Abstract

Penelitian ini membahas mengenai peran kepala sekolah dalam meningkatkan kinerja madrasahnya melalui perecanaan pendidikan dengan menerapkan 8 Standar Nasional pendidikan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk membahas menganai dari apa itu peran kepala sekolah dan perencanaan pendidikan melalui 8 SNP. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan penelitian kualitatif. Penelitian kualitatif adalah suatu penelitian yang pada dasarnya menggunakan alnalisis. Landasan teori dimanfaatkan sebagai pemandu agar fokus penelitian sesuai dengan fakta di lapangan. SNP adalah kriterial minimal tentang sistem pendidikan diseluruh wilayah NKRI, yang meliputi 8 (delapan) muatan standar. Implikasi dari penulisan ini adalah agar bisa mengetahui bagaimana seorang kepala sekolah bisa memerankan kepemimpinannya untuk meningkatkan kinerja madrasahnya melalui perencanaan pendidikan dengan 8 standar nasional pendidikan.

Abstract

Evaluation of the performance of educators is an important process in assessing the effectiveness of the education system in achieving educational goals that have been set. Assessment of educator performance not only focuses on academic aspects, but also involves various other aspects, including social aspects, skills, and student character. In this study, will be discussed some key aspects in the evaluation of the performance of educators from the definition of performance evaluation of educators, basic concepts of performance evaluation, evaluation objectives, ways and tools of performance evaluation, formative and summative evaluation, as well as the involvement of teachers in the evaluation process, at the conclusion of this discussion, the authors get the results that the evaluation of the performance of educators can be done through a variety of methods and evaluation tools, such as standardized tests, formative assessment, observation, and interviews. The purpose of this evaluation is to identify strengths and weaknesses in the education system, as well as provide relevant information for improvement. Evaluation of educator performance is an important tool in improving the quality of education. By engaging various stakeholders and using appropriate evaluation methods, the education system can continue to evolve and provide better education for future generations

Abstract

An entrepreneur is an innovator who can turn an opportunity into a business idea that can add value. Entrepreneurs also play a big role in the economy, namely by contributing to increasing economic growth and creating jobs which will have an impact on increasing state income. This research aims to determine the entrepreneurial potential among students at the North Sumatra State Islamic University by running a melted chocolate banana chips business. This research method is included in the qualitative research type, by conducting various literature reviews on entrepreneurship. The population studied in this research includes all individuals on the UIN North Sumatra campus, from children to adults. The results of the research show that this activity has a positive impact on a student to dare to try, never give up, train self-confidence and train the entrepreneurial spirit that exists in students. Based on the results of these activities, it can be concluded that the importance of developing entrepreneurship among students is very significant. Through this development, the younger generation can grow and develop better. Currently, the level of student entrepreneurial potential is at a very high and high level.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan atau menjelaskan studi literatur tentang etika pemimpin dan kepemimpinan dalam pendidikan Islam. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif/deskriptif dengan pendekatan tinjauan pustaka atau berdasarkan tinjauan pustaka melalui resensi buku dan jurnal. Langkah-langkah dalam penelitian ini dimulai dari mengumpulkan artikel, mereduksi artikel, berdiskusi dan menyimpulkan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan tentang etika pemimpin dan kepemimpinan, prinsip-prinsip kepemimpinan, karakteristik kepemimpinan, fungsi kepemimpinan, peran kepemimpinan dan faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi kepemimpinan

Abstract

This study aims to describe or explain the literature review of work stress in organizational behavior. The method of this research uses qualitative research method using a literature study approach or with a lifestyle-based study through the surgical book and journals. Research steps start from the collection of articles, reduction articles, discussions and conclusions. The results showed that the work of stress work in organizational behavior, stress-type, the factors cause the stress of work, the impact of work stress on performance, the way to cope with stress. This is the one of the relationships of work stress in organizational behavior. The factors that cause stress are seen from the work environment and a person's personal environmental factors. Several factors that cause work stress include: Work that requires excessive demands.

Abstract

This research aims to describe or explain the implementation of strategic management in improving the quality of education. This research uses a qualitative research approach. Qualitative research is basically analysis-based research. The theoretical basis becomes a guide to ensure the research focus is in accordance with the facts in the field. Data collection in research is carried out using various research methods such as observation, interviews, literature and documentation, all that is needed are tools. For this reason, for quality education, strategies are needed to improve it, such as efforts to attend upgrading courses, take educational courses, increase reading opportunities, make visits to other schools, and establish relationships with student parents. This is one form of creating quality education. In running an educational institution, we need to know in advance what factors must be considered, namely the vision and mission must be clear and in line with educational goals to help develop the right strategy.
