Abstract

Penelitian survei ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan keefektifan program peningkatan kompetensi guru rumpun bahasa SD-SMP satu atap (SATAP) di Wilayah Timur yang mencakup: (1) penjaringan kemampuan awal dan akhir peserta program pelatihan; (2) penyelenggaraan program pelatihan; dan (3) tingkat kepuasan peserta terhadap program pelatihan. Data penelitian mencakup data kualitatif dan data kuantitatif. Data kualitatif dianalisis dengan teknik deskriptif, sedangkan data kuantitatif dianalisis dengan teknik analisis statistik sederhana. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa program pelatihan berlangsung secara efektif. Keefektifan tersebut tampak pada: (1) penjaringan kemampuan awal dan akhir peserta program pelatihan meningkat 35%, dari 49% menjadi 84% termasuk kategori sangat baik; 2) penyelenggaraan program pelatihan 84%, kategori sangat baik; dan (3) tingkat kepuasan peserta terhadap program pelatihan 58% menyatakan sangat puas, dan 29% menyatakan puas. Hasil penelitian merekomendasikan pentingnya monitoring dan evaluasi ke sekolah secara berkala dan berkesinambungan. Hasil monitoring dan evaluasi  ini menjadi masukan bagi pengambilan keputusan penyelenggaraan program di masa mendatang.Survey research aims to describe the effectiveness of programs to increase the competence of SD-SMP Satu Atap (SATAP)language teachers in the eastern region which includes: (1) networking capabilities beginning and end of the training program participants, (2) the implementation of training programs, and (3) the level of satisfaction of the participants of the training program. Data study includes quantitative and qualitative data. The qualitative data were analyzed with descriptive techniques, while quantitative data were analyzed using simple statistical analysis techniques. The results showed that the training program is effective. The effectiveness shown in: (1) networking capabilities beginning and end of the training program participants increased by 35%, from 49% to 84% are very good, (2) the implementation of training programs 84%, are excellent, and (3) the level of satisfaction participants of the training program 58% are very satisfied, and 29% are expressed satisfaction. The results of the study recommended the importance of monitoring and evaluation to school regularly and continuously. Monitoring and evaluation results become input for decision making implementation of the program in the future.

Abstract

The objective of this research is to transform folklore texts into interactive digital multimedia as teaching materials within a blended learning framework. The digitization of interactive multimedia aims to facilitate students' appreciation of folklore by providing a more engaging learning experience. This study employs a qualitative descriptive method with a mixed qualitative-quantitative approach, following a sequential exploratory design. The stages of designing the interactive multimedia application include actor identification, use case identification, application scenario development, use case diagram design, sequence diagram creation, storyboarding, and navigation structure planning.The final outcome of this research is the development of Action Scripts in a programming language, which can be incorporated into flash files (frames, movie clips, or buttons), resulting in an interactive multimedia application. The application was evaluated using the System Usability Scale (SUS) method, yielding an average SUS score of 77.84. According to the SUS evaluation, the folklore- based interactive multimedia learning application falls within the "Good" category and is deemed acceptable as digital teaching material. This indicates that the application is effective and suitable for use in educational settings.

Abstract

Implementasi Kurikulum Merdeka di Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan memerlukan pemahaman dan kompetensi guru dengan berbagai komponen dan aplikasinya. Tuntutan ini selaras dengan kondisi perkembangan teknologi digital yang menuntut pendidikan adaptif dan solutif terhadap berbagai kondisi kodrat zaman. Guru sebagai garda terdepan dalam praktik pendidikan tentu harus memahami Kurikulum Merdeka dengan segala komponennya serta dapat merealisasikannya secara utuh. Hal ini menyebabkan tuntutan kepada guru menjadi SDM berkualitas unggul, berdaya saing tinggi, siap menghadapi tantangan global pada era revolusi 4.0. Hal ini dilakukan agar link and match antara proses dan hasil pendidikan dengan kebutuhan stakeholders dan masa depan lulusan betul-betul terwujud dengan baik, sehingga guru menjadi transformer pendidikan yang adaptif. Tujuan kegiatan pengabdian adalah meningkatkan kompetensi guru bahasa Indonesia di SMK dalam menyiapkan bahan ajar digital yang menyenangkan bagi peserta didik. Kegiatan berupa pelatihan transformasi teks hikayat ke bentuk digital animasi kepada Guru-guru Mata Pelajaran Bahasa Indonesia di SMK Kota Tasikmalaya. Hasil pelatihan menunjukkan peningkatan wawasan dan keterampilan mentransformasikan teks hikayat ke dalam bentuk digital animasi.

Abstract

This research explains and explains the application of the Cognitive Academic Language Learning Approach (CALLA) learning model in appreciative reading learning in fifth-grade elementary school. The research uses experiments using quasi-experimental methods. The research controls one variable in the form of matching. Randomized Pretest-Posttest Comparison Group Design, research design using a non-equivalent pre-test and post-test design using the Kolmogorov Smirnov Test. T-test value (calculated t) of two paired samples for the Experiment Class variable (All classes) with the Control Class variable (Karanganyar I). If Sig. (2-tailed) < 0.05, the Sig value is obtained. (2-tailed) = 0.431, meaning the two samples are significantly different. The results of the research show that the CALLA model has a positive effect on increasing the metacognitive, cognitive, and social/affective competencies of 5th-grade elementary school students. The two variables are significantly different through the self-evaluation test. From the two paired sample t-test calculations for the Experiment Class variable (All classes) and the Control Class variable (Karanganyar I), the Sig value was obtained. (2-tailed) = 0.016, meaning the two samples are significantly different. The CALLA learning model is effective in improving the ability to read short stories in reading learning in fifth-grade elementary school.Abstrak Penelitian ini menjelaskan, dan memaparkan penerapan model pembelajaran Cognitive Academic Language Learning Approach (CALLA) dalam pembelajaran membaca apresiatif di kelas V SD. Penelitian menggunakan eksperimen dengan menggunakan metode eksperimen kuasi. Penelitian mengontrol satu variabel  dalam bentuk matching. Desain Kelompok Pembanding Prates-Pascates Beracak, desain penelitian menggunakan desain nonekuivalen prates dan pascates dengan menggunakan Kolmogorov Smirnov Test. Nilai Uji-t (t hitung) dua sampel berpasangan untuk variabel Kelas Eksperimen (Seluruh kelas) dengan variabel Kelas Kontrol (Karanganyar I). Jika Sig. (2-tailed) < 0,05 diperoleh hasil nilai Sig. (2-tailed) = 0,431, berarti kedua sampel tersebut berbeda secara signifikan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa model CALLA berpengaruh positif terhadap peningkatan kompetensi metakognitif, kognitif, dan sosial/afektif siswa kelas kelas 5 SD. Secara signifikan kedua variabel berbeda melalui tes evaluasi diri. Dari perhitungan Uji-t dua sampel berpasangan untuk variabel Kelas Eksperimen (Seluruh kelas) dengan variabel Kelas Kontrol (Karanganyar I) diperoleh hasil nilai Sig. (2-tailed) = 0,016, berarti kedua sampel tersebut berbeda secara signifikan. Model pembelajaran CALLA efektif meningkatkan kemampuan membaca cerita pendek dalam pembelajaran membaca di kelas V SD.
