Abstract

Teacher performance is the level of work success accomplished by a teacher with the skills and expertise in carrying out the task in accordance with the task. Teachers are instrumental in the teaching and learning process. The teacher's  performance  can be influenced by the leadership in the Madrasah, with the transformational leadership delivered by the head of the madrasah. The problems in this research are how the  Teacher's perception of the transformational leadership of the head of the  Kabanjahe Schoolis the transformation? How is the performance of Guru in kabanjahe Madrasah tsanawiyah? Is there a teacher perception relationship about the transformational leadership of the head of Madrasah with the teacher performance at the  Madrasah Tsanawiyah State of Kabanjahe?. The purpose of this research is  to know the teacher's perception of the transformational leadership of the head of Madrasah in the  state madrasah Tsanawiyah kabanjahe,  to know the performance of the teacher in the state madrasah Tsanawiyah kabanjahe,  to know the relationship of teacher perception about transformational leadership of Madrasah head with teacher performance in  madrasah Tsanawiyah kabanjahe.  This Research is a quantitative study conducted in the  Madrasah Tsanawiyah Negeri kabanjahe. The number of samples in this study was 30 teachers. Data collection is done using a poll to find out the teacher's perception of the transformational leadership of the Madrasah head and teacher performance. The analysis in this study uses correlation analysis. The results showed that the teacher's perceptual relationship to the transformational leadership of the Madrasah head was in a   very strong category of  8.1% against the teacher's performance. Based on the results of the analysis is known that the teacher's perception of the transformational leadership of the Madrasah head  is a positive and significant relationship  to the teacher's performance, the proven  pearson corelation value (0.284) is greater than the significant value of 0.128.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan Untuk mengetahui peran sekolah  dalam menerapkan kedisiplinan guru di SD  Negeri 9 Tamon Jaya Kabupaten Simeuleue. Untuk mengetahui  pengawasan (supervisi) kepala sekolah dalam menerapkan kedisiplinan guru di SD Negeri 9 Tamon Jaya Kabupaten Simeulue. Pendekatan penelitian ini adalah dalam penelitian ini penulis menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dan pendekatan deskriptif. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di SD Negeri 9 Tamon Jaya Kabupaten Simeulue. Subjek penelitian disini adalah Kepala sekolah dan Guru yang berjumlah 15 Orang. Pengumpulan data melalui angket dan wawancara. Teknik analisis data menggunakan deskriptif. Adapun hasil penelitian ini adalah Peran kepala sekolah dalam menerapkan kedisiplinan guru di SD Negeri 9 Tamon Jaya Kabupaten Simeulue Peran kepala sekolah tentunya menjadi pendidik disekolah ini, untuk membina guru-guru dan menegur guru yang tidak disiplin serta saya juga memberikan arahan untuk kemajuan sekolah ini kedepan dengan menyesuaiakan kuriklum yang berlaku di sekolah, ini dilakukan karena seorang pendidik dalam sebuah lembaga pendidikan harus mengikuti tata tertib di sekolah. Pengawasan (Supervisi) Kepala sekolah dalam menerapkan kedisiplinan guru di SD Negeri 9 Tamon Jaya Kabupaten Simeulue sudah dilaksanakan oleh kepala sekolah, tetapi belum efektif, karena tidak semua guru mengikuti supervisi yang dilakukan oleh kepala sekolah. Selain itu kurangnya ketegasan dari kepala sekolah yang membuat pengawasan (supervisi) menjadi kurang berjalan dengan efektif

Abstract

Community Service (Pema) is a tangible manifestation of the duties of lecturers and students in implementing the Tri Dharma of Higher Education, namely the aspect of service. Through community service activities in Bah Butong II village, there is a synergy between universities and the community as a form of participation in the Bah Butong II village community. The purpose of this service is to provide understanding to the local community about the importance of education and preserving the cultures that exist in the village of Bah Butong in order to assist the village government in educating the community and the children of the nation's successors. The service is carried out through the following activities: Education, teaching, socialization, mutual cooperation and enlivening the independence day. The results of this community service provide enthusiasm and increase public understanding, especially teachers and parents about education, social, culture in order to give birth to the next generation who have spiritual and intellectual understanding.

Abstract

Pengabdian Masyarakat  (PEMA) ini dilakukan sebagai wujud adanya suatu aktivitas yang menjadi bentuk pengabdian terhadap masyarakat melalui suatu pendekatan antar bidang pengetahuan dan wilayah dalam jangka waktu dan wilayah-wilayah yang dipilih untuk menjadi kegiatan intrakurikuler dalam menjalankan tugas kewajiban oleh mahasiswa. Tujuan pengabdian ini adalah untuk mengetahui garis haluan manajemen hubungan masyarakat (HUMAS) dalam proses internalisasi norma-norma yang berbasis pada agama Islam terhadap masyarakat di wilayah Desa Ndeskati, Kec. Naman Teran, Kab. Karo. Kegiatan ini dilaksanakan di tanggal 18 Juli 2022 di Desa Ndeskati, Kec. Naman Teran, Kab. Karo. Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini menggunakan  metode  penyuluhan dan penyelenggaraan sosialaisasi tentang nilai keagamaan dan pendidikan, melaksanakan kegiatan dakwah dan mengajar ngaji Al-Qur’an, kegiatan bimbingan belajar dan kegiatan gotong royong bagi masyarakat juga anak-anak sekolah di Desa Ndeskati, Kec. Naman Teran, Kab. Karo. Hasil pengabdian ini memberikan informasi jika: (1). Proses internalisasi norma-norma keislaman selama menentukan strategi manajemen hubungan masyarakat (HUMAS) di desa Ndeskati sudah sebanding dengan prosedur teori strategi manajemen pada umumnya, yaitu diawali dari tahapan perencanaan, tahapan analisis lingkungan, tahapan merumuskan strategi, tahapan proses pelaksanaan strategi, tahapan pengawasan dan tahapan evaluasi.

Abstract

Abstract This study aims to confirm the 5P theory of Henri Mirtberg through the list of questions that have been provided. This study also explores the answers to questions posed by Pedersen and Ritter (2020) 5 (five) Ps, namely: position, plan, perspective, project, and prepare which were adapted from Henry Mintzberg's 5P theory as well as E-Commerce and financial literacy. This type of research uses quantitative methods which consist of samples and numerical data. The type of data used is primary data. The primary data in this study came from responses to questionnaires. The population of this research is the MSME actors in Bangun Purba sub-district as many as 369 and the determination of the sample uses the slovin formula so that the number of samples is 192 respondents. The technique of collecting data is by using a questionnaire and then processing it with validity and reliability tests. The data analysis technique used statistical tests. Plan has a significant effect on the resilience of MSMEs in the Bangun ancient sub-district. Ploy has a significant effect on the resilience of MSMEs in the Bangun ancient sub-district. Pattern has a significant effect on the resilience of MSMEs in the Bangun ancient sub-district. Position has a significant effect on the resilience of MSMEs in the Bangun ancient subdistrict. Perspective has a significant effect on the resilience of MSMEs in the Bangun ancient sub-district. E-Commerce has a significant effect on the resilience of MSMEs in the Bangun ancient sub-district. Financial literacy has a significant effect on the resilience of MSMEs in the Bangun ancient sub-district.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan memperoleh data empiris mengenai Upaya Kepala Desa Dalam Mensinergikan Keberagaman Masyarakat di Desa Sei Kamah II. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif kualitatif dengan metode pengumpulan data menggunakan wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Dari data yang kami peroleh dari pengabdian masyarakat di Desa Sei Kamah II Kecamatan Sei Dadap, Kabupaten Asahan terdapat keharmonisan diantara 3.427 warganya, sehingga membuat kami tertarik dengan upaya serta peran kepala Desa Sei Kamah II Kecamatan Sei Dadap dalam mensinergikan keberagaman warga desanya. Maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa dalam upaya mensinergikan keberagaman warga di desa tersebut tidak terlepas dari penerapan sikap toleransi dan saling menghargai antar suku/etnis dan agama

Abstract

Karakter yang Qur’ani perlu ditanamkan sejak usia dini. Oleh karena itu, sangat pentingnya peran orang tua dalam perkembangan karakteristik yang Qur’ani pada anak. Karakter adalah suatu kualitas kepribadian yang meliputi perilaku, moral, dan akhlak yang dapat dibentuk dari lahir, orang tua, keluarga, lingkungan tempat tumbuh kembangnya untuk menjadikan ciri khas yang membedakan dengan dirinya dan orang lain. Dalam hal ini, pribadi seseorang dibentuk atas dasar nilai-nilai karakter yang dilakukan dalam sehari-harinya. Observasi dilakukan untuk memperoleh deskripsi tentang membangun karakteristik yang Qur’ani pada anak usia dini di Desa Benteng, Kec. Talawi, Kab. Batu Bara. Data dikumpulkan melalui metode deskriptif, pendekatan kualitatif. Subjek observasi ini adalah anak usia dini di Desa Benteng, Kec. Talawi, Kab. Batu Bara. Observasi ini bersifat kolaboratif antara peneliti, orang tua, dan pihak masyarakat. Dimana metode ini merupakan salah satu metode pengumpulan data melalui desain wawancara untuk mendapatkan informasi-informasi yang berkaitan dengan masalah yang diteliti yang kemudian dicatat dan hasilnya kemudian disajikan dalam bentuk tulisan yang baku. Dimana observasi ini merupakan penelitian lapangan, yaitu observasi yang bertujuan untuk mengembangkan karakteristik secara intensif tentang latar belakang keadaan sekarang dan interaksi lingkungan suatu unit sosial baik secara individu, kelompok, lembaga ataupun masyarakat. Observasi lapangan dilakukan dengan menggali data yang bersumber dari lokasi.

Abstract

The low quality of education in Indonesia is actually a discussion that has existed for a long time. However, until now the problem of education quality has not been resolved. Quality education is the hope and demand of all education stakeholders. Everyone will certainly prefer to study at institutions that have good quality. On this basis, schools/educational institutions must be able to provide good service and quality so that they are not left behind and are able to compete with other educational institutions. The data collection technique used in this research is a literature study technique where this research is conducted by collecting data related or relevant to research originating from scientific journals and other publications that are worthy of being a research source. The results of this study indicate that ethics and responsibility in business have the same role which aims to improve the image of educational institutions to develop schools. An educational institution will be hampered or unable to develop without the role of good management ethics.

Abstract

Leadership plays a key role in the direction, goals, and level of success in achieving the goals that have been set. Education is a form of organization where the level of success is largely determined by management and leadership factors. This fact shows how big the role of leadership in education is. Therefore, improvement of management and leadership systems in education is absolutely necessary. The existence of Islamic leadership also provides a balance between worldly concept leadership and the concept of ukhrowi to achieve essential goals more than just temporary organizational goals, demands a high commitment to Islamic principles and assigns a place of leadership not just a humanitarian task.
