Abstract

Salah satu perubahan yang disebabkan pandemi Covid-19 selama dua tahun ini adalah perubahan pembelajaran dari tatap muka menjadi daring selama masa pandemi, menimbulkan beberapa perubahan cara belajar dan materi ajar. Perubahan ini juga dialami oleh guru-guru di SMKN 1 Pangkalan Baru. Bagi guru, perubahan ini juga berarti perubahan cara mempersiapkan materi ajar dan cara menyampaikan materi. Pembelajaran daring membuat materi ajar harus dapat ditampilkan secara online di internet. Kondisi ini membutuhkan peningkatan kemampuan guru untuk bisa membuat materi ajar yang tetap mengacu kurikulum, menarik, interaktif, dan disajikan online. Untuk mencapai hal tersebut, maka SMKN 1 Pangkalan Baru mengadakan kegiatan In House Training Penyusunan Perangkat dan Pembuatan Media Pembelajaran Berbasis IT. Kegiatan ini berlangsung selama 4 hari dengan fokus pada pelatihan pemanfaatan beberapa perangkat lunak untuk edit video, men-capture video, dan aplikasi animasi lainnya yang kesemuanya itu dapat digunakan terpisah maupun berkaitan untuk menghasilkan media pembelajaran interaktif berbasis teknologi informasi. Metode yang digunakan adalah pelatihan dan pendampingan yang berlangsung selama 34 jam pertemuan. Dengan bertambahkan pengetahuan dan wawasan guru-guru SMKN 1 Pangkalan Baru dalam mempersiapkan materi pembelajaran, diharapkan kegiatan pembelajaran daring dapat berlangsung optimal baik dari sisi guru maupun dari sisi siswa.

Abstract

The objectives of holding Community Service Program activities for teachers in SMK are: (1) To provide education to Information Technology teachers at SMK in the Central Bangka Regency area about training in making learning videos and educational films to assist the teaching and learning process; (2) Improving the creativity of Information Technology Vocational Schools in the Central Bangka Regency area about compiling the stages of making learning videos and educational films. This community service is carried out using training and mentoring for SMK Information Technology teachers to prepare learning materials both online and offline. The training for making learning videos and educational films was attended by teachers of Information Technology Vocational Schools in the Central Bangka Regency area. Community service program activities were held at the Computer Laboratory of SMKN 1 Simpang Katis involving 3 lecturers and 1 student. The form of community service activities carried out in the form of training and mentoring for teachers. The output of this community service activity is that teachers can make learning videos and educational films both online and offline. The material provided in the training is carried out offline with material exposure according to the revised K-13 curriculum.

Abstract

Managing municipal waste efficiently is a challenge in itself. Waste levies as a source of regional revenue need to be managed optimally so that the waste transportation services for the community can run smoothly. Constraints faced by the City Government of Pangkalpinang are how to anticipate the limited number of garbage lift fleets, the increasing population density, and the manual administration system. To improve the quality of waste transportation services, one of them is by upgrading from manual to a web-based system with the aim of making it easier to manage fleet transport schedules, making it easier for people to pay waste fees, and making it easier to report waste levies. The system will be built using the Object Oriented Analysis and Design (OOAD) methodology because with OOAD the system can be developed gradually and continuously. This web-based levy information system is also expected to be able to facilitate public access to cleaning services

Abstract

 Handling the problem of waste in the city of Pangkapinang as the Capital of the Province of Bangka Belitung is currently experiencing obstacles difficult to find landfill that is suitable for needs. Landfill landfill must meet several criteria related to tools, land, government administration, residents, and infrastructure. In addition to multi criteria, choosing a landfill also has multiple alternatives, namely the expansion of Trench Six as the initial landfill, and several villages located on the border of Pangkalpinang City, Namang Village, Big Puding Village, Jelutung Village, and Air Kuning Village. Based on the conditions for selecting multi-criteria and multi-alternative landfill landfill, this study was designed to analyze the decision support factors for selecting waste disposal sites for the City of Pangkalpinang using the AHP Analytical Hierarchy Process method. AHP was chosen as a research method because it was able to produce decisions by comparing pairing values between criteria and between alternatives. The results of data processing with AHP show that the highest criteria for land percentages weigh 33.5% and the chosen alternative is Namang Village with a weight of 34.3%.

Abstract

Pratama Bakti Timah Clinic is one of the First Level Health Facilities (FKTP) that provides health services to the community in the Pangkalpinang area and its surroundings. In these health service activities, when a patient requires special medical care in terms of medical services, medical personnel, medical support, outpatient services, and inpatient services, the patient will be referred to a higher health facility. Considering the various factors that cause patients to be referred and there are several hospitals that are referred to, this condition is a multi-criteria and multi-alternative condition. To overcome this, it is necessary to design a decision support system that will make it easier for medical administration service officers at the Primary Clinic. The decision support system is designed using the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) method which is able to accommodate multi-criteria and multi-alternative decision making. The results of data processing showed that the most important factor in the referral of FKTP patients at the Pratama Clinic was the outpatient service factor with a weight of 30.7%, the second factor was medical services 24.4%, the third factor was medical personnel 17.5%, the fourth factor was supporting medical services 15.9%, and the last is inpatient services 11.4%. While the first referral hospital is RSUD Ir. Soekarno with a weight of 31.1%, then Depati Hamzah Hospital with a weight of 27.5%, then Bakti Timah Hospital with 27.3%, and Bakti Wara Hospital with 14.1%.

Abstract

The elderly as part of the citizenry receive special attention, especially in the health sector, so that the welfare of the elderly will be better. The Elderly Posyandu is a form of government support for elderly health services. The Posyandu for the elderly, which is organized by the Puskesmas or Puskesmas Pembantu (Pustu), makes it easier for the elderly to check and maintain their health. The pandemic conditions that require us to always keep our distance and the limitations of manual administration services at the Posyandu, make this health service experience several obstacles such as repeated recording, difficulty accessing the schedule for the Elderly Posyandu, difficulty in finding data back from previous health checks, making drug prescriptions that are still very simple, and reporting difficulties related to posyandu for the elderly. These obstacles have prompted the need to develop a manual system into a web-based system. This web-based system for the elderly posyandu was developed using the Rapid Application Development (RAD) method. The web-based system allows the elderly to register from home and get medical cards that can be printed independently. The process of examining the elderly can be faster and diagnoses recorded systematically and accurately. Reporting is also easier to make because the data is already recorded in the database. The web-based elderly health service system for the Elderly Posyandu in Tepus Village also aims to protect the elderly from the potential for Covid-19 transmission by reducing queuing time and checking at the Posyandu.

Abstract

Masalah utama yang dihadapi Pemerintah Daerah Provinsi Kepulauan Bangka Belitung saat ini adalah sulitnya mengklasifikasikan data industri rumahan berdasarkan Peraturan Menteri PPPA No 2 Tahun 2016 yaitu pemula, berkembang dan maju. Berdasarkan permasalahan tersebut diusulkan pengembangan algoritma Kmeans yaitu algoritma Dynamic cluster pada K-means dengan tujuan agar dapat menghasilkan klaster yang optimal dalam pengelompokan data industri rumahan dengan membangun aplikasi cerdas berbasis web. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode analisis data mining SEMMA, yang meliputi tahapan-tahapan seperti data sampel, deskripsi data, transformasi data, pemodelan data, dan evaluasi data. 3.466 industri rumah tangga digunakan sebagai sampel data. Kinerja algoritma dievaluasi menggunakan pengukuran validitas klaster Davies Bouldin Index (DBI). Hasil eksperimen menunjukkan bahwa algoritma Dynamic cluster pada K-means memberikan nilai yang optimal pada iterasi ke lima, dengan perolehan sebagai berikut: klaster pemula (C1) diperoleh sebanyak 3214, kemudian klaster berkembang (C2) diperoleh sebanyak 167 dan klaster maju (C3) diperoleh sebanyak 85. Hasil evaluasi validitas klaster menunjukan bahwa algoritma Dynamic cluster pada Kmeans memperoleh nilai DBI lebih kecil dibandingkan dengan algoritma K-means dengan nilai DBI sebesar 0.184. Implementasi algoritma dynamic cluster pada K-means untuk pengelompokan data industri rumahan pada Dinas P3ACSKB di Provinsi Kepulauan Bangka Belitung terbukti menghasilkan kualitas cluster yang lebih optimal.

Abstract

Pemanfaatan teknologi informasi dalam pembelajaran menjadi semakin terasa penting terutama sejak terjadinya pandemi Covid – 19. Kebutuhan untuk meningkatkan dan mengejar ketertinggalan pembelajaran selama masa pandemi juga mendorong pemerintah mengupakan kurikulum yang disebut dengan kurikulum merdeka. Kurikulum merdeka membuat kegiatan belajar menjadi beragam yang fokus pada kelebihan dan minat peserta didik sehingga peserta didik mampu mengeluarkan potensi terbaiknya dengan guru sebagai fasilitator. Guru sebagai fasilitator membutuhkan banyak dukungan, baik itu pelatihan, sosialisasi, dan juga pemahaman menggunakan teknologi informasi. Dinas Pendidikan Provinsi Bangka Belitung dan ISB Atma Luhur berinisitif untuk menyelenggarakan pelatihan melalui webinar. Kegiatan ini dilakukan dengan metode pelatihan. Webinar ini diselenggarakan untuk para guru dan tenaga kependidikan di Provinsi Bangka Belitung agar mampu mengingkatkan kualitas terutama dalam memanfaatkan teknologi informasi. Beragamnya teknologi informasi yang dapat dimanfaatkan dalam pembelajaran juga membingungkan. Agar teknologi informasi dapat sesuai dengan kebutuhan guru, maka webinar ini mengenalkan beberapa aplikasi yang mampu menyediakan dukungan layanan terintegrasi, mulai dari materi, soal, lembar kerja, sistem penilaian, dan pelaporan. Hasilnya, dengan webinar ini guru – guru dan staf kependidikan terkait dapat menambah wawasan dan pengetahuan tentang bagaimana menyelaraskan implementasi kurikulum merdeka dengan pemanfaatan teknologi informasi dalam era peradaban 5.0. Kesimpulan kegiatan ini adalah menjadikan momentum hari pendidikan nasional untuk mendorong pemanfaatan teknologi informasi dalam pembelajaran di kurikulum merdeka.

Abstract

CV. Mitra Ternak Sejahtera packs livestock waste of their broiler rabbits and ornamental rabbits to be sold as raw material for fertilizer. The sale of rabbit manure waste utilizes a network of resellers that already exist related to the marketing of broiler rabbits and ornamental rabbits. Marketing of rabbit livestock waste is done through messaging applications on social media. Conventional marketing and the high demand for rabbit waste products pose a problem considering that the marketing of rabbit waste uses resellers who also market broiler rabbits and ornamental rabbits. Accuracy of order data and guarantee of availability of waste products that are ready to be marketed are a problem. To reduce product order fulfillment errors and make it easier for resellers and general consumers to find out product stock, this study designed a web-based system for marketing kelimci livestock waste. The system design uses the Agile methodology and the Rapid Application Development (RAD) model with the hope that this system can be developed sustainably and adapt to the needs of the system owner

Abstract

Industri rumahan yang digerakkan oleh perempuan dalam lingkup keluarga menjadi salah satu pendorong ekonomi keluarga dan mampu menyerap tenaga kerja di lingkungan sekitar. Di Provinsi Bangka Belitung, industri rumahan membutuhkan dukungan pemerintah daerah untuk berkembang lebih baik. Pihak pemerintah dalam hal ini Dinas DP3ACSKB membutuhkan data industri rumahan yang valid, khususnya data yang berkaitan dengan jenis usaha dan lokasi usaha. Data yang selama ini ada masih belum sepenuhnya akurat terutama data lokasi. Dinas DP3ACSKB kemudian bekerja sama dengan tim dosen untuk mengembangkan aplikasi pemetaan lokasi industri rumahan berbasis sistem informasi geografis berbasis web. Dengan dukungan aplikasi berbasis geografis web, maka pendataan dan pemetaaan industri rumahan dapat terintegrasi dengan akurat. Implementasi sistem ini didukung oleh operator kecamatan dan operator kabupaten yang bertugas menginput data ke dalam sistem. Demi pemahaman yang seragam tentang teknik input data dalam aplikasi ini, maka kegiatan pelatihan penggunaan aplikasi pemetaan industri rumahan ini digelar. Setelah data industri rumahan diinput, lalu diolah agar tampil menarik dan mudah diakses oleh masyarakat secara luas. Dengan aplikasi pemetaan industri rumahan ini, maka potensi pelaku industri rumahan untuk memperluas promosi dan penjualan produknya menjadi lebih luas, selain itu, pola pemetaan yang menggunaan koordinat peta google membantu pembeli yang hendak membeli dan mencari lokasi produksi industri rumahan tersebut.
