Abstract

The research problem can be identified, namely whether Product Quality, Price and Distribution Channels simultaneously have a significant effect on Purchasing Decisions. Does the variable Product Quality, Price and Distribution Channels partially have a significant effect on Purchasing Decisions. Which variable between Product Quality, Price and Distribution Channels has dominant influence on Purchasing Decisions. Based on the background and formulation of the problem above, it can be explained that this study aims to analyze and prove the effect of the variable Product Quality, Price and Distribution Channels simultaneously has a significant influence on Purchasing Decisions. Analyzing and proving the influence of Product Quality, Price and Distribution Channels partially has a significant influence on Purchasing Decisions. Analyze which variables have the dominant influence on Purchasing Decisions. Based on the test results show the t-value of the product quality variable (X1), is greater than the value of t-table (5.627> 1.984) and the significance value (sig) is smaller than the required α (0.000 <0.05). These results indicate that the product quality variable has a positive and significant influence on purchasing decisions at Bluder Cokro Madiun. The t-value of the Price variable (X2) is greater than the value of t-table (3.015> 1.984) and the significance value (sig) is smaller than the required α (0.003 <0.05). These results indicate that the price variable has a positive and significant influence on purchasing decisions at Bluder Cokro Madiun. The t-value of the distribution channel variable (X3) is greater than the t-table value (2,360> 1,984) and the significance value (sig) is smaller than the required α (0.020 <0.05). These results indicate that the distribution channel variable has a positive and significant influence on purchasing decisions at Bluder Cokro Madiun. the results of the simultaneous test analysis of the three independent variables namely Product Quality (X1), Price (X2), and Distribution Channels (X3) significantly influence the Cokro Bluder Purchasing Decision. as evidenced by the calculated F-value 111,689> F table 2.72, with a significance level of less than 0.05. The existence of the three independent variables is strengthened by the contribution of the independent variable with the dependent variable that has an adjusted R square value of 0, 770 or 77.0%. This 23% figure states that the three independent variables are able to show a significant contribution in determining the dependent variable (purchasing decision). Keywords:

Abstract

Setiap perusahaan mempunyai kewajiban terhadap karyawan untuk memberikan gaji sebagai imbalannya, karena gaji merupakan hal yang sangat penting dan bisa mempengaruhi jalannya proses produksi. tujuan dilakukan penelitian ini adalah sebagai berikut: 1. Untuk mengetahui pelaksanaan audit internal pada PT. Temprina Media Grafika, 2. Untuk mengetahui efisiensi dan efektivitas sistem pengendalian internal penggajian pada PT. Temprina Media Grafika. Dan 3. Untuk mengetahui seberapa besar peranan audit internal dalam menunjang efisiensi dan efektivitas sistem pengendalian internal penggajian pada PT. Temprina Media Grafika. Pendekatan yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kualitatif, yaitu pendekatan yang menggunakan data atau informasi yang berupa keterangan yang diberikan narasumber dan hasil pengamatan. Hasil penelitian adalah Pelaksanaan Audit internal pada PT Temprina Media Grafika sudah memadai, dan Keberadaan audit internal sangat berperan dalam menunjang efisiensi dan efektivitas pengendalian intern penggajian pada PT Temprina Media Grafika.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of remote working and perceived organizational support (POS) on work engagement, with job satisfaction as a mediating variable, among employees in the service sector in Indonesia. The research adopts a quantitative descriptive-correlational approach, involving 100 respondents selected through purposive sampling. Data were collected using an online Likert-scale questionnaire and analyzed using descriptive statistics, validity and reliability tests, Pearson correlation, and path analysis to examine both direct and indirect relationships among variables.The results indicate that both remote working and POS have a direct, positive, and significant influence on job satisfaction. Furthermore, job satisfaction directly affects work engagement. A significant mediation effect was also found, showing that job satisfaction serves as a key link in explaining how remote working and POS can enhance employee engagement. These findings highlight the importance of work experience quality in the context of flexibility and organizational support.Theoretically, this study contributes to the literature on modern work relationships and reinforces the role of job satisfaction as a key psychological variable in promoting work engagement. Practically, the findings can serve as a foundation for service sector management to develop flexible work policies and supportive organizational systems that are not only efficient but also prioritize employee well-being.

Abstract

This study examines the mediating role of employee engagement in the relationship between work-life balance and employee retention among digital startup employees in Surabaya, Indonesia. Using a quantitative associative approach with Structural Equation Modeling-Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS), data were collected from 150 respondents working in various digital startups through purposive sampling. The research employed validated instruments measuring work-life balance, employee engagement, and employee retention using a 5-point Likert scale. Results demonstrate that work-life balance has a positive and significant direct effect on employee retention (β = 0.30, p < 0.001) and employee engagement (β = 0.50, p < 0.001). Employee engagement also significantly influences employee retention (β = 0.30, p < 0.001). Furthermore, employee engagement partially mediates the relationship between work-life balance and employee retention with an indirect effect of 0.15 (p = 0.002). The model explains 46.8% of the variance in employee retention and demonstrates adequate predictive relevance (Q² = 0.312). These findings indicate that while work-life balance directly contributes to employee retention, its effect is enhanced through increased employee engagement. The study contributes to human resource management literature by highlighting the importance of integrating work-life balance policies with engagement enhancement strategies in the dynamic startup environment. Practical implications suggest that digital startups should focus on creating flexible work arrangements while simultaneously fostering emotional and psychological attachment to improve talent retention in Indonesia's competitive tech sector.

Abstract

This community service activity aims to optimize the practice of greenpreneurship through education on the use of eco-friendly packaging among traditional food business owners in the Rungkut area of East Surabaya. The main problems faced by MSMEs are the low level of environmental awareness and the widespread use of single-use plastic packaging. This activity was carried out through interactive workshops, practical simulations, and the formation of a post-training community. A total of 38 participants were involved, and the results of the pre-test and post-test showed a 43.8% increase in understanding scores. As many as 55.3% of participants adopted at least one type of eco-friendly packaging within the first two weeks after the activity. In addition, 84.2% of participants joined the Green MSME Rungkut community to strengthen networks, share best practices, and maintain the sustainability of the program. This activity demonstrates that a practice-based educational approach combined with community support is effective in encouraging sustainable behavioral change among MSME actors. The results of this community service are expected to serve as a model that can be replicated in other areas to build a more environmentally friendly and competitive business ecosystem.
