ABSTRAK Latar Belakang : Terapi relaksasi benson dapat mencapai ketenangan dan dapat memberikan respon persepsi positif. Penatalaksanan hipertensi yang baik akan mencegah hal yang tidak diinginkan terjadi. Masalah penelitian masih adanya lansia yang mengalami hipertensi di Puskesmas Megang Sakti. Tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui pengaruh terapi relaksasi benson terhadap penurunan tekanan darah hipertensi pada lansia di Puskesmas Megang Sakti.Metode : Desain yang digunakan adalah Pre-Test and Post-Test onegroup desain. Penelitian dilakukan pada tanggal 28 Mei – 20 Juni 2022 dengan teknik sampling purposive sampling sebanyak 12 orang. Analisis data yang digunakan univariat dan bivariate dengan uji statistic paired sampel t test.Hasil : Hasil penelitian didapatkan rata–rata tekanan darah sebelum diberikan terapi relaksasi benson pada lansia hipertensi di Puskesmas Megang Sakti yaitu 147,80/95,30 mmHg dan rata-rata tekanan darah sesudah 142,20/91,30 mmHg dengan hasil uji statistic paired sampel t test nilai p <0,05.Simpulan : Simpulan sda pengaruh terapi relaksasi benson terhadap penurunan tekanan darah hipertensi pada lansia di Puskesmas Megang Sakti Saran dapat meningkatkan pengetahuan, menambah wawasan petugas untuk mengarahkan penderita agar melakukan relaksasi benson secara mandiri di rumah.Kata Kunci : Relaksasi Benson,Tekanan Darah ABSTRACT Background : Benson relaxation therapy can achieve calm and can provide a positive perception response. Good management of hypertension will prevent unwanted things from happening. The research problem is that there are still elderly people with hypertension at the Megang Sakti Health Center. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of Benson's relaxation therapy on reducing hypertension blood pressure in the elderly at Megang Sakti Health Center.Methods : The design used is the Pre-Test and Post-Test onegroup design. The study was conducted on May 28 – June 20, 2022 with a purposive sampling technique of 12 people. Data analysis used univariate and bivariate with statistical test paired sample t test.Results : The results showed that the average blood pressure before being given Benson relaxation therapy in the hypertensive elderly at the Megang Sakti Health Center was 147.80/95.30 mmHg and the average blood pressure after 142.20/91.30 mmHg with the results of the paired sample statistical test. t test p value <0.05.Conclusion : The conclusion is that the effect of Benson relaxation therapy on reducing hypertension blood pressure in the elderly at the Megang Sakti Health Center Saran can increase knowledge, increase the insight of officers to direct patients to do Benson relaxation independently at home.Keywords: Benson Relaxation, Blood Pressure

First aid in emergency situations can occur in the surrounding environment, requiring serious and proper handling to prevent more fatal risks if the handling is not according to procedures. Health education and promotion can use various media, and one such medium is a booklet. The model in this study is quantitative research. The research design uses an experimental method. The sample was purposively selected, consisting of 64 students. Data were analyzed using SPSS. The results showed that in the control group, there were 0% in the very low category, 12.5% in the low category, 56.25% in the moderate category, 25% in the high category, and 6.25% in the very high category. In the treatment group, 0% were in the very low category, 12.5% in the low category, 18.75% in the moderate category, 37.5% in the high category, and 31.25% in the very high category. Thus, it can be stated that the emergency handling knowledge of students in the treatment group using the booklet showed high and very high average scores. The analysis test showed a significance value of 0.014 (p<0.05), indicating that there is an effect of health education using booklet media on first aid knowledge. For educational institutions, it is recommended to incorporate supporting media such as booklets tailored to the needs and objectives of health education.

Background. Teachers are a profession responsible for educating, guiding, teaching, and training students. The teacher's role is important in nurturing to develop students' knowledge, attitudes, and skills. The role of teachers who provide knowledge as access to information is now aided by digital sophistication. In this case, teachers must be able to control technology for learning to students. The learning process must of course be evaluated so that the weaknesses and strengths in learning can be identified. Purpose This study aims to evaluate the effect of teacher training in the use of learning technology. This evaluation will provide an overview of the effectiveness of the training in improving teachers' understanding of learning technology. In addition, it assesses the impact that the use of technology has on student learning outcomes. Method. The method used in this research is quantitative method. Data collection is done by distributing questionnaires to teachers. Making statements related to evaluating the effect of teacher training in the use of learning technology. This statement is loaded in google from which will be processed through the SPSS application. The data obtained can be tested by proving the statements listed on Google from adjusted through facts that often occur in the world of education. Results. The results of this study suggest that evaluating the impact of teacher training can provide a basis for developing a sustainable training curriculum. The role of technology in education will change the way students learn and also the learning outcomes. This evaluation will give teachers an idea of how much students develop after the use of technology. Conclusion The conclusion of this study is that evaluation of teachers in the use of technology is also needed. Evaluation of the effect of teacher training on the use of learning technology is an assessment process to measure the extent to which training has an impact on teachers' ability to use technology. The difference in teachers' perspectives on technology also affects how much technology is used in learning. Teachers will also be a forum for the advancement of education. So that it can expand the application of technology in education.
