Abstract

Sepakbolamerupakanolahraga paling popular di dunia, tujuan utama permainan sepakbola memasukkan bola kegawang lawan, akan tetapi di setiap pertandingan sepakbola masih ada pemain yang memprotes keras keputusan wasit bahkan sampai memukul wasit, ini dikarenakan tingkat pemahaman pemain yang masih rendah atau kurang, sehingga pemain mudah melakukan protes. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui tingkat pemahaman pemain sepakbola usia 19 tahun terhadap peraturan sepakbola di kabupaten Sampang. Sasaran penelitian adalah pemain usia 19 tahun dari empat klub di kabupaten Sampang. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dimana penelitian ini menggunakan angka-angka yang dijumlahkan sebagai data, sedangkan proses pengambilan data dilakukan dengan pengisian angket. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa terdapat tingkat pemahaman pemain usia 19 tahun terhadap peraturan sepakbola di kabupaten Sampang dikategorikan cukup baik dengan persentase skor 62,5%. Dengan skor tersebut menunjukkan bahwa semakin tinggi tingkat pemahaman pemain terhadap peraturan sepakbola maka pertandingan di dalam lapangan akan menjadi indah dan bagus untuk dilihat tanpa protes yang berebihan terhadap wasit. Abstract

This article discusses human resource management (HRM) in education in the Era of Society 5.0 and the implementation of the Merdeka Curriculum in Indonesia. The Era Society 5.0, which integrates advanced technology with social life, demands adaptive, innovative, and tech-savvy education human resources. Meanwhile, the Merdeka Curriculum gives more freedom to schools and teachers to design learning that suits students' needs. This article analyses how HR management should be adjusted to support these two major changes, including strategies for developing teacher competencies, the use of technology in education management, as well as education quality assurance focusing on 21st century skills. The data sources come from scientific articles, books and other relevant documents. The results show that effective HR management can be the key to improving the quality of education and the readiness of students to face global challenges in the Society 5.0 Era

Abstract

Education is an urgent and necessary thing for every individual. As for children, education is a basic need that will support the development of children's mindset, character, and skills. Meeting the educational needs of children is the responsibility of the family, especially parents because the family is the primary and first educational institution for a child. However, in meeting children's educational needs, the condition of the family's socioeconomic status can become a problem in itself. The method used in this research is library research. The study aims to describe the condition of the family's socioeconomic status in supporting the fulfillment of children's education. The results of the study show that the socioeconomic status of the family can have an impact on meeting the educational needs of children.

Abstract

In the 21st-century, it is increasingly easy for individuals to interact with each other, so meetings between individuals from various backgrounds, be it religion, race, ethnicity, or ideology. Therefore, the study of Islamic multicultural education and religious moderation is essential to minimize problems and conflicts arising from the reality of increasing diversity. This study aims to analyze the theme of Islamic multicultural education in the trend of religious moderation in the 21st-century education era. This study uses a bibliometric analysis method to see trends, links between keywords, and topics widely studied regarding Islamic multicultural education in the trend of religious moderation. Data sources were obtained from searching for scientific articles in accredited journals. The study results show a trend in research on Islamic multicultural education in the trend of religious moderation in the 21st-century education era. There has also been a shift in the topic of study from this theme in recent years. In addition, several keywords are also interrelated in research with the theme of Islamic multicultural education on the trend of religious moderation. Islamic multicultural education and religious moderation in 21st-century education are expected to realize an inclusive, just, and tolerant social order. Religious moderation and Islamic multicultural education are two prominent movements representing the 21st-century's social and spiritual development. The contribution of this research is to provide an overview of the trend of Islamic multicultural education and religious moderation in adapting to changes that occur in society, both in academic and practical contexts.
