Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kemampuan penalaran dan kemandirian belajar pada materi persamaan garis lurus siswa SMP. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif. Tempat penelitian dilaksanakan di SMP Negeri 5 Cimahi pada kelas VIII semester ganjil tahun ajaran 2017-2018. Populasi penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas VIII SMP Negeri 5 Cimahi pada materi Persamaan Garis Lurus. Subjek penelitian adalah siswa kelas VIII E. Untuk memperoleh data penelitian digunakan instrumen berupa tes soal uraian dan angket kemandirian belajar. Hasil penelitian didapat kesimpulan: (1) tingkat kemampuan penalaran matematis siswa dalam penyelesaian masih level rendah; (2) kesulitan siswa pada umunya belum memahami soal dan prakonsep masih rendah; (3) siswa belum tertanam rasa belajar secara mandiri. Kata kunci: kemampuan penalaran matematis, kemandirian belajar.   ABSTRACT This study aims to analyze the ability of reasoning and self-regulated learning on the material of equations of straight lines of junior high school students. This research method using qualitative descriptive method. This research is conducted in SMP Negeri 5 Cimahi in Grade VIII of academic year 2017-2018. The population of this study is the students of class VIII SMP Negeri 5 Cimahi who have studied the material of the equation of straight line. The subject of the research is the students of class VIII E. To obtain the research data used the instrument in the form of test description and questionnaire self-regulated learning. The results of the research concluded: (1) the level of students mathematical reasoning ability in the problem solving is still low level; (2) students difficulties in general have not understood the problem and the preconception is still low; (3) students have not embedded the sense of learning independently. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menjawab rumusan masalah penelitian yaitu; apakah pengaruh penggunaan etnomatematika permainan congklak terhadap pemahaman konsep materi pembagian siswa kelas II SDN Teluk Pucung III. Berdasarkan observasi awal yang telah dilakukan di SDN Teluk Pucung III proses pembelajaran masih menggunakan metode konvensional. Etnomatematika permainan congklak dapat digunakan sebagai cara lain dalam belajar matematika yang penerapannya dihubungkan dengan dalam kehidupan sehari-hari sehingga lebih mudah dipahami. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Quansi Eksperimental Design dengan desain Nonequivalent Control Group Design. Populasi yang digunakan siswa kelas II SDN Teluk Pucung III tahun ajaran 2022/2023. Yang terdiri dua kelas yaitu IIA sebagai kelas eksperimen dan IIB sebagai kelas kontrol.  Instrumen dalam penelitian ini berupa tes, observasi dan dokumentasi. Tes hasil belajar pemahaman konsep yaitu pretest dan posttest disusun dalam bentuk essay. Teknik analisis data menggunakan aplikasi SPSS 26 untuk statistik deskriptif dan inferensial.  Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan etnomatematika permainan congklak berpengaruh terhadap hasil belajar siswa kelas II materi pembagian.  Dengan rata-rata nilai posttest kelas kontrol sebesar 76, sedangkan kelas eksperimen sebesar 80, 37. Hasil uji t menunjukkan nilai Sig.( 2 thailed) 0,05 yaitu 0,000.

Abstract

This study aims to improve the learning outcomes of Akidah Akhlak through the application of the Index Card Match method in class III students of MI Ma'arif 01 Cilopadang in the 2024/2025 academic year. This study is a classroom action research that uses four steps, namely planning, action, observation, and reflection. The subjects of this study were class III students of MI Ma'arif 01 Cilopadang. The research data were obtained through observation, learning outcome tests, and interviews with students and teachers. The data analysis techniques used in this study were qualitative and quantitative descriptive analysis. The results of the study showed that the application of the Index Card Match method can increase student activity in learning, improve understanding of the concept of Akidah Akhlak, and significantly improve student learning outcomes.

Abstract

The purpose of the study was to describe the ustadzah's guidance strategy in improving the fine Madura language skills of students, supporting and inhibiting factors, and the impact of these strategies on students' English skills. The research method used is qualitative research with a case study approach—observation, interviews, and documentation collected data. The results of the study revealed that: 1) The implementation of the smooth Madurese language learning process using the Lecture, Memorizing, and Nyayian method at the Hidayatul Ulum Islamic Boarding School. The form of the smooth Madurese language learning activities with this method, among others: a. Memorization deposit to ustadzah; b. Learn to memorize by singing fine Madurese vocabulary. c. Listen carefully to what the cleric says when the lecture method is carried out. 2) Supporting factors in learning the acceptable Madurese language at Islamic Boarding Schools include: routine guidance activities, ustadzah expertise in teaching, and takziran or punishment for students who violate the rules. The inhibiting factors for learning the acceptable Madurese language at Hidayatul Ulum Islamic Boarding School include: a lack of student interest in learning, a lack of a student mentality, and differences in student character. 3) The impact of this learning is considered effective because the results seen in students are good. This can be seen from the results of tests and trials conducted by participants.

Abstract

Komponen yang Mempengaruhi Human Resource Information System: Database, Software dan Hardware adalah artikel ilmiah yang fokus penelitiannya membahas terkait Human Resource Information System. Objek riset penelitian ini terletak pada pustaka online, Google Scholar, Mendeley dan literature lainnya. Tujuannya dibuat artikel ini untuk menganalisis variabel faktor-faktor yang memperngaruhi Human Resource Information System suatu studi literature Human Resource Information System. Metode riset menggunakan metode kulitatif melalui library research bersumber dari e-book dan open access e-journal. Hasil artikel ini: 1) Database berpengaruh terhadap Human Resource Information System; 2) Software berpengaruh terhadap Human Resource Information System ; dan 3) Brainware berpengaruh terhadap Human Resource Information System.
