Abstract

Dalam penelitian ini, proses pendampingan di Panti Asuhan Muslimat NU Nurur Rohmah Kauman Bojonegoro dirancang untuk menciptakan sistem berkelanjutan dalam pemanfaatan sampah plastik. Proses pendampingan ini juga memiliki beberapa tahapan yang melibatkan pendidikan, pelatihan, produksi, evaluasi, dan refleksi. Kegiatan yang dilakukan antara lain: 1). Sosialisasi dan Pengenalan Daur Ulang Sampah Plastik, 2). Pelatihan produksi produk daur ulang, 3). Pengelompokan berdasarkan proyek kerja, 4). Pembuatan produk mandiri dan pengolahan sampah. Kegiatan ini mencakup metode ceramah, diskusi interaktif, dan pemutaran video dokumenter tentang dampak sampah plastik terhadap lingkungan dan pentingnya upaya daur ulang. Tujuan dari pendampingan ini tidak hanya untuk menghasilkan produk dari sampah plastik, tetapi juga untuk membawa perubahan sosial di lingkungan panti asuhan dan masyarakat sekitar, mendorong anak-anak untuk lebih aktif berinovasi dalam pengolahan sampah plastik, mengurangi sampah plastik di sekitar, serta memberikan pengetahuan dan pelatihan tentang mendaur ulang sampah menjadi barang yang berguna. Sebagai hasil dari pendampingan ini, dibuatlah tempat pensil dari sampah botol plastik yang dapat digunakan anak-anak untuk menyimpan alat tulis agar lebih rapi dan efisien. Pendampingan ini juga berhasil membawa perubahan positif dalam berbagai aspek.

Abstract

AbstrakMunculnya pelayanan berbasis Digital Cedak Mas (Cepat Dekat Masyarakat) berawal dari banyaknya keluhan masyarakat tentang pelayanan terpusat di Dukcapil Kabupaten Tuban. Keluhan yang muncul mengenai jarak yang relatif jauh dan biaya transportasi pada saat pengurusan administrasi pada Dukcapil. Penelitian ini penelitian kualitatif, bertujuan mengetahui proses dan dampak dari Pelayanan berbasis digital pada Dukcapil Kabupaten Tuban. Informan dipilih secara purposive sampling. Pengumpulan data dengan observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Alur tahapan analisis data meliputi reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan atau verifikasi. Validitas data akan menggunakan triangulasi sumber data. Hasil analisis menunjukkan pelaksanaan Cedak Mas mendekatkan tempat pelayanan kepada masyarakat. Penerapan proses pelayanan sudah sesuai dengan Standar Operasional Prosedur. Dampaknya, Pelayanan Dukcapil menjadi lebih dekat dengan masyarakat. Pelayanan ini merupakan pelayanan berbasis digital dengan memanfaatkan teknologi yang kedepannya bisa lebih diperhatikan dan ditingkatkan lagi sarana dan pasarana pendukung dari pelayanan berbasis digital Cedak Mas untuk menunjang pelayanan lebih baik. Kata Kunci : Pelayanan Digital; Cedak Mas; Dukcapil. ANALYSIS OF DIGITAL-BASED SERVICES CEDAK MASAbstrackThe emergence of ‘Cedak Mas’ Digital-based services began with many public complaints about centralized services at the Tuban Regency Population and Civil Registration Office (Dukcapil). Complaints that arise regarding the relatively long distance and transportation costs during administrative management at the Dukcapil. This research is qualitative research, aimed at determining the process and impact of digital-based services on the Tuban Regency Population and Civil Registration office. Sample was selected by purposive sampling. Data collection techniques using Observation, Interviews and Documentation. While the Data Analysis Technique uses the flow of stages of data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion. The validity of the data will use triangulation of the data source. The results of the analysis show that the implementation of ‘Cedak Mas’ brings the place of service closer to the community. The service process in application is in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures. As a result, the Dukcapil services becomes closer to the community. This service is a digital-based service by utilizing technology that in the future can be more considered and improved.Keywords : Digital Services; Cedak Mas; Dukcapil

Abstract

Employees with high job satisfaction will reduce the desire to leave the organization. Organizations try to retain high-potential employees by paying attention to variables that affect employee job satisfaction. Negative workplace gossip and LMX allegedly affect organizational trust and job satisfaction. Organizational trust may affect job satisfaction. Quantitative research with a total sample of 41 from educational institutions and electrical installation companies. Data analysis used Smart PLS. The results showed that negative workplace gossip had a negative and significant effect on organizational trust, LMX had a positive and significant effect on organizational trust. LMX has a positive and significant effect on Job satisfaction. However, negative workplace gossip and organizational trust have a negative and insignificant effect on job satisfaction. The results show that to retain potential employees, efforts are needed to increase employee job satisfaction. Companies can do this by paying attention to negative workplace gossip and improving LMX to increase organizational trust.

Abstract

Stunting is a serious health problem in Indonesia that can affect children's physical growth and cognitive development. This service aims to explore the use of family medicinal plants (TOGA) as an effort to prevent stunting in children. Family medicinal plants have great potential in providing important nutrients and bioactive compounds that can support optimal growth. The service methods used are literature studies and surveys of the community regarding knowledge and practice of using TOGA. This educational outreach was carried out on October 27 2024 by STIE Scholar Bojonegoro students. Community service activities focus on premarital mothers and teenagers in Mulyorejo Village, Singgahan District, Tuban Regency. This community service activity ran smoothly and the community was actively involved in outreach. The implementation of education about toga plants as an effort to prevent stunting in Mulyorejo Village has shown positive results. This program can be recommended as an intervention model to improve the nutritional status of the community, especially for children under five and pregnant women in order to prevent stunting more broadly.

Abstract

In UUD No.33 of 2014, it is explained that the halal certification decision "halal certification must be present on all products", in its implementation or reality, there are still many products that have not received halal certification. The direction of this research is to examine the impact of religion on halal certification procedures partially and simultaneously, and halal certification regulations on interest in halal certification among MSMEs in Bojonegoro. Based on 168 questionnaires distributed to the audience, by applying proportional stratified random sampling techniques and studied using a multiple linear regression model, research results were obtained which showed that religiosity, halal certification procedures, and certification regulations simultaneously influence the interest in halal certification among MSMEs actors in Bojonegoro. Partially, the variables of religiosity, halal certification procedures, and certification regulations have a positive and significant influence on the interest in Halal Certification among MSMEs in the Bojonegoro area.

Abstract

This community service activity is carried out together with the MSME community who are members of the Creative Economy Center, Bojonegoro regency, East Java. With the aim of improving product quality and product competitiveness through halal certification assistance as an effort to face mandatory halal in 2024. The method carried out consists of several stages, First; Preparation, Identification and Survey, Second; Socialization and Education, Third; Assistance in Certification Management, four; Evaluation and Sustainability. The result of this activity was successful in increasing the understanding and awareness of the community and MSMEs about the importance of halal certification and from participants stated that they better understood the process and benefits of certification and the effectiveness of the programs carried out had been achieved and fulfilled than expected. Abstrak Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini dilaksanakan bersama dengan komunitas UMKM yang tergabung dalam Creative Economy Center kabupaten Bojonegoro Jawa Timur. Dengan tujuan meningkatkan kualitas produk dan daya saing produk melalui pendampingan sertifikasi halal sebagai upaya menghadapi mandatory halal tahun 2024. Metode yang dilakukan terdiri dari beberapa tahapan, Pertama; Persiapan, Identifikasi dan Survei, Kedua; Sosialisasi dan Edukasi, Ketiga; Pendampingan Pengurusan Sertifikasi, kempat; Evaluasi dan Keberlanjutan. Hasil dari kegiatan ini adalah berhasil meningkatkan pemahaman dan kesadaran masyarakat serta UMKM tentang pentingnya sertifikasi halal serta dari peserta menyatakan bahwa mereka lebih memahami proses dan manfaat sertifikasi serta efektivitas program yang dijalankan telah tercapai dan memenuhi dari yang diharapkan.
