Abstract

The recent emergence of various social phenomena had prompted the government to formulate a national character development policy. The condition of the phenomena informed by electronic media or print media regarding drug cases, corruption, law violations, promiscuity among adolescents, cheating habits and bullying habits at schools indicate a shift towards implementing national identity and character. This study aimed to identify character education programs, the implementation of the Prophet’s character education, the impact of the Prophet’s character education on morals, and the supporting and inhibiting factors of the Prophet's character education at SMP IT Al Multazam II Kuningan. The research methodology used a qualitative approach which includes observation techniques, interviews and documentation studies. The results showed that character education programs included halaqoh, field trips, and Dedication. Character education impacts morals to Allah SWT, morals to humans, and increased achievement. The novelty of this study was that students have a balance of spiritual, emotional, intellectual and personal body health with morals, worship and social life.

Abstract

Pendidikan akhlak merupakan satu dari beberapa komponen penting dalam Pendidikan Islam. akhlak menjadi pengejawantahan dari wajah seseorang yang ‘alim atau ‘arif. Tujuan penulisan jurnal ini ialah untuk mengetahui pemikiran Pendidikan akhak yang dikonsep oleh Ibnu Miskawaih, tantangan penerapan, kelebihan dan kekurangan, serta hasil penerapan konsep akhlak. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini Studi Pustaka, yaitu penelitian dengan mengkaji Kitab Tahdzibul Akhlak dengan disandingkan pada teori-teori pendukung yang lain. Hasil penelitian Pustaka pada naskah ini ialah materi Pendidikan akhlak mencakup adab berpakaian, kebajikan, adab di meja makan, beretika dengan orang lain, akhlak anak dan remaja, Pendidikan pesikologi serta keberhasilan konsep yang digagas oleh Ibnu Miskawaih mendapat persetujuan dan dukungan oleh para pakar Pendidikan yang lain. Abstract

AbstrakKomponen pembelajaran meliputi kondisi pembelajaran, prosedurpembelajaran dan hasil pembelajaran. ketiga komponen di atas diharapkan akanmewujudkan tercapainya tujuan pembelajaran yang mengarah kepada tujuan pendidikan. Objek dan subjek yang menjadi tumpuan dalam pembelajaran adalah peserta didik. Metode penelitian yang digunakan ialah dengan pendekatan studi library yaitu pengumpulan data melalui naskah-naskah teori yang digagas oleh para ahli Pendidikan. Hasil penelitian ialah pertama, Pembelajaran perlu memberdayakan semua potensi peserta didik untuk menguasai kompetensi yang diharapkan. Kedua, prosedur pembelajaran merupakan kombinasi yang tertata meliputi segala unsur manusiawi, perlengkapan, fasilitas, yang saling mempengaruhi dalam mencapai tujuan pembelajaran. Ketiga Hasil pembelajaran adalah sebagai terjadinya perubahan tingkah laku pada diri seseorang yang belajar yang dapat diamati dan diukur bentuk pengetahuan, keterampilan, dan sikap.Kata Kunci: Komponen, PembelajaranAbstractLearning components include learning conditions, learning procedures and learning outcomes. It is hoped that the three components above will realize the achievement of learning objectives that lead to educational goals. The objects and subjects that are the focus of learning are students. The research method used is a library study approach, namely collecting data through theoretical texts initiated by education experts. The results of the research are first, learning needs to empower all students' potential to master the expected competencies. Second, learning procedures are an organized combination including all human elements, equipment, facilities, which influence each other in achieving learning goals. Third, learning outcomes are changes in behavior in someone who is learning which can be observed and measured in the form of knowledge, skills and attitudes.Keywords: learning, components

Abstract

Transaksi dalam ekonomi syariah tidak hanya berorientasi pada keuntungan materi, tetapi juga mengandung nilai-nilai filosofis yang berlandaskan prinsip-prinsip Islam. Kajian ini bertujuan untuk mengungkap dimensi filosofis dalam transaksi ekonomi syariah, termasuk konsep keadilan, kemaslahatan, dan tanggung jawab sosial. Transaksi ekonomi syariah bertumpu pada larangan riba, gharar, dan maysir, serta mendorong penerapan prinsip keadilan dan transparansi dalam setiap aktivitas ekonomi. Penelitian ini juga membahas bagaimana nilai-nilai filosofis tersebut diterapkan dalam praktik, seperti dalam kontrak bagi hasil, jual beli, dan wakaf. Dengan pendekatan ini, diharapkan dapat memberikan pemahaman yang lebih mendalam mengenai peran nilai filosofis dalam menciptakan sistem ekonomi yang berkeadilan dan berkelanjutan. Abstract

The purpose of conducting research on Islamic values in cadet education is to explore, identify and analyze the application of the process of cadet education programs, Islamic values in cadet education, as well as the advantages and disadvantages of cadet education at Vocational High School Pelayaran Buana Bahari Cirebon. The research method used is a qualitative approach. The data collection technique is first, using interviews with principals, teachers, instructors, cadets and parents. Second, observation on educational activities for 24 hours. Third, the study of documentation on archives and documents at SMK Pelayaran Buana Bahari Cirebon. The results show that the youth education system is by implementing a boarding or boarding program with a semi-pesantren approach, class learning according to scheduled subjects, ceremonies and apples every morning and evening, sports by running and push-ups, congregational prayers, congregational yasinan, commemoration of Islamic Holidays and mental and character development of cadets. The Islamic values obtained by the cadets are religious values, commendable moral values to teachers, the value of caring for social and environmental concerns, the value of religious moderation and the value of love for the homeland. The advantages of cadet education are the balance of spiritual, intellectual and physical aspects of cadets. Meanwhile, the weakness of cadet education is the existence of a punishment syndrome, the presence of thick seniority, negative parents' suspicions on the school and the tight schedule of cadet activities that drain the cadets' energy and minds.

Abstract

Adolescence marks a critical transition from childhood to adulthood, a period characterized by identity exploration and the pursuit of new experiences to build personal understanding. However, it is also a vulnerable stage, with many adolescents becoming involved in cases such as sexual harassment, gang violence, and bullying. Institutionally, religious education typically ends at the elementary level, where children attend MDTA (Madrasah Diniyah Takmiliyah Awaliyah) to establish basic religious foundations. After MDTA, there is no formal continuation structured by the government, leaving adolescents without sufficient guidance during this crucial phase. This community service program aims to instill the cultural values of the pesantren (Islamic boarding school), implement its practices, and evaluate its impact on strengthening religious behavior among teenagers. The mentoring activities successfully empowered adolescents to study classical Islamic texts (kitab kuning), recite the Qur'an and Hadith, enhance their worship practices, develop integrity-driven character, and maintain strong social ties. Parental, community, and government support further reinforced the program's success, introducing a new concept built on four pillars: spiritual, emotional, intellectual, and physical well-being. Through this holistic pesantren-based approach, adolescents achieved a balanced development that prepares them for future challenges.

Abstract

Background: This study explores the relationship between legal policy frameworks, governance mechanisms, and social inequality across socio-economic contexts. Despite significant policy reforms aimed at reducing inequality in the past two decades, many societies still face substantial disparities. Objective: The study aims to explore the gaps between policy formulation and its impact on reducing inequality, focusing on governance quality and contextual influences. Methods: A mixed-methods approach was employed, combining quantitative analysis of policy effectiveness indices from 124 countries (2015-2025) and qualitative assessments of governance structures in 12 case studies. The quantitative component examined the relationship between governance quality and policy effectiveness, while qualitative case studies assessed governance dynamics and contextual factors. Results: The findings reveal that governance quality significantly influences policy effectiveness. Countries with higher governance quality scores (above 7.0) reduced inequality by 45% more effectively than those with lower scores (below 5.0). Contextual factors, including political stability, socio-cultural dynamics, and resource availability, were found to significantly influence the effectiveness of governance in reducing inequality. Regulatory compliance mechanisms (impact score: 7.8/10) and policy coherence (7.5/10) were most effective, while resource allocation (5.9/10) was the weakest link. Conclusion: The study introduces an analytical framework linking legal policy, governance, and context. It highlights that effective inequality reduction requires well-designed policies and adaptive governance systems responsive to local contexts. Policymakers should prioritize strengthening institutional capacity, monitoring systems, and inclusive stakeholder participation.

Abstract

This study was motivated by the observation that some children aged 5–6 years at RA An-Najah exhibited a reliance on teachers or peers to complete various tasks, including planting activities. The aim of this research is to describe the implementation of a project-based learning method through plant cultivation to foster children's independence, analyze the outcomes of this method on the development of independence, and identify the supporting and inhibiting factors in its application at RA An-Najah Kempek Gempol Cirebon. This study employed a qualitative approach with a case study design to explore the phenomenon holistically and in depth. Data collection techniques included participatory observation, in-depth interviews with the principal, teachers, parents, and children, as well as documentation of the project activities. The research subjects were 15 children in the B2 group, along with teachers, the principal, and parents as supporting informants. The results show that the project-based learning method was carried out in three stages: planning (preparation of planting media), implementation (planting, care, and observation), and evaluation (reflection on activities with the children). Most children showed development in the categories of Developing as Expected (BSH) and Very Good Development (BSB), with indicators including task completion, initiative, responsibility, confidence, and independent behavior. Supporting factors included teacher support, availability of materials, and parental involvement. Inhibiting factors involved children’s inconsistency, limited time, and dependency on teachers. These challenges can be addressed through patient and continuous guidance.

Abstract

Character education in Islamic educational institutions faces persistent challenges in bridging the gap between religious knowledge and its behavioral internalization among students. This study investigates Akhlaqul Banin a classical Islamic moral text by Umar bin Ahmad Baradja as a paradigm of Islamic character education and examines its implementation at Madrasah Aliyah Negeri (MAN) 2 Kuningan, West Java, Indonesia. The study aims to analyze the conceptual framework of Akhlaqul Banin, describe its pedagogical implementation, identify supporting and constraining factors, and evaluate its outcomes on students' character development. Employing a qualitative case study design with thematic analysis and conceptual framework reconstruction, data were collected through in-depth semi-structured interviews, participant observation, and document analysis involving 28 participants over three months. Findings reveal that Akhlaqul Banin constitutes a coherent three-pillared paradigm comprising al-adab al-ruhani, al-adab al-ijtima'i, and al-adab al-ilmi. Implementation through contextual discussion, bandongan, and behavioral habituation produced a mean character assessment gain score of +0.39 across seven Islamic character indicators. The study concludes that Akhlaqul Banin, when implemented through contextually responsive pedagogy within a supportive institutional environment, serves as an effective and theoretically robust paradigm for Islamic character education in contemporary madrasah settings.

Abstract

This study aims to identify the social education values within the Five Pillars of Islam, their implementation, and their outcomes in the lives of students at Pondok Pesantren Miftahussa’adah. The research indicates that social education values in the Five Pillars include fostering trust in others' potential, thoughts, and responsibilities, maintaining cleanliness, discipline, orderliness, consistent concern for others, refraining from causing harm, and preserving social ties with any community. The implementation of social education values at Pondok Pesantren Miftahussa’adah includes communal prayers, recitations of Ratib and Yasin, Sholawat, tahlil, and commemorating the founders of the school. The outcomes of implementing social education values from the Five Pillars in the lives of the students at Pesantren Miftahussa’adah are increased awareness and concern for others, mutual respect and trust, collaborative decision-making, and maintaining a clean environment.
