Abstract

Sistem pengelolaan zakat harus dilakukan secara optimal seperti menerapkan akuntabilitas dan transparasi sehingga masyarakat percaya terhadap lembaga pengelola zakat. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh akuntabilitas (X1) dan transparansi (X2) baik secara parsial maupun simultan terhadap Tingkat Kepercayaan Muzakki (Y) pada BAZNAS Kabupaten Manokwari.Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan uji hipotesis koefesien regresi berganda. Penentuaan sampel penelitian menggunakan teknik simple random sampling dengan total populasi dari 5 Masjid sebanyak 342 Muzakki dan didapatkan jumlah responden sebanyak 68 responden. Data yang diperoleh langsung melalui penyebaran kuesioner. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa, secara parsial tidak ada pengaruh signifikan antara akuntabilitas (X1) terhadap tingkat kepercayaan muzaki (Y) yaitu dengan nilai koefisien thitung < ttabel (0,371 < 1,996) dan diketahui nilai koefisien thitung > ttabel (2,055 > 1,996), sehingga terdapat pengaruh signifikan akuntabilitas (X2) terhadap tingkat kepercayaan muzaki (Y). Sedangkan secara simultan, hasil uji F diketahui nilai Fhitung > Ftabel (9,241 > 3,30) sehingga ada pengaruh antara akuntabilitas (X1) dan transparansi (X2) secara bersama-sama terhadap tingkat kepercayaan muzaki (Y) pada BAZNAS Kabupaten Manokwari.

Abstract

Indonesia is one of the countries with a majority Muslim population in the world. With this potential, there should be very wide opportunities for interest in saving in sharia banking. However, the reality shows that the conventional banking sector has a more dominant market share compared to sharia banking. Therefore, the aim of this research is to determine the influence of Service Quality (X1), Religiosity (X2) and Profit Sharing (X3) partially or simultaneously on Interest in Saving (Y) at Bank Syariah Indonesia Banyuwangi. This research is quantitative research with primary data obtained from the results of distributing questionnaires to 40 people who save at Bank Syariah Indonesia. The sampling technique uses Simple Random Sampling. The results of the t test show that Service Quality (X1), Religiosity (X2) and Profit Sharing (X3) partially have a significant effect on interest in saving at BSI Banyuwangi, with a significance value of 0.02; 0.03; 0.02<0.05. The results of the F test show that service (X1), religiosity (X2), and profit sharing (X3) simultaneously influence interest in saving at BSI Banyuwangi with a significance value of 0.00<0.05. The Determination Coefficient value of 0.929 indicates that 92.9% of interest in saving is influenced by these three independent variables. Keywords: Service, Religiosity, Profit Sharing, Interest in Saving and Sharia Banking Abstrak: Indonesia merupakan salah satu negara dengan mayoritas penduduk beragama Islam di dunia. Seharusnya, dengan potensi demikian minat menabung di perbankan syariah peluangnya sangat luas. Namun, realitanya menunjukkan bahwa sektor perbankan konvensional memiliki pangsa pasar yang lebih dominan dibandingkan dengan perbankan syariah. Oleh karena itu, tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh Kualitas Pelayanan (X1), Religiusitas (X2) dan Bagi Hasil (X3) secara parsial maupun simultan terhadap Minat Menabung (Y) pada Bank Syariah Indonesia Banyuwangi. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan data primer yang diperoleh dari hasil penyebaran kuisioner kepada 40 orang yang menabung di Bank Syariah Indonesia. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan Simple Random Sampling. Hasil uji t menunjukkan Kualitas Pelayanan (X1), Religiusitas (X2) dan Bagi Hasil (X3) secara parsial berpengaruh signifikan terhadap minat menabung di BSI Banyuwangi, dengan nilai signifikansi 0,02; 0,03; 0,02<0,05. Hasil uji F diketahui secara simultan Kualitas Pelayanan (X1), Religiusitas (X2), dan Bagi Hasil (X3) berpengaruh terhadap Minat Menabung di BSI Banyuwangi dengan nilai signifikansi 0,00<0,05. Nilai Koefisien Determinasi sebesar 0,929 menunjukkan bahwa 92,9% minat menabung dipengaruhi oleh ketiga variabel independen tersebut. Abstract

The objectives of this research are: 1) To analyze buying and selling transactions for Smart Hafiz products at PT. Tigaraksa Satria Blokagung Banyuwangi. 2) To analyze buying and selling transactions for smart Hafiz products from the perspective of muamalah fiqh at PT. Tigaraksa Satria Blokagung Banyuwangi muamalah fiqh perspective. This research uses a qualitative research method with a case study approach. The results of this research are 1) practice of buying and selling transactions for smart Hafiz products at PT. Tigaraksa Satria uses the following system: First, cash by direct payment and filling in the buyer data form clearly and validly. Second, installments with payment within a period of 5 months provided that the buyer is someone who is known and can be trusted. Third, social gathering, namely buyers are allowed to choose to participate in social gathering according to their wishes for 3, 5 or 10 months. 2) The system used in buying and selling transactions for Smart Hafiz products at PT. Tigaraksa Satria falls under the criteria of a bai’ or sale and purchase contract, a muajjal/Bai’ Bitsaman Ajil contract, a qardh (debt) contract according to the perspective of muamalah fiqh.

Abstract

Qardhul hasan loans are loans that do not use collateral to obtain capital assistance to improve micro, small and medium enterprises to be more developed, without collateral there is a very large possibility of risk. This study aims to analyze the qardhul hasan financing procedure and the risk of qardhul hasan financing management in one of the Baitul Mal Wat Tamwil Nuansa Umat on the island of Java. Observations were made of the operational activities of Baitul Mal Wat Tamwil Nuansa Umat and customer activities to see the impact of financing. This research uses a type of qualitative field research. Data collection techniques are obtained through interviews, observation and domunentation. The data collection technique was carried out through interviews with four informants including the head of the Purwoharjo Branch, the Central Board of Directors, the financing department, and Loan customers. Data validity uses data triangulation. Data analysis techniques using Miles and Huberman techniques, namely data collection, data display, data condensation and conclusions. The results of the study reveal that the qardhul hasan financing procedure at Baitul Mal Wat Tamwil Nuansa Umat is designed to provide access to financing without collateral that is transparent and efficient with Forum Silaturahmi Anggota which functions as a social control mechanism to support the sustainability of payments.  In terms of risk management at Baitul Mal Wat Tamwil Nuansa Umat, it still needs to be improved. requires improvement to reduce the risk of many collectabilities and also arrears that occur, such as business bankruptcy, fraud, names used by others, defaults due to partners working outside the island or out of the country. The risk management process includes identifying, measuring, monitoring and controlling risks.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian: 1) Mengetahui Pengaruh Kesadaran Halal (X1) terhadap Minat Membeli (Y) Produk Makanan Toko “Rizquna”, 2) Mengetahui Pengaruh Religiusitas (X2) terhadap Minat Membeli (Y) Produk Makanan Toko “Rizquna”, 3) Mengetahui pengaruh Kesadaran Halal (X1) dan Religiusitas (X2) secara bersama-sama terhadap Minat Membeli (Y) Produk Makanan Toko “Rizquna”. Jenis penelitian adalah penelitian kuantitatif uji hipotesis. Teknik sampel penelitian menggunakan metode accidental sampling. Sumber data penelitian adalah data primer. Teknik analisis data penelitian adalah teknik analisis regresi berganda. Hasil uji-t (uji parsial) variabel Kesadaran Halal (X1) dan Religiusitas (X2) diketahui nilai koefisien thitung 4.362 dan 3.570 lebih besar dari ttabel 2,048, maka Ha diterima. Hasil regresi tersebut menunjukan terdapat pengaruh antara Kesadaran Halal (X1) dan Religiusitas (X2) terhadap Minat Membeli (Y). Uji-F (uji simultan) variabel kesadaran Halal (X1) dan religiusitas (X2) terdapat pengaruh secara bersama-sama terhadap minat membeli (Y), nilai Fhitug > Ftabel (23.909 > 3,35) dan R­­­­­2 sebesar 65,2%. Abstract

Abstract The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of service (X1), religiosity (X2) and profit sharing (X3) partially or simultaneously on interest in saving (Y) at Bank Syariah Indonesia Banyuwangi. This research was obtained from using quantitative research using primary data obtained from the results of the distribution of questionnaires or questionnaires. The sampling technique in this study used Probity Sampling with the type of Simple Random Sampling. Respondents used in this study were 40 people who saved at Bank Syariah Indonesia. The results of this study indicate that the t test test shows that the service has a significant effect on saving interest at BSI Banyuwangi, having a tcount of 4,573 which is greater than ttable of 0.132 with a significant probability level of 0.02 which is smaller than 0.05. Religiosity has a significant effect on saving interest at BSI Banyuwangi. It has a t count of 4.339 which is greater than t table of 0.132 with a significant level of 0.03 which is smaller than 0.05. Profit sharing has a significant effect on interest in saving at BSI Banyuwangi has a t count of 2.304 which is greater than t table 0.132 with a significant level of 0.02 which is smaller than 0.05. And through the F test, it is known that service (X1), Religiosity (X2), and Profit Sharing (X2) have a simultaneous effect on interest in saving at BSI Banyuwangi. The Adjusted R square figure of 0.929 indicates that 92.9% of the variation in saving interest can be explained by the three independent variables used in the regression equation. While the remaining 7.1% is influenced by other variables outside the three used in this study.

Abstract

This research aims to comprehensively analyze the implementation of the mudharabah contract in TABAH savings products at BMT NU Purwoharjo Branch, focusing on its conformity with Islamic economic principles. The novelty of this study lies in its contextual exploration of the Purwoharjo Branch, which has unique socio-economic characteristics, and in offering an operational assessment of mudharabah practices that have not been covered in previous research. The study also critically examines how operational standards reflect Islamic values such as justice, amanah (trust), and maslahah (public benefit). This research uses a descriptive qualitative method with a case study approach. Data were collected through in-depth interviews with BMT managers and customers, direct observations of daily operations, and analysis of documents such as SOPs, financial reports, and contract agreements. Data validation was ensured through source, method, and theoretical triangulation, and analysis was conducted using Miles and Huberman's interactive model involving data reduction, categorization, and conclusion drawing. The findings show that implementing the mudharabah contract at BMT NU Purwoharjo Branch aligns with key Islamic economic principles such as transparency, fairness in profit-sharing, and trust-based (amanah) fund management. The profit-sharing ratio is determined based on mutual agreement, reflecting Islamic law's principle of willingness (taradhi). However, a gap remains in customer understanding of mudharabah mechanisms, particularly regarding the concept of risk-sharing and the customer's role as shahibul mal, indicating the need for strengthened financial literacy. On the other hand, BMT's fund allocation supports halal and productive micro-business sectors, aligning with the principle of maslahah and contributing to local economic empowerment. Risk mitigation is addressed through stringent partner selection and continuous monitoring. This study provides practical insights into operationalizing Islamic contractual values in microfinance institutions and expands the growing literature on context-based mudharabah implementation.

Abstract

This study analyzes the marketing strategy of gold installment products based on murabahah contracts at BSI KCP Banyuwangi Purwoharjo using qualitative methods and the SWOT approach. This analysis aims to identify strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats in an effort to improve marketing effectiveness and minimize the risk of making inappropriate decisions. The findings show that the main strengths of the product lie in compliance with sharia principles, transparency of contracts, and stability of gold investment. However, weaknesses such as low public literacy and limited accessibility remain a challenge. On the other hand, opportunities such as increased awareness of sharia products and new market segments such as high school and university students can be utilized to expand customer outreach. The recommended strategies include product development for young segments, increasing financial literacy through education, optimizing digital promotions, and collaboration with educational institutions. With this approach, BSI KCP Banyuwangi Purwoharjo can strengthen its position in the market, face gold price fluctuations, and compete with other financial institutions. This study concludes that a combination of strengths and opportunities-based strategies and mitigation of weaknesses and threats can be the key to successful marketing of sharia-based gold installment products.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the implementation of the ijarah contract on gold pawn products at Bank Syariah Indonesia (BSI) Purwoharjo Banyuwangi Branch Office. The study uses a descriptive qualitative approach with primary data sources obtained through interviews, observations, and documentation, as well as secondary data including literature studies and fatwas from the National Sharia Council (DSN) MUI. The data collection process involves structured interviews with related banks, direct observation of the implementation of gold pawn products, and documentation in the form of notes and photos. Data analysis was carried out using the Miles and Huberman theory which includes three stages: data categorization, data reduction, and drawing conclusions. The results of the study indicate that the ijarah contract is applied in gold pawn transactions as a rental mechanism for storing collateral, where the bank functions as a gold keeper without transferring ownership. This ijarah contract is carried out simultaneously with the rahn (pawn) contract, with administrative costs calculated based on the weight of the gold and rental costs (ujrah) for storing goods. The implementation of the ijarah contract in the gold pawn product at BSI Purwoharjo Banyuwangi has been in accordance with sharia principles, providing easy access to financing for customers, and ensuring transparency and security of transactions.
