Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatar belakangi oleh rendahnya kemampuan berpikir kritis anak usia dini. Hal tersebut terlihat pada saat kegiatan pembelajaran di mana anak cenderung diam dan kurang merespon pada saat guru mengajukan pertanyaan, anak kurang berani dalam mengungkapkan ide ketika guru memberikan kesempatan, anak belum bisa memberikan alasan ketika memilih jawaban, serta anak kurang aktif dalam menyimpulkan kegiatan apa saja yang telah dilaksanakan. Penelitian ini menggunakan kuasi eksperimen dengan desain nonequivalent control group design. Subjek pada penelitian ini berjumlah 14 anak di kelompok B RA Yapinur Limbangan Garut. Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik sampling jenuh, yang berarti semua populasi dijadikan sampel. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa adanya pengaruh yang signifikan penggunaan metode proyek dibandingkan dengan penggunaan metode bercerita terhadap kemampuan berpikir kritis anak usia dini.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the problems found during the initial observation that the development of religious and moral values of children in Group B RA Al-Muhajir Panyileukan Bandung City has not developed optimally. This can be seen that children rarely say greetings when they arrive at school, children have not been able to behave well when playing with their friends, when praying activities do it with a screaming voice. Therefore, researchers used the role-playing method to determine its effect on the development of children's religious and moral values. The purpose of this research conducted in Group B RA Al Muhajir Panyileukan Bandung City is to find out: 1) The development of children's religious and moral values through the role-playing method in the experimental class; 2) The development of children's religious and moral values through the storytelling method in the control class; and 3) The difference in the development of children's religious and moral values between using the role-playing method and the storytelling method. This research method is a quasi-experiment with a nonequivalent control group design and through pretest, treatment and posstest patterns on two groups to determine the development of religious and moral values in children. Class B1 as many as 15 children (control class) and class B2 as many as 15 children (experimental class). The results of data analysis show that the development of religious and moral values of early childhood before being given treatment using the role-playing method obtained an average value of 54 and after being given treatment using the role-playing method obtained an average value of 88. While the development of religious and moral values of children before being given treatment using the storytelling method obtained an average value of 47 and after being given treatment obtained an average value of 74. Based on the results of hypothesis testing obtained t_hitung = 2.903> t_ (table) = 1.701 then H_0 (null hypothesis) is rejected and H_1 (alternative hypothesis) is accepted. This means that there is a difference in the development of religious and moral values in children between learning using the role-playing method and the storytelling method in Group B RA Al Muhajir Panyileukan Bandung City.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to find out: 1) snake and ladder playing activities in Group B1 RA Al-Muhajir Panyileukan Bandung City, 2) the development of early childhood prosocial behavior in Group B1 RA Al-Muhajir Panyileukan Bandung City, and 3) the relationship between snakes and ladders playing activities with the development of early childhood prosocial behavior in Group B1 RA Al-Muhajir Panyileukan Bandung City. The method used is quantitative correlational to find the degree of relationship between variable X and variable Y carried out on subjects of 10 children. Data collection techniques use observation, performance and documentation. The results showed that there is a relationship between the two variables, with a correlation coefficient of 0.82 being in the interval 0.80-1.000, with the interpretation of the relationship level is very strong/very high. Obtained the value of tcount (4.071) > ttable (2.306) with db = 8 at the level of significance of 5%, then Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted. The value of the coefficient of determination is 67.24%. It can be said that there is a relationship between snakes and ladders playing activities with the development of early childhood prosocial behavior in Group B1 RA Al-Muhajir Panyileukan Bandung City

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menyelidiki pengaruh media counting caterpillar terhadap kemampuan kognitif mengenal konsep bilangan anak usia dini di Kober Miftahussa’adah Kecamatan Cijambe Kabupaten Subang. Masalah yang dihadapi adalah kemampuan anak dalam mengenal konsep bilangan seperti mengenal lambang bilangan sebatas hafalan, anak masih keliru dalam menyebutkan dan mengurutkan lambang bilangan, dan anak masih keliru dalam menghubungkan lambang bilangan pada bentuk yang konkret. Metode yang digunakan adalah kuasi eksperimen dengan desain penelitian pretest posttest one group dengan subjek penelitian berjumlah 14 orang. Teknik pengumpulan   data dilakukan   dengan   cara   observasi dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah uji normalitas, uji homogenitas dan uji hipotesis. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa kemampuan kognitif mengenal konsep bilangan anak usia dini menggunakan media counting caterpillar pada kelompok A memperoleh nilai rata-rata pretest sebesar 58 meningkat menjadi 72. Pengujian hipotesis menunjukan terdapat perbedaan signifikan antara pretest dan posttest. Temuan ini mengindikasikan bahwa terdapat pengaruh penggunaan media counting caterpillar terhadap kemampuan kognitif mengenal konsep bilangan anak usia dini.

Abstract

Tujuan dialakukannya penelitian ini untuk melihat seberapa kuat hubungan penggunaan media audio visual dengan perkembangan kognitif berpikir simbolik anak usia dini di kelompok B RA Bani Sulaiman Cileunyi Kabupaten Bandun. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode korelasional yang bertujuan untuk menemukan apakah terdapat hubungan antara dua variabel atau lebih, serta seberapa besar korelasi yang ada di antara variabel yang diteliti (Baharuddin:2018). Hasil yang didapat dari hubungan penggunaan media pembelajaran audio visual (variabel X) dengan perkembangan kognitif berpikir simbolik anak usia dini (variabel Y) di kelompok B RA Bani Sulaiman Cileunyi Kabupaten Bandung memperoleh angka koefisien korelasi sebesar 0,88 termasuk kedalam kategori sangat kuat/sangat tinggi. Adapun kadar pengaruh atau koefisien determinasi sebesar 53% terhadap perkembangan kognitif berpikir simbolik anak. Artinya terdapat 47% faktor lain yang mempengaruhi perkembangan kognitif berpikir simbolik anak usia dini di kelompok B RA Bani Sulaiman Cileunyi Kabupaten Bandung

Abstract

This study was motivated by the low fine motor skills of early childhood group B in RA Al Patwan, such as children who have not been able to do writing, holding pencils and scissors. The objectives of this study are 1.) to determine the fine motor skills of group B children in RA Al Patwa using diorama media (Experimental Group), 2.) to determine the fine motor skills of Group B children in RA Al Patwa using flannel board media (Control Group), 3.) to determine the difference in the use of diorama media and flannel board on fine motor skills of group B children in RA Al Patwa. This study used a quantitative approach through experimental methods with nonequivalent control group design. The subjects in this study were group B children in RA Al Patwa with a sample of 30 children. The data collection techniques used are observation, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis techniques use validity tests, reliability tests, normality tests, homogeneity tests, and hypothesis tests. The results showed that the fine motor skills of group B children in RA Al Patwa after using diorama media showed an average score in the experimental group when pretest 39 with failed qualifications and posttest of 75 with good qualifications. While the average score of the control group during the pretest was 41 with failed qualifications and posttest in the experiment was 69 with sufficient qualifications. The results on the t-test show a calculated t value of 17.789 greater than the table t of 2.048 which means Ha is accepted and Ho is rejected. This shows that there is a significant effect with the use of diorama media on the fine motor skills of group B children in RA Al Patwa.

Abstract

This research was motivated by the gap between high creativity in drawing through finger painting with low fine motor skills in early childhood. It can be seen that the creativity of drawing through finger painting basically already has the skills in drawing through fingers well. But in contrast to fine motor skills, children still have difficulty in developing fine motor skills when carrying out finger painting activities. This study aims to find out: (1) Creativity in drawing through finger painting in Group A of RA Az-Zahra Bandung Regency, (2) Fine motor skills of early childhood in Group A of RA Az-Zahra Bandung Regency and (3) The relationship between creativity in drawing through finger painting with fine motor skills of early childhood in Group A of RA Az-Zahra Bandung Regency. The research method used by researchers is quantitative research and the approach used is product moment correlation. The subjects of the study were group A RA Az-Zahra with a total of 18 children. Observation, interview and documentation data collection techniques. The data analysis techniques carried out are validity tests, reliability tests, normality tests, linearity tests, and hypothesis tests. Based on the results of the study that creativity in drawing through finger painting in Group A RA Az-Zahra Bandung Regency, has an average value of 77, is in the interval 70-79 which has good criteria. Early childhood fine motor skills in Group A RA Az-Zahra, Bandung Regency, have an average score of 74 being in the interval 70-79 which has good criteria. The results of the product moment correlation analysis, which obtained a correlation result of 0.593, at a significant level of 5% obtained a result of 0.593>0.468, the calculated r value was in the interval 0.400-0.599 the level of the relationship (moderate). Thus, it can be concluded that there is a (moderate) relationship between the creativity of drawing through finger painting with the fine motor skills of early childhood in Group A RA Az-Zahra, Bandung Regency.
