Abstract

The impact of the Covid-19 pandemic affected most of the people of Ngrejeng village, Purwosari District, Bojonegoro Regency. Some people have been temporarily dismissed and some have even lost their jobs. The aim of this program is to empower the community by providing training in farming with a hydroponic system. The concept of "Hydroponics" is a way of planting using nutritious mineral solutions without using soil by emphasizing the nutritional needs of plants. The long-term output expected from this program is the improvement of food security and community welfare through hydroponics. Community service activities are carried out in the following stages: (1) presentation of "Hydroponics"; (2) training and practice of hydroponic farming for the community; and (3) assistance for three months on hydroponic gardening practices. The result of this program is the formation of hydroponic gardens which are placed in RT 08 / RW 02 Ngrejeng village which are managed jointly, as well as hydroponic gardens planted by five groups of residents. Keywords: Hidroponic, Farming, Empowering Community, Food Security.

Abstract

Program Pengabdian Masyarakat STIE. Cendekia Bojonegoro bekerjasama dengan Kelompok Sadar Wisata (Pokdawis) Desa Bendo, Kecamatan Kapas, Kabupaten Bojonegoro untuk menghidupkan Kembali Wisata Waduk Bendo. Permasalahan   yang   dihadapi   adalah   kurangnya promosi. Selain itu Kafe Atap Langit sebelum pandemi ramai pengunjung. Namun setelah diberlakukannya PPKM, waduk dan café ini tutup total sehingga terjadi kerusakan  pada fasilitas yang tersedia. Selama masa pandemic, lingkungan waduk terlihat kumuh dan tidak terawatt, sumber daya manusia yang kurang dan masih perlunya perbaikan manajemen pengelolaan wisata Waduk Bendo. Kegiatan dilaksanakan selama  Desember 2021 dan Januari 2022. Kegiatannya   adalah perbaikan dan pengecatan ulang fasilitas di Waduk Bendo, pembersihan Kafé Atap Langit, membenahi administrasi keuangan Wisata Waduk Bendo, dan yang terakhir mengadakan acara pembukaan Kembali Wisata Waduk Bendo. Luaran yang dihasilkan adalah lingkungan halaman waduk menjadi bersih, diperbaikinya spot foto, ditambahkannya banner yang berisi himbauan, membuat pagar disekeliling wahana bebek air, serta pembuatan video promosi tempat wisata Waduk Bendo sebagai upaya mempopulerkannya.

Abstract

In an effort to face global competition and improve performance, a telecommunications company is trying to streamline itself by implementing an early retirement policy. The policy is primarily intended for senior employees who are less able to keep up with technological developments. However, early retirement policies are more attractive to employees who are younger and have high abilities and potential. They feel that with their abilities and potential they can get new jobs and career development in other companies. This study aims to explain and examine the relationship model of work motivation, individual environment, work ability, employee performance with their career development. The research design is in the form of causal explanation from a survey of three branch offices of telecommunication companies located in Blitar, Malang, and Pasuruan. The research sample was 255 people, the respondents were taken by proportional systematic random sampling. data collection through questionnaires. Data analysis used multiple regression analysis and path analysis. The results of the study indicate that the individual environment is the initial state that stimulates the emergence of work motivation which is a driving force for work ability so as to spur employee performance which in turn can develop their careers.

Abstract

Coconut coir waste in Bojonegoro city market, Bojonegoro subdistrict, Bojonegoro regency causes its own problems. Solutions to overcome it by processing coconut coir waste into products that have benefits and selling value. One alternative is to process coconut coir into cocopeat. Coconut coir is the outer skin of the coconut fruit. Coconut coir is mostly only stacked after the meat is taken. This happens because of the lack of public awareness to manage the waste of coconut coir. By looking at the source of raw materials that are abundant and have not been utilized optimally. This is the reason in the manufacture of Cocopeat for the increase in added value of coconut coir as a planting medium. By converting coconut coir waste into planting media will reduce environmental pollution and can add economic value to the surrounding community. The purpose of this study is to find out the potential of coconut coir waste as a planting medium. The result of the activity is a solution to utilize coconut coir waste into a planting medium that has been packaged and ready for sale. Keywords: Coconut Coir Waste, Planting Media, Economic Value

Abstract

Upaya pemulihan ekonomi nasional dilakukan melalui sektor pariwisata, salah satunya melalui pengembangan desa wisata. Permasalahan yang muncul adalah sumber daya manusia pengelola desa wisata memiliki tingkat pendidikan rendah dan menjadi pengelola bukan pekerjaan utama. Sehingga hal tersebut memengaruhi work performance para pengelola. Karenanya, perlu adanya penelitian mengenai kualitas individu yang dibutuhkan dalam pengelolaan desa wisata. Faktor yang kemungkinan memengaruhi work performance adalah self efficacy, personal networking, public service motivation, job participation. Populasi penelitian sejumlah 684 pengelola desa wisata, sampelnya berjumlah 433 orang. Teknik pengambilan sampel adalah stratified random sampling. Teknik analisis data menggunakan SEM dengan program SmartPLS 3.0. Hasil analisis data menunjukkan self efficacy, personal networking, public service motivation memengaruhi job participation dan work performance. Self efficacy, personal networking, public service motivation memengaruhi work performance secara tidak langsung, tetapi dimediasi oleh job participation. Kata kunci: self efficacy, personal networking, public service motivation, job participation, work performance.

Abstract

Pokdarwis didesa bendo merupakan unsur penggerak mendukung terciptanya lingkungan wisata yang kondusif dan memelihara kebersihan dari lingkungan wisata waduk grobogan yang dibawah unit dari Bumdes Makmur desa Bendo. Dalam pengelolaanya akuntabilitas maupun transparasi keuangan sangat penting dilakukan sehingga dapat memberikan peran dan ruang lingkup kegiatanya secara optimal. Namun berdasarkan hasil observasi pencatatan laporan keuangan yang dilakukan masih bersifat manual dan sederhana, dikarenakan pengelola tidak mempunyai latar belakang pendidikan di bidang kompetensi akuntansi, sehingga belum mampu menyajikan laporan keuangan yang transparan dan akuntabel sesuai dengan standar yang berlaku. Oleh karena itu diperlukan pendampingan terkait penyusunan laporan keuangan. Metode yang dilakukan adalah melakukan survey lapangan, observasi dan analisis solusi, pelaksanaan pendampingan, dan monitoring dan evaluasi. Dan hasilnya adalah pengelola pokdarwis mampu memiliki pengetahuan dasar dalam menganalisis dan mencatat transaksi keuangan, serta menyajikanya dalam laporan keuangan sesuai dengan standar yang ditetapkan.

Abstract

Gembili merupakan salah satu tumbuhan umbi yang banyak ditemui di Desa Kasiman. Masyarakat masih belum mengetahui manfaat dari umbi gembili tersebut, sehingga hasil panen hanya dijual secara langsung tanpa diolah lagi, hal ini menyebabkan harga jual gembili yang murah. Fenomena ini mejadi dasar ketertarikan Tim Pengabdian Masyarakat STIE Cendekia Bojonegoro untuk mengolah gembili menjadi berbagai macam produk yang memiliki nilai jual yang lebih tinggi. Tujuan dari kegiatan ini adalah peningkatan perekonomi masyarakat di Desa Kasiman. Adapun solusi yang ditawarkan adalah mengolah umbi gembili menjadi kerupuk gembili yang memiliki rasa yang sekarang digemari kalangan muda dan masyarakat umum.  Tim Pengabdian Masyarakat STIE Cendekia Bojonegoro bekerjasama dengan Tim Penggerak PKK Desa Kasiman mengadakan pelatihan pembuatan kerupuk dari umbi gembili bagi ibu-ibu anggota PKK Desa Kasiman. Hasil  dari kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini adalah dua varian krupuk gemili, yaitu krupuk gembili original dan krupuk gembili balado. Kata Kunci:  Umbi  Gembili, Krupuk, Pelatihan Abstract Gembili is one of the bulbous plants found in Kasiman Village. People do not know the benefits of gembili, so the harvest is sold without processing, it makes the selling price becomes low. This phenomenon becomes the basic interest of the Community Service Team from STIE Cendekia to produce gembili into various kinds of products that have a higher selling value, which is expected to improve the community's economy. The solution offered is to process gembili tubers into gembili crackers that have a taste that is now favored by young people and the general public. STIE Cendekia Bojonegoro Community Service Team in collaboration with PKK Kasiman Village held training on making crackers from gembili for women of PKK members. The results of this training produced two variaties of crackers, those are original gembili crakers and spicy “Balado” gembili crakers.  Keywords: Gembili, Cracker,Training

Abstract

STIE. Cendekia Bojonegoro Community Service Program were conducted in Ngunut Village, Dander District, Bojonegoro Regency. Its programs include training on making eco print tote bags, training on calculating selling prices and training on product branding. The training program collaborates with PKK of Ngunut Village, Dander District, Bojonegoro Regency. The program is carried out for 21 days. Eco print training was chosen because of the abundance of teak trees in this region. Teak leaves are one of the leaves that have a strong color, so they are good as eco print materials. The program can be carried out well and welcomed by the community.

Abstract

ABSTRACT Embung Ngradin has the potential to be a tourist attraction in Ngradin Village, Padangan District, Bojonegoro Regency. However, this potential has not been managed optimally. Some of the problems include the lack of a Tourism Awareness Group as a reservoir manager and adequate facilities and infrastructure. The concern of the community around the Embung Ngradin is considered less than optimal, which results in difficulties in the development of the embankment. The purpose of this community development program is to provide solutions to these problems. The methods used in this program are surveys, offering solutions, preparing for the implementation of activities, implementing activities, monitoring and evaluation, and reporting. One of the programs carried out is to hold a Sharing Session, which is a forum to discuss suggestions that can be used to improve tourism in Embung Ngradin. The sharing session was attended by representatives of the Tourism Office, community leaders and community representatives. The results of the Sharing Session were to clean the environment around Embung Ngradin, place garbage cans, plant trees so that the embung environment becomes comfortable. The outputs of this program include the Embung Ngradin tourist attraction which can be used as an outbound and camping area. One of the suggestions is to form a Tourism Awareness Group or POKDAWIS as the manager of the Embung Ngradin tourist attraction. Keywords: Embung, Tourist Attraction, Ngradin Village. ABSTRAK Embung Ngradin berpotensi sebagai tempat wisata yang terdapat di Desa Ngradin, Kecamatan Padangan, Kabupaten Bojonegoro. Akan tetapi, potensi tersebut belum dikelola secara maksimal. Beberapa permasalahan yang menghambat pengelolaan embong antara lain, belum terbentuknya Kelompok Sadar Wisata sebagai pengelola embung serta sarana dan prasaran yang memadai di tempat wisata. Kepedulian masyarakat sekitar embung dinilai kurang maksimal yang mengakibatkan sulitnya pengembangan embung. Tujuan dari program pengembangan masyarakat ini untuk memberikan solusi terhadap permasalahan tersebut. Metode pelaksanaan yang digunakan dalam program ini adalah survey, menawarkan solusi, persiapan pelaksanaan kegiatan, pelaksanaan kegiatan, monitoring dan evaluasi, dan pelaporan. Salah satu program yang dilaksanakan adalah mengadakan Sharing Session, yaitu forum untuk membahas saran yang dapat dipakai sebagai sarana meningkatkan wisata Embung Ngradin. Sharing session dihadiri oleh perwakilan Dinas pariwisata, pemuka masyarakan dan perwakilan masyarakat. Hasil Sharing Session adalah membersihkan lingkungan disekitar Embung Ngradin, menempatkan tempat sampah, menanam pohon supaya lingkungan embung menjadi nyaman. Luaran dari program ini antara lain tempat wisata Embung Ngradin yang bisa digunakan sebagai wahana outbond dan camping area. Salah satu saran adalah membentuk Kelompok Sadar Wisata atau POKDAWIS sebagai pengelola tempat wisata Embung Ngradin. Kata Kunci: Embung, Tempat wisata, Desa Ngradin.

Abstract

AbstrakProgram pengabdian masyarakat dilaksanakan di Desa Ngradin, Kecamatan Padangan, Kabupaten Bojonegoro. Desa Ngradin memiliki sepuluh Usaha Mikro Kecil Menengah (UMKM). Permasalahan yang dihadapi UMKM adalah kurang memahami cara melakukan promosi melalui media sosial dan digital marketing. Salah satu UMKM tersebut adalah “Anis Snack” yang memproduksi camilan kerupuk. Dengan melakukan branding pada “Ánis Snack” diharapkan konsumen mengenali produknya. Kemudian “Anis Snack” dimotivasi untuk melakukan promosi produk melalui media sosial dan internet. Metode yang dilakukan dalam pendampingan adalah sebagai berikut: 1) Melakukan survey lokasi UMKM; 2) Kunjungan ke UMKM untuk menentukan solusi; 3) Persiapan pelaksanaan kegiatan; 4) Pelaksanaan kegiatan; 5) Monitoring dan evaluasi. Capaian luaran program adalah supaya produk semakin dikenal oleh konsumen serta peningkatan penjualan melalui digital marketing dan media sosial.   Kata kunci: Camilan kerupuk, UMKM, branding, digital marketing, media sosial. DEVELOPMENT OF "ANIS SNACK" THROUGH DIGITAL MARKETING AND SOCIAL MEDIAAbstractThe community service program was carried out in Ngradin Village, Padangan District, Bojonegoro Regency.
