Abstract

The aim of this study is to understand the strategies of academic supervision to improve the quality of teacher performance. The issue addressed in this research is the management of academic supervision for enhancing teacher performance. The research method used is qualitative, with a literature review approach based on field research. The results of this study indicate that the implementation of academic supervision management to improve teacher performance is more directed towards evaluating the performance achieved by teachers. The evaluation of the academic supervision program includes aspects such as teacher guidance, professional training and development, teacher performance appraisal, and monitoring of the 8 national education standards. Strategies employed to improve teacher performance include discipline training, serving as role models for teachers and students, organizing seminars and training sessions, collaborating with other educational institutions, inviting experts, providing opportunities for peer supervision among teachers, and optimizing educational facilities and equipment.

Abstract

Evaluation is a systematic process for assessing program effectiveness, identifying areas that need improvement, and ensuring the achievement of established goals. Educational program evaluation models can assist in decision making to improve the quality of education and achieve set goals. This research aims to provide a comprehensive review of various evaluation models in educational programs. This research method uses a descriptive qualitative research method through a literature study method which uses data collection techniques in the form of book and journal reviews which are then analyzed and concluded from the research cited. The results of this research are to analyze the strengths and weaknesses of each model, as well as provide recommendations regarding the choice of the appropriate model according to the program context, evaluation objectives, and available resources

Abstract

Ethics in education and training has an important role in forming individual character, morals and discipline, especially for teachers and educators. This research aims to examine ethics in education and training management (Diklat), ethics in education and training management, principles of education and training (diklat). This research uses a qualitative approach, which is also a literature study or library research method. Library research, also known as library research, is a type of research that involves collecting library data through a systematic process to collect, process, and summarize information with the aim of finding solutions to problems related to literature. This research approach is in line with previous research which used a library institution approach. Before reviewing library materials, researchers must know exactly where they will get scientific information from. The research results illustrate that ethics in education and training management is that the application of ethical principles is very important to create an educational environment that is fair, effective, and supports the development of all parties involved. Ethics in education and training management includes honesty, integrity, fairness, and professionalism, all of which contribute to transparency and trust in the educational process.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan atau menjelaskan studi literatur tentang etika pemimpin dan kepemimpinan dalam pendidikan Islam. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif/deskriptif dengan pendekatan tinjauan pustaka atau berdasarkan tinjauan pustaka melalui resensi buku dan jurnal. Langkah-langkah dalam penelitian ini dimulai dari mengumpulkan artikel, mereduksi artikel, berdiskusi dan menyimpulkan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan tentang etika pemimpin dan kepemimpinan, prinsip-prinsip kepemimpinan, karakteristik kepemimpinan, fungsi kepemimpinan, peran kepemimpinan dan faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi kepemimpinan

Abstract

The problems contained in the problem formulation are (1) What is the vision and mission of Aceh TV. And how Aceh TV realizes the vision and mission. (2) What programs are aired by Aceh TV related to the preservation of Aceh culture. (3) Does the program broadcast by Aceh TV support the preservation of Aceh culture. The purpose of this research is to find out the vision and mission of Aceh TV, and how Aceh TV realizes the vision and mission in preserving Aceh culture. To find out the programs aired by Aceh TV related to the preservation of Aceh culture, and also to find out whether the programs broadcast by Aceh TV support the preservation of Aceh. This type of research is qualitative research with data collection techniques namely observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of this study found that Aceh TV in realizing its vision and mission is by re-exploring Aceh's cultural values, so that people can learn about the culture. Aceh TV programs aired related to the preservation of Aceh culture, namely Ca'e Bak Jamboe, Meudikee, Ratoh, Seumapa, Seumeubeut, Piasan Aceh, Akai Bang Rusli and Keberni Gayo. The programs broadcast by Aceh TV support the preservation of Aceh's culture. And these programs are also still within the limits of Islamic law. The recommendations in this study are that Aceh TV is expected to add more programs related to culture. It is hoped that Aceh TV can reduce the Aceh song playback program, and it is also hoped that Aceh TV can improve the quality of the programs aired.

Abstract

This study aims to describe or explain the literature review of work stress in organizational behavior. The method of this research uses qualitative research method using a literature study approach or with a lifestyle-based study through the surgical book and journals. Research steps start from the collection of articles, reduction articles, discussions and conclusions. The results showed that the work of stress work in organizational behavior, stress-type, the factors cause the stress of work, the impact of work stress on performance, the way to cope with stress. This is the one of the relationships of work stress in organizational behavior. The factors that cause stress are seen from the work environment and a person's personal environmental factors. Several factors that cause work stress include: Work that requires excessive demands.

This research aims to describe or explain the implementation of strategic management in improving the quality of education. This research uses a qualitative research approach. Qualitative research is basically analysis-based research. The theoretical basis becomes a guide to ensure the research focus is in accordance with the facts in the field. Data collection in research is carried out using various research methods such as observation, interviews, literature and documentation, all that is needed are tools. For this reason, for quality education, strategies are needed to improve it, such as efforts to attend upgrading courses, take educational courses, increase reading opportunities, make visits to other schools, and establish relationships with student parents. This is one form of creating quality education. In running an educational institution, we need to know in advance what factors must be considered, namely the vision and mission must be clear and in line with educational goals to help develop the right strategy.
