Abstract

Saat ini, pemasaran digital menjadi sebuah keharusan bagi setiap pelaku usaha jika ingin bersaing dengan para kompetitor. Untuk itu, kegiatan pengabdian ini dilakukan untuk memberikan pendampingan bagi Libong Coffee yang merupakan salah satu brand kopi lokal asal Manggarai Flores , Nusa Tenggara Timur (NTT). Sebagaimana diketahui, saat ini Libong Coffee belum melakukan promosi secara online khususnya di media sosial. Padahal pemiliknya ingin brand kopinya bisa dikenal oleh masyarakat secara luas, bukan hanya dari Indonesia Timur. Kedepannya Libong Coffee didorong untuk memaksimalkan media sosial agar produknya makin dikenal dan kedainya banyak pengunjung. Adapun beberapa strategi yang dapat diaplikasikan adalah menentukan tujuan dengan metode SMART (spesific, measurable, attainable, relevant dan time bound), membuat perencanaan konten, mencoba fitur promosi atau instagram ads serta membuat tipe konten yang menarik dan variatif. Pembuatan konten yang menarik dan kreatif bertujuan agar tampilan feed instagram tidak membosankan saat pengunjung membukanya.

Abstract

Currently, digitalization has become a crucial requirement in running a small and medium-sized enterprise (UMKM) business. Digitalization has been widely implemented in the operational processes of UMKMs, such as financial recording, inventory management, work management, payments, reservations, customer service, marketing, and even auditing processes. Libong Coffee is a coffee shop from Flores that sells coffee products made from raw materials sourced from Flores. Located on Senen Raya Street in Central Jakarta, Libong Coffee has gained a significant number of customers. Libong Coffee has great potential for growth, but unfortunately, not all operational activities at Libong Coffee are digitalized. Therefore, in this project, our focus is on developing an application with main features of financial data recording and product master data to support the ongoing digitalization program at Libong Coffee. The programming method used in developing this application is the Model View Controller (MVC) model. MVC is a technique that separates code into several components: Model, View, and Controller. Each part has its own functions, and by using this method, it provides additional benefits to application developers. The outcome of this project is an application for Libong Coffee with main features including financial data recording and product master data. This application is expected to assist Libong Coffee in achieving its digitalization goals

Abstract

This study aims to increase effectiveness in the selection of drug suppliers in the Tangerang public hospital pharmacy. Tangerang General Hospital is an agency engaged in the health and pharmaceutical services sector. This pharmaceutical division has an internal pharmaceutical application that has been implemented with various features used for recording transaction data both drug sales and drug purchases. Currently there is more than one supplier that supplies the same drug. Therefore the main focus of this research is to design an engine to feature a decision support system by utilizing the analytical hierarchy process approach for selecting the best specific medicine supplier. A decision support system (DSS) is an information system designed to assist decision makers in processing complex information and providing relevant data to support these decisions. The approach that used in this research is analytical hierarchy process with the criteria as needed. The conclusion of this research is to design a prototype engine that is able to provide information and recommendations about the best drug suppliers.

Abstract

The student academic performance monitoring dashboard is an application used by lecturers at the Faculty of Business and Education, Media Nusantara Citra University to digitally monitor student performance. The monitoring process currently carried out is still manual, which involves both data searching and manual file searching. Apart from that, this data can only be accessed by the academic department and lecturers must make a request first. On the other hand, the large amount of work and busyness of lecturers means that lecturers do not have much time in the process of collecting data for monitoring, while the monitoring process is very important for lecturers to know the progress and results of the learning process of the lecturers' students. Model, View, Controller (MVC) is an application development architecture that emphasizes 3 important components. These three components each have a focus of attention, responsibility and logic so as to speed up performance. For this reason, to solve the problem of monitoring student academic performance, a dashboard application was built using the MVC method. This monitoring dashboard application was built using the Java programming language with the Spring boot framework and is web-based. Spring boot is a framework for the Java programming language which is equipped with a Tomcat server, Annotation technology, and Maven as a Build Manager. With this application, it is hoped that it will make it easier for lecturers to carry out the monitoring process so that the monitoring process can be carried out anytime and anywhere. The output targeted in this research is a Student Academic Performance Monitoring Dashboard application. This research has a Technology Readiness Level (TKT) at level 2 which is expected to be useful for lecturers at Media Nusantara Citra University. This research also targets additional output, namely publication in a national journal indexed at least SINTA 4 with a target publication in November 2023.

Abstract

This study addresses the challenges individuals with disabilities face in controlling presentation devices, particularly in noisy environments, by developing an AI-based application using a hybrid LSTM-GRU model. The primary objective is to improve voice command recognition accuracy for commonly used presentation commands, such as “next” and “back,” even under varying noise conditions. The research employs a hybrid deep learning architecture combining Long Short-Term Memory (LSTM) and Gated Recurrent Unit (GRU) with an attention mechanism to focus on the most relevant temporal features. The model was trained using the Speech Commands Dataset and further fine-tuned with noise-augmented data to simulate real-world environments. Results show that the LSTM-GRU model achieved high accuracy in clean environments and maintained reasonable performance in noisy conditions, outperforming traditional models like Hidden Markov Model (HMM) and Gaussian Mixture Model (GMM). The fine-tuned model, at its optimal epoch, demonstrated robust performance with a balanced precision and recall, making it suitable for deployment in real-world scenarios. The study concludes that while deep learning models offer significant improvements, further refinement is necessary to enhance noise resilience in practical applications

Abstract

Education is a crucial factor in the development of a country's human resources and is essential for all segments of society, both the privileged and the underprivileged. Sekolah Janji Baik was established to facilitate underprivileged children at risk of dropping out of school, including street children, buskers, and other vulnerable groups. With a free and digital-based concept, this school enables students from limited economic backgrounds to continue their education. However, academic operations are not yet integrated into a single digital system, causing inefficiencies in the process of data input, retrieval, and presentation. In this community service project, MNC University focuses on developing an academic administration application with features for recording student data, teacher data, academic years, student course registration, subjects, and assessments. This application is built using the PHP programming language with the Laravel framework and MySQL database. The methodology includes system needs analysis, design, development, testing, and implementation. The result of this community service is the creation of an academic administration application that is expected to improve the operational efficiency of Sekolah Janji Baik in recording academic data.

Abstract

This research aims to develop a data management application for instructors and training programs at MNC Academy. The underlying issue for developing this application is the lack of an efficient and practical data recording system and insufficient accessibility to important information about instructors and training. Instructor and training data are often complex and continually evolving, making manual management or using office software inefficient and time-consuming. Additionally, digital data recording of instructors and training is needed for the promotional website of MNC Academy, ensuring organized and timely access to relevant information for the public. The application is developed using PHP programming language with the Laravel framework as its base. The application also employs structured routing and Livewire technology to build mini components that support the system’s functionality more effectively. Structured routing is an approach to clearly and systematically organize routes, enabling more systematic management of URL links and providing a structured way to handle navigation routes. Livewire in the Laravel framework is a technology that allows the creation of interactive user interface components without the need to write separate JavaScript code. Using Livewire helps simplify the development of dynamic components by reducing technical complexity. With the implementation of this data management application, it is expected that the data of instructors and training programs at MNC Academy can be managed more systematically, enabling neat record-keeping and providing easier access for those needing this information.

Abstract

The selection of village apparatus is an important process in supporting governance at the village level. However, the selection process carried out manually often causes subjectivity and is less efficient. Therefore, a decision support system (DSS) is needed that is able to assist the selection process objectively and in a structured manner. This study aims to develop a DSS for selecting village apparatus based on the Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) method, which is able to provide assessment results based on several relevant criteria. The criteria used in this system include: leadership, discipline, academic achievement, communication skills, ethics and attitudes, and initiative and creativity. The SAW method was chosen because of its ability to calculate the aggregate value of each alternative based on the weight and value of each criterion. This system was developed using the waterfall approach and implemented in the form of a web-based application. The test results show that the system can help simplify the selection process and provide more objective and transparent results. With this DSS, it is hoped that the village apparatus selection process can be carried out more professionally and accountably.

Abstract

Community service activities at SMK Multimedia Mandiri aim to improve information technology skills for students majoring in Accounting in preparing digital-based financial reports. In today's digital era, the ability to use software such as Microsoft Excel and Google Spreadsheets is an important skill that must be possessed by prospective workers in the accounting field. This activity was carried out at SMK [School Name] and involved students of grades XI and XII majoring in Accounting as participants. The implementation method was in the form of interactive training, demonstrations, and direct practice in preparing digital financial reports including general journals, ledgers, trial balances, and profit and loss reports. The results of the activity showed an increase in participants' understanding and skills in operating spreadsheet applications and preparing financial reports efficiently and systematically. This service is expected to support students' readiness in facing the needs of the world of work that demands mastery of information technology in accounting practices.

Abstract

Curriculum management is a crucial aspect of educational administration, encompassing the planning, organization, and continuous updating of course data and curriculum structures. In many educational institutions, including those in Jakarta, this process still encounters challenges such as inefficiency, data duplication, inconsistent information flow, and high system maintenance overhead. These issues often result in delays, administrative burdens, and reduced productivity. This research aims to develop a sustainable curriculum management system by leveraging Go technology on the backend and Next.js on the frontend, adopting a server-driven approach to minimize processing loads on client devices, improve resource efficiency, and ensure faster data delivery. The system development method employs an iterative approach with the integration of ten supporting technologies, including server-side data fetching, Backend for Frontend (BFF), OpenAPI 3 with code generation, Redis caching, tag-based revalidation, Server-Sent Events (SSE), component-based UI, image optimization, and asynchronous job queues for heavy tasks. The system integrates course and curriculum name management into a single, responsive, secure, and easily extensible platform. Implementation results demonstrate that the approach can reduce maintenance complexity, improve data consistency, and significantly enhance application response time under varying loads. Furthermore, the system supports sustainable software engineering principles, enabling scalability and adaptability to future needs. Consequently, it offers an effective, long-term solution for curriculum management, contributing to operational efficiency and the overall quality of academic administration in educational institutions across Jakarta.
