Abstract

The utilization of technology-based learning media is something that can no longer be avoided in the learning process by teachers. In the era of increasingly massive technological developments, teachers should be able to provide experience to children so that they can use technology wisely. In line with that, in the context of early childhood education, the introduction to technology is an important thing to do considering that at this time technology is no longer only used by adults, but early childhood has also been faced with a life that is closely related to technology. Thus, it is important for teachers to instill technological and digital literacy skills to early childhood, so that they can then become wise people in using technology.

Abstract

The activity of reading books is also an activity that has many benefits and is best applied at the earliest possible age or the age of children. However, in reality very few children have very low interest in reading due to several factors. Especially like today where the development of technology is very fast and rapid, causing any information to be easily obtained through gadgets. so the activity of reading books began to be abandoned. The Teras Baca program has the aim of restoring interest in reading in children, providing reading materials for them and as a place for them to learn so that it becomes a solution for parents in motivating children to want to read. The method used in this study is a qualitative descriptive method, the data obtained from interviews and documentation are as they are, the activities are described and detailed more clearly. It is hoped that this activity can foster interest and instill reading habits for children.

Abstract

Due to the long-lasting COVID-19 pandemic, the government has imposed rules for implementing long distance learning (online learning). This causes various problems for students, teachers and parents that need to be handled appropriately. The main problem that arises during online learning activities is the lack of student motivation. One of the efforts that can be done to overcome this problem is the assistance of students during the learning process. This assistance is carried out by helping the students to do school assignments, adding learning materials, guidance and counseling, and improving communications between parents and teachers.

Abstract

This study investigates how the principal's leadership affects school quality improvement. The research was conducted at MI Al-Ikhlas Cikawung using a quantitative approach, involving survey methods and correlation analysis. The participants included teachers and administrators from the school and Islamic boarding schools, with a sample size of 31 people. Data collection involved questionnaires and interviews, both of which were found to be valid and reliable. The normality of the data was assessed using the Kolmogorov-Smirnov test. The findings indicate a very strong relationship between the principal's leadership and the quality of education at MI Al-Ikhlas Cikawung, with a correlation coefficient of 0.907. The analysis revealed that the principal's leadership explains 81.2% of the variation in educational quality, while the remaining 18.8% is attributed to external factors, as shown by the regression equation model Y = 18.12 + 0.66X. Future studies might explore differences, correlations, and interactions in student learning outcomes based on cognitive stages and gender and compare these results with those of other schools.

Abstract

The spread of Islam to the archipelago started with merchants who wanted to trade in the archipelago. In pre-Wali Songo, precisely in the 12-13th century, the system of spreading Islam was by the da'wah method, with various multi-beliefs and cultures in society, so that the significance of belief in Islam amid society was marked by the emergence of new kingdoms, namely Islamic kingdoms with strength and followers with large numbers, then non-Islamic kingdoms at that time decreased in strength due to the proportion that became a minority. The method used in this study is a descriptive qualitative research method with a literature study approach that refers to several research data sources and data collection techniques in the form of wali songo studies. The focus of the research that will be raised is the role of the Wali Songo in spreading Islam in Indonesia. The data collection technique used in this study was the library research method, namely library research and the data analysis technique used in this study was a descriptive method. In spreading the teachings of Islam, Wali Songo has several strategies that can be accepted by the community by infiltrating local wisdom in Indonesia.

Abstract

In the 21st-century, it is increasingly easy for individuals to interact with each other, so meetings between individuals from various backgrounds, be it religion, race, ethnicity, or ideology. Therefore, the study of Islamic multicultural education and religious moderation is essential to minimize problems and conflicts arising from the reality of increasing diversity. This study aims to analyze the theme of Islamic multicultural education in the trend of religious moderation in the 21st-century education era. This study uses a bibliometric analysis method to see trends, links between keywords, and topics widely studied regarding Islamic multicultural education in the trend of religious moderation. Data sources were obtained from searching for scientific articles in accredited journals. The study results show a trend in research on Islamic multicultural education in the trend of religious moderation in the 21st-century education era. There has also been a shift in the topic of study from this theme in recent years. In addition, several keywords are also interrelated in research with the theme of Islamic multicultural education on the trend of religious moderation. Islamic multicultural education and religious moderation in 21st-century education are expected to realize an inclusive, just, and tolerant social order. Religious moderation and Islamic multicultural education are two prominent movements representing the 21st-century's social and spiritual development. The contribution of this research is to provide an overview of the trend of Islamic multicultural education and religious moderation in adapting to changes that occur in society, both in academic and practical contexts.

Abstract

Pentingnya menanamkan pendidikan karakter pada anak usia dini khususnya sekitar 3-5 tahun sebab pada usia ini terjadi perkembangan otak yang sangat pesat sehingga apa yang diajarkan kepada anak mampu dicerna dengan cepat dan mudah. Tentunya hal tersebut merupakan sesuatu yang berharga terutama bagi para orang tua untuk mendidik anak agar memiliki karakter yang baik. Pendidikan karakter ini dapat dioptimalkan melalui kegiatan edukasi yang biasanya diterapkan pada sekolah PAUD, TK atau sejenisnya. Oleh karena itu, tujuan dari artikel ini adalah menganalisis program yang dilaksanakan dalam mengoptimalkan pembinaan pendidikan karakter anak usia dini. Metode yang digunakan yaitu kualitatif dengan instrumen observasi dan wawancara. Adapun subyek penelitian yaitu guru PAUD/TK yang berjumlah 5 orang serta 3 orang tua yang menyekolahkan anaknya di PAUD/TK/RA dari lembaga dan daerah yang berbeda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa program-program seperti beribadah berjamaah, bernyanyi, bermain sambil belajar melalui beberapa jenis permainan seperti market day, field trip, storytelling, president of the week, dan hari berbagi, memberi dampak positif dalam membentuk karakter baik pada anak usia dini. Keberhasilan pembinaan karakter ini membutuhkan kolaborasi antara sekolah, guru, orang tua dan lingkungan sekitar untuk mengoptimalkan pendidikan karakter pada anak usia dini.
