Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of human resource development on employee performance in the new normal era at a coffee shop in the city of Palembang. The method used in this study is a quantitative method, with a causal associative level of explanation. The sample used in this study were all coffee shop employees as many as 44 respondents. Collecting data by distributing questionnaires to coffee shop employees. Data analysis used simple linear regression. The results of the determination test in this study were 0.765. Means 76.5%, the distribution of employee performance variables can be explained by the variable of human resource development. The conclusion of this study shows that the development of human resources partially has a positive effect on employee performance at Return Space and Coffee Shop and Luthier Coffee in the new normal era.

Abstract

Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah (UMKM) memiliki peran strategis dalam perekonomian Indonesia, namun masih menghadapi berbagai tantangan, terutama dalam aspek pengembangan kompetensi Sumber Daya Manusia (SDM). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan efektivitas program pendampingan dalam optimalisasi pengembangan kompetensi SDM UMKM guna meningkatkan daya saing di sektor ekonomi kreatif. Metode yang digunakan meliputi identifikasi kebutuhan, pelatihan dan workshop, pendampingan intensif, serta monitoring dan evaluasi. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan dalam keterampilan digital, di mana 75% peserta mampu memanfaatkan platform digital untuk pemasaran produk. Dalam aspek manajemen keuangan, 70% peserta berhasil menerapkan sistem pembukuan dasar dan memisahkan keuangan pribadi dengan bisnis. Di bidang inovasi produk, 60% peserta mampu menciptakan produk baru yang lebih kreatif dan sesuai dengan permintaan pasar. Secara keseluruhan, pendapatan rata-rata UMKM mengalami peningkatan sebesar 30% dalam tiga bulan pasca-pendampingan. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa pendampingan dalam pengembangan kompetensi SDM efektif dalam meningkatkan daya saing UMKM di sektor ekonomi kreatif. Diperlukan keberlanjutan program melalui sinergi antara akademisi, pemerintah, dan pelaku usaha untuk memastikan dampak jangka panjang.

Abstract

Digital technology has reshaped recruitment and selection, enhancing efficiency and reach yet leaving challenges in attracting candidates who align with both technical and cultural requirements. This study examines the impact of recruitment methods on employee selection quality at PT Perkebunan Nusantara I Regional 7, South Sumatra Liaison Office. Using a quantitative associative–causal design, data from 70 respondents were collected via a Likert-scale questionnaire and analyzed with regression, t-tests, F-tests, and determination tests. Results show E-Recruitment has a positive but insignificant effect, while Traditional Recruitment exerts a positive significant effect. Together, both significantly influence selection quality, emphasizing the importance of structured hybrid strategies.

Abstract

How effective is the use of social media in increasing community or customer engagement, with fairly active interactions, such as likes, comments, and sharing information. The purpose of this study is to investigate and explore in depth about how the effectiveness of using social media in increasing brand awareness. The purpose of this study is to contribute to the development of theoretical knowledge in digital marketing for readers or writers, this research is a qualitative study with the observation method, data obtained from direct observation at the internship site which is then recorded or recorded directly. The data collected shows that PT Pupuk Sriwidjaja is active on various social media platforms such as TikTok and Instagram. Content posting is done with varying frequency depending on the platform. The published content is diverse, including images, videos, and articles. Customer responses show positive interactions, such as likes, comments, and shares.Based on the research that has been conducted, it can be concluded that PT Pupuk Sriwidjaja Palembang has successfully utilized digital technology well to increase brand awareness of their products. They use various digital platforms and channels, such as social media, websites, and online advertising, to achieve brand awareness.

Abstract

This research aims to increase the understanding of the younger generation in Pegayut Village about the importance of awareness regarding early marriage, as well as reducing the divorce rate caused by this phenomenon. Data was collected through surveys and in-depth interviews that explored the factors that encourage early marriage, including individual, family, poverty, and social and cultural environments. Methods for implementing activities include outreach through counseling, question and answer sessions, and discussions. The activity participants were 300 teenagers from Pegayut Pemulutan Village aged between 14 and 19 years. The research results show that public understanding of the negative impacts of early marriage is still low, so more intensive education and outreach efforts are needed to reduce the divorce rate due to early marriage and improve the quality of Human Resources in Pegayut Village.
