Abstract

It has been performed data interpretation of 3D seismic data and drilling field exploration wellsBasin Nova ScotiaKanada to know structure fault on the field Missisauga Formation. Seismic dataused is 601 inline, crossline 482, and the data used drilling wells are two wells which there is a loggamma ray, sonic logs and log RHOB. Interpretation is done the analysis of the map in thestructure of time and analysis of seismic attribute maps based on the geometrical attribute serves todetermine their structure or structural faults of the data volume 3D. Based on the time structuremap well known that first well is in the region heights and second wells is in low region. Based oninterpretation of the map attributes known three faults are two major fault and one minor fault.Two faults are in the East Sea drilling wells and a small fracture that was on its western side. Thethree fults are directed from Northwest to the Southeast. Fault is expected to serve as ahydrocarbon trap in the area that will be accumulated in drilling wells. Abstract

Penelitian ini membahas implementasi peran alumni dalam meningkatkan kualitas outcome di SMA Palembang. Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi para alumni masih berkomunikasi dengan almamater dan membantu menyumbangakan pemikiran dan lain-lain untuk kegiatan yang di lakukan di Palembang akan tetapi beberapa tahun akhir ini jarang berkomunikasi intens perihal tawaran kerjasama, sponsorsip dan jarang berkomunikasi membagikan ide dan sebagainya. Adapun tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengetahui peran alumni dalam meningkatkan kualitas outcome di SMA Palembang dan mengetahui faktor penghambat dan pendukung dari peran alumni SMA Palembang. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif dengan tujuan menggambarkan kondisi dan situasi serta fakta yang ada dilapangan. Dari hasil penelitan dapat disimpulkan bahwa peran alumni SMA Palembang mempunyai sebagai katalis atau memberikan saran dan masukkan. alumni secara kompetensi bahwa alumni SMA Palembang ada yang berprestasi, alumni sebagai mitra pendidikan, alumni tersebar luas di berbagai bidang dan memberikan motivasi. Adapun faktor pendukungnya komunikasi, perkembangan media komunikasi, organisasi alumni, dan faktor penghambatnya pergantian struktur jabatan sekolah, kesibukan para alumni.

Abstract

The need for an ability or skill and discipline in a company is needed for now where all things about performance create new values ​​carried by the current and wave of technology and global media. The purpose of this study is to find out an overview of the ability and work discipline on employee performance, in addition to knowing the influence of ability and work discipline partially and simultaneously on employee performance. The study used the Explanatory Research method with a quantitative approach and data collection techniques through questionnaires. The sample used was 40 permanent employees at the company. Analysis of the data used is descriptive analysis method and inferential analysis by paying attention to the classical assumption test and multiple linear analysis. The results showed that work ability and work discipline had an effect on employee performance. Meanwhile, based on the calculation of the coefficient of termination (r2) that Ability and Work Discipline affect employee performance by 85.4% and the remaining 14.6% is influenced by other factors. From the statistical calculation of the Analysis of Variance Test (ANOVA) it is known that Fcount = 108.285 compared to F0.05;35 = 3.23 then Fcount > F0.05;35, so it can be stated that Ability and Work Discipline have a significant effect on Employee Performance and Simultaneously, Work Ability has a more dominant effect than Work Discipline on Employee Performance.

Abstract

  Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengettahui nilai-nilai yang terkandung dalam Tradisi Raju, proses internalisasi nilai pada remaja, serta tantangan yang dihadapi dalam konteks modernisasi di Desa Mbawa, Kecamatan Donggo, Kabupaten Bima. Metode Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan jenis fenomenologi. Teknik pengumpulan yaitu melalui observasi, wawancara mendalam, dan dokumentasi. Analisis data dilakukan melalui tahapan reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan, dengan validitas data dijaga melalui triangulasi sumber dan member check. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Tradisi Raju mengandung nilai sosial, budaya, religius, moral, dan etika yang berfungsi sebagai sarana pendidikan sosial nonformal. Proses internalisasi nilai berlangsung secara bertahap melalui pengenalan, pemahaman dan penghayatan, hingga pengintegrasian nilai dalam kehidupan sehari-hari remaja. Keterlibatan langsung dalam praktik tradisi mendorong terbentuknya perilaku sosial remaja yang inklusif, toleran, dan bertanggung jawab. Namun demikian, proses ini menghadapi tantangan berupa pengaruh budaya luar, pergeseran orientasi nilai generasi muda, menurunnya partisipasi remaja, serta keterbatasan dukungan struktural.   Kata kunci: Tradisi Raju; internalisasi nilai; remaja.
