Abstract

This research uses qualitative research type methods with a library research approach, namely (library research) or literature studies by exploring information through literature regarding characteristics and transformational leadership to answer the focus of the study in this research. This study examines the definition of transformational leadership, the four dimensions of transformational leadership, the characteristics of transformational leadership and the measurement instruments of transactional and transformational leadership. Leadership is one of the most important things that everyone must have because oneself is actually a leader for our own body, for that leadership is very important. The characteristics of transformational leadership include: 1) Idealized influence (or charismatic influence) 2) Inspirational motivation. 3) Intellectual stimulation. 4) Individualized consideration.

Abstract

This research uses qualitative research methods with a type of approach, namely library research or literature studies by exploring information through literature related to William Dunn's version of wisdom in modern Islamic boarding schools to answer the focus of the study on this research. This study examines the definition of education policy analysis, forms of public policy analysis, Dunn's version of the policy analysis theory model, the application of William Dunn's policies in pesantren. Policy is one of the most important things that everyone must have in making decisions. Policy can affect something in determining an action. William Dunn's version of policies includes: 1) problem formulation. 2) forecasting the future of the policy. 3) policy recommendations. 4) determination of policy outcomes 5) evaluation of policy performance

Abstract

This study examines the definition of Arabic curriculum management, the implementation of Arabic language learning, the steps of Arabic language learning. Curriculum is one of the important things that must exist in an educational institution.

Abstract

The basic concept of education management is a hot topic of discussion and is the center of attention among educators and education staff. The issues to be discussed in this study are the urgency of education management the meaning of education menegement, the goal education menegement, the function of education management, the education menegemen model, the development management theory and educational management issues. The method used in this research is qualitative research with a literature study approach in the literature study educationtmanagement functions, education management models, management theory devlopments and management issues.

Abstract

Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif dengan jenis pendekatan yaitu (library research) atau studi pustaka dengan menggali informasi melalui literatur berkenaan dengan model kepemimpinan ki hajar dewantara dalam manajemen pendidikan untuk menjawab fokus kajian pada penelitian ini. Penelitian ini mengkaji tentang definisi kepemimpinan, teori kepemimpinan ki hajar dewantara dalam perspektif sejarah, model kepemimpinan ki hajar dewantara dalam pendidikan. Kepemimpinan ialah salah satu hal yang sangat penting yang dimiliki oleh setiap individu. Pemimpin yang baik dan bijaksana akan berpengaruh terhadap suatu hal dalam menentukan suatu tindakan. Adapun model kepemimpinan Ki Hajar Dewantara dalam konteks pendidikan biasanya mencakup prinsip-prinsip diantaranya: 1) Pendidikan untuk semua. 2) Pendidikan berbasis kebudayaan lokal. 3) Pendidikan humanis dalam pendidikan. 4) kemerdekaan dalam pendidikan 5) Pendidikan sebagai sarana perubahan sosial.

Abstract

Supervisor adalah salah satu jabatan yang memiliki peran penting didalam sebuah lembaga pendidikan. Supervisor memiliki keajiban untuk mengatur jalannya sebuah lembaga pendidikan dan mengontrol kegiatan tersebut. Prosesnya cukup panjang dimulai dari perencanaan, pelaksanaan, pengontrolan dan evaluasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kompetensi supervisor. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan kajian pustaka. Hasil penelitian ini adalah untuk menjadi seorang supervisor yang kompeten maka seorang supervisor perlu memiliki keterampilan, sifat-sifat dan 6 kompetensi.

Abstract

Students are school inputs that affect the quality and achievement of educational goals. Differences in talent, motivation, and characteristics of students, as well as a less than optimal school zoning system can cause the quality of graduates to be less than optimal, currently schools focus more on increasing the quantity than the quality of students, the availability of facilities, inadequate infrastructure, the number of educators and education staff that is not optimal are some of the problems related to students. These problems have an impact on the quality of graduates and the achievement of educational goals in schools. The focus of the problem in this study is the lack of optimal management of students both in terms of planning, coaching, evaluating and transferring students. The purpose of writing this article is to describe and analyze the management of students in educational institutions both in terms of planning, coaching, evaluation and mutation. The writing of this article uses qualitative research methods with a library research approach. The results of this study explain that student management is an activity carried out by the school and related to students. Activities in student management include planning for students (needs analysis, recruitment, selection, orientation), student coaching, student evaluation and student mutation.
