Abstract

Evaluation of the performance of educators is an important process in assessing the effectiveness of the education system in achieving educational goals that have been set. Assessment of educator performance not only focuses on academic aspects, but also involves various other aspects, including social aspects, skills, and student character. In this study, will be discussed some key aspects in the evaluation of the performance of educators from the definition of performance evaluation of educators, basic concepts of performance evaluation, evaluation objectives, ways and tools of performance evaluation, formative and summative evaluation, as well as the involvement of teachers in the evaluation process, at the conclusion of this discussion, the authors get the results that the evaluation of the performance of educators can be done through a variety of methods and evaluation tools, such as standardized tests, formative assessment, observation, and interviews. The purpose of this evaluation is to identify strengths and weaknesses in the education system, as well as provide relevant information for improvement. Evaluation of educator performance is an important tool in improving the quality of education. By engaging various stakeholders and using appropriate evaluation methods, the education system can continue to evolve and provide better education for future generations

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan atau menjelaskan kajian literatur tentang Pendekatan sistem untuk meningkatkan kolaborasi antara guru dan orang tua dalam membentuk karakter anak . Metode penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif dengan menggunakan pendekatan kajian literatur atau dengan berbasis kajian pustaka melalui bedah buku dan jurnal-jurnal. Langkah-langkah penelitian dimulai dari pengumpulan artikel, reduksi artikel, pembahasan, kesimpulan serta hasil wawancara. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwasannya model pendekatan sistem untuk meningkatkan kolaborasi antara guru dan orang tua dalam membentuk karakter anak, belajar, karakter dan kolaborasi, peran guru dan orang tua dalam penerapan kolaboratif, penerapan kolaboratif dalam sistem pembelajaran, implementasi penerapan kolaboratif dalam sistem pembelajaran. Hal ini lah yang menyebakan adanya hubungan antara kolaboratif guru dan orang tua.

Abstract

Business is an activity carried out by individuals or groups that involves the process of making, selling, purchasing or exchanging goods or services with the aim of generating profits. The aim of this research is to describe or explain literature studies regarding the role of ethics and social responsibility in business. This research method uses a qualitative research method using a literature review approach or based on literature review through book review and journals. The research steps start from collecting articles, reducing articles, discussing and concluding. The results of this research show that ethics and responbility in business have the same role which aims to improve the company’s image to develop the company.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana efektifitas Pendidikan dan Pelatihan dalam hal meningkatkan kinerja tenaga pendidik di sekolah SMA IT AL HIJRAH 2 Deli Serdang. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif. Subjek penelitian ini adalah guru di sekolah SMA IT AL HIJRAH 2 Deli Serdang. Penelitian ini berlangsung selama satu hari yaitu pada hari Rabu, 22 Mei 2024. Hasil analisis data diperoleh dari hasil observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian diperoleh kesimpulan bahwa ; (1) di sekolah SMA IT AL HIJRAH 2 menerapkan program diklat untuk para guru, yang bertujuan supaya para guru dapat meningkatkan kualitas pengajaran. (2) program pendidikan dan pelatihan (diklat) dapat berpengaruh besar terhadap perubahan dalam metode pengajaran yang diterapkan oleh guru di sekolah IT AL HIJRAH 2. (3) terdapat perubahan yang signifikan dalam metode pengajaran guru setelah mengikuti program pendidikan dan pelatihan yang ada di sekolah IT AL HIJRAH 2. (4) terdapat beberapa hambatan yang sering muncul saat akan dilakukan diklat untuk para guru di sekolah IT AL HIJRAH 2. (5) terdapat perbedaan kinerja antara guru yang telah mengikuti pelatihan dengan yang belum mengikuti pelatihan di sekolah IT AL HIJRAH 2. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa efektivitas Pendidikan dan pelatihan memberikan dampak positif yang signifikan terhadap kinerja tenaga pendidik.
