma International, Tbk's Pontianak branch.

Abstract

This study explores the role of transparency in digital marketing and its impact on consumer trust and brand loyalty in the digital age. As consumers become more informed and discerning, they increasingly expect brands to be open about their business practices, product information, and ethical standards. The research examines how transparent marketing strategies foster consumer trust and enhance long-term loyalty. It also investigates the broader implications of ethical marketing in the digital landscape. Through qualitative methods, including in-depth interviews, document analysis, and case studies, the findings reveal that transparency plays a pivotal role in building trust and cultivating loyalty among consumers. Additionally, the study highlights the growing importance of ethical marketing practices as businesses adapt to an increasingly digital and interconnected world. The results suggest that businesses prioritizing transparency and ethical communication are more likely to retain loyal customers and enhance their market reputation.
