Abstract

Pembelajaran matematika masih dianggap sulit oleh siswa. Hal ini menyebabkan hasil dan aktivitas belajar siswa menurun. Penelitian Tindakan Kelas ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan Hasil dan Aktivitas belajar siswa melalui model pembelajaran Think Pair Share. Subjek penelitian berjumlah 26 orang, obyek penelitian peningkatan hasil belajar dan aktivitas belajar. Pengumpulan data menggunakan tes. Analisis data menggunakan teknik analisis deskripsi komparatif dengan membandingkan hasil belajar pada kondisi awal dengan hasil belajar yang dicapai pada setiap siklus, dan analisis deskripsi kualitatif dengan membandingkan hasil observasi dan refleksi pada siklus I dan II. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa 1) terjadi peningkatan hasil belajar siswa sebesar 7,4 yaitu dari 72,65 pada siklus I menjadi 80,05 pada siklus II dengan jumlah siswa yang mencapai KKM sebanyak 22 orang (85%); 2) terjadi peningkatan rerata aktivitas belajar sebesar 32,5%, yaitu dari 45% pada siklus I menjadi 77,5% pada siklus II. Model pembelajaran Think Pair Share terbukti dapat meningkatkan hasil dan aktivitas belajar siswa pada materi Limit Fungsi. Implikasi penelitian ini diharapkan dapat membantu guru dalam menyampaikan materi limit fungsi, sehingga dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa.

Abstract

Research suggests that child independence is more popular in countries with greater wealth and a higher percentage of the educated population. Various research implications expect children's independence and compliance to increase over time in developing countries. This study aims to describe the independence of early childhood who comes from low-income families or at low socioeconomic environment. Using quantitative descriptive, data collection techniques are carried out through a questionnaire. The study population was 30 respondents from the ECE institution who were included in the list of low-income families in 2018, using an area sampling technique. Overall, the teacher stated that all indicators of dependence on children from low-income families had reached the high category, which was 75%. The implication of further research is that aspects of independence in physical abilities, self-confidence, responsibility, discipline, sociability, sharing, and independence in terms of emotional control in early childhood can develop better in a low socio-economic environment. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui seorang Guru bagi masyarakat awam selama ini dipahami sebagai orang yang pekerjaannya mengajar. Ditambah lagi dengan Pergeseran pengertian guru dari orang yang pekerjaannya mengajar menjadi pendidik profesional, tetapi bagi sebagian orang mungkin tidak begitu dimasalahkan. Guru memiliki pengaruh yang luar biasa bagi arah pengembangan pendidikan di Indonesia pergeseran pemahaman terhadap guru dari mengajar menjadi pendidik sudah menjadi keputusan hukum di Indonesia yang telah disahkan baik aturan tentang Guru dan Dosen. Hukum memberikan penjelasan guru sebagai pendidik profesional ketimbang sebagai orang yang pekerjaannya mengajar dengan kemampuan tenaga professional. Siswa akan terdorong untuk belajar manakala mereka memiliki motivasi untuk belajar. 1) Kuatnya kemauan untuk berbuat, 2) Jumlah waktu yang disediakan untuk belajar, 3) Kerelaan meninggalkan kewajiban atau tugas yang lain, 4) Ketekunan dalam mengerjakan tugas. Menumbuhkan motivasi belajar siswa merupakan salah satu teknik dalam mengembangkan kemampuan dan kemauan belajar. Salah satu cara yang logis untuk momotivasi siswa dalam pembelajaran adalah mengaitkan pengalaman belajar dengan motivasi siswa.

Abstract

Low critical thinking skills and self-confidence can affect the learning process of students. In overcoming this problem, a suitable learning model and learning media are needed. This study aims to determine the effect of the YouTube-assisted PjBL learning model on students' critical thinking skills and self-confidence. This research is quasi-experimental with a non-equivalent control group design. The population in the study consisted of 185 eleventh-grade students of SMAN 16 Bandar Lampung. The research sample consisted of classes, class XI IPA 1 as the control class and XI IPA 2 as the experimental class, selected by cluster random sampling technique. Data collection instruments were an essay test of five questions and self-confidence questionnaires. Based on the analysis using the MANOVA test, the significant values for critical thinking skills of 0.008 and self-confidence of 0.000 were obtained. These values indicate that  is accepted. Thus, it can be concluded that the YouTube-assisted PjBL learning model affects students' critical thinking skills and self-confidence in physics learning.

Abstract

This study aims to identify the factors that support and hinder classroom management strategies and evaluate the effectiveness of these strategies in enhancing the quality of learning. The research methodology employed is descriptive in nature and adopts a qualitative approach. The primary data sources consist of interviews, observations, and documentation obtained from school principals, teachers, and staff members. Secondary data sources include relevant journals, books, and websites. The data analysis entails data display, data reduction, and drawing conclusions. The findings of the study reveal the following: 1) Teachers employ various strategies in classroom management such as maintaining a positive classroom atmosphere, adopting personal approaches towards students, organizing seating arrangements, providing individual attention, and offering constructive warnings. These efforts significantly contribute to improving the learning process and outcomes. 2) The supporting factors for effective classroom management strategies encompass the availability of adequate facilities, a relevant school curriculum, teachers' abilities and competencies, a conducive learning environment, collaborative interactions among teachers, school administrators, and principals, an efficient school management system, and a strong teacher-student rapport. 3) Teachers also employ strategic initiatives in classroom management, including the provision of school facilities, the inclusion of Quranic reading prior to lessons, the enhancement of teacher competence, self-evaluation by teachers throughout the planning and implementation stages of teaching, including lesson planning, and efforts to assess the students' circumstances. In conclusion, enhancing the quality of learning is contingent not only upon the efforts of teachers but also necessitates support from various factors, such as teacher competence, adequate facilities and infrastructure, and a conducive learning environment.

Abstract

Qardhul hasan loans are loans that do not use collateral to obtain capital assistance to improve micro, small and medium enterprises to be more developed, without collateral there is a very large possibility of risk. This study aims to analyze the qardhul hasan financing procedure and the risk of qardhul hasan financing management in one of the Baitul Mal Wat Tamwil Nuansa Umat on the island of Java. Observations were made of the operational activities of Baitul Mal Wat Tamwil Nuansa Umat and customer activities to see the impact of financing. This research uses a type of qualitative field research. Data collection techniques are obtained through interviews, observation and domunentation. The data collection technique was carried out through interviews with four informants including the head of the Purwoharjo Branch, the Central Board of Directors, the financing department, and Loan customers. Data validity uses data triangulation. Data analysis techniques using Miles and Huberman techniques, namely data collection, data display, data condensation and conclusions. The results of the study reveal that the qardhul hasan financing procedure at Baitul Mal Wat Tamwil Nuansa Umat is designed to provide access to financing without collateral that is transparent and efficient with Forum Silaturahmi Anggota which functions as a social control mechanism to support the sustainability of payments.  In terms of risk management at Baitul Mal Wat Tamwil Nuansa Umat, it still needs to be improved. requires improvement to reduce the risk of many collectabilities and also arrears that occur, such as business bankruptcy, fraud, names used by others, defaults due to partners working outside the island or out of the country. The risk management process includes identifying, measuring, monitoring and controlling risks.

Abstract

Makanan jajanan yang sehat dan baik dikonsumsi terutama bagi anak sekolah dasar adalah makanan jajanan yang tidak hanya memenuhi standard gizi, tetapi juga memenuhi standard kesehatan. Dari hasil penelitian tim PKM yang dilaksanakan terhadap 25 responden pada tanggal 29 November 2024 di SD Nurul Hasaniah Percut Sei Tuan, Kabupaten Deli Serdang, Sumatera Utara, maka dapat diambil kesimpulan yaitu: Pengetahuan siswa tentang Pengetahuan siswa tentang jajanan sehat yang layak konsumsi sesudah diberikan edukasi sebagian besar berubah menjadi kategori baik. Ada pengaruh yang bermakna positif dari edukasi tentang jajanan sehat terhadap tingkat pengetahuan anak dalam memilih jajanan yang sehat dan tidak sehat.

Abstract

Modernisasi telah membawa perubahan signifikan dalam berbagai aspek kehidupan, termasuk dalam pola pikir dan gaya hidup generasi muda. Salah satu fenomena yang menonjol adalah meningkatnya minat Generasi Z terhadap kewirausahaan sebagai bagian dari gaya hidup modern. Generasi Z merupakan individu yang lahir antara tahun 1995 hingga 2012, dikenal sebagai kelompok yang adaptif terhadap teknologi digital dan memiliki orientasi yang kuat terhadap kebebasan, kreativitas, dan inovasi dalam bidang kewirausahaan. Kawasan hiburan seperti Blok M, Jakarta Selatan, menjadi salah satu pusat aktivitas Generasi Z yang menggambarkan gaya hidup kewirausahaan modern. Blok M yang dikenal sebagai ruang kreatif dengan berbagai fasilitas seperti pusat kuliner, kafe tematik, dan pusat kegiatan seni budaya. Kawasan tersebut menawarkan lingkungan yang mendukung kewirausahaan di kalangan anak muda. Selain itu, perkembangan teknologi digital seperti media sosial menjadi alat penting bagi Generasi Z untuk memulai dan mengembangkan usaha mereka. Modernisasi tidak hanya memengaruhi cara Generasi Z menjalankan bisnis, tetapi juga membentuk persepsi mereka terhadap kewirausahaan. Bagi mereka, kewirausahaan bukan semata aktivitas ekonomi, melainkan bagian dari identitas diri dan gaya hidup. Namun, modernisasi juga menghadirkan tantangan, seperti persaingan pasar yang ketat, ketergantungan pada teknologi, dan kebutuhan untuk terus berinovasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji bagaimana modernisasi memengaruhi gaya hidup kewirausahaan Generasi Z di Blok M, serta mengidentifikasi faktor-faktor pendukung dan penghambat dalam proses tersebut. Dengan memahami dinamika ini, diharapkan penelitian ini dapat memberikan kontribusi terhadap pengembangan ekosistem kewirausahaan yang lebih inklusif dan berkelanjutan di kawasan Blok M.

Abstract

Berpikir kritis merupakan keterampilan yang dibutuhkan oleh setiap peserta didik dalam menghadapi permasalahan kehidupan, namun kenyataan yang terjadi di lapangan keterampilan berpikir kritis masih rendah. Dengan begitu, perlunya mengembangkan perangkat ajar untuk meningkatkan kemampuan berpikir kritis. Penelitian ini dapat digolongkan ke dalam penelitian pengembangan dengan maksud untuk mengembangkan sebuah perangkat ajar berbasis proyek dengan kriteria valid, praktis, dan efektif.  Model pengembangan yang digunakan untuk mengembangkan perangkat ajar adalah model 4D. Adapun data yang dikumpulkan dalam penelitian melalui observasi, tes, dan angket. Subjek uji coba yaitu kelas X6 MAN 1 Jembrana yang berjumlah 26 siswa. Data validitas dilakukan dengan menganalisis skor validasi dari validator yang mencakup validasi modul ajar, Lembar Kerja Peserta Didik, dan Soal tes berturut-turut yaitu 4,75; 4,66; 4,83. Adapun data terkait kepraktisan diperoleh dari rerata skor seluruh pertemuan yang dikumpulkan melalui lembar observasi keterlaksanaan perangkat pembelajaran sebesar 4,44 yang termasuk dalam kategori tinggi. Data berupa tes hasil belajar, hasil observasi berpikir kritis, dan angket respon siswa digunakan untuk menganalisis data keefektifan perangkat, menunjukkan siswa tuntas secara klasikal sebesar 80,76% dan rerata N-Gain siswa adalah tinggi, kemampuan berpikir kritis siswa kritis dan respon siswa diperoleh positif. Dengan begitu, penelitian ini dapat dimaknai perangkat ajar berbasis proyek yang telah dikembangkan efektif dalam meningkatkan kemampuan berpikir kritis peserta didik.
