Abstract

This research  aimed  measure the effectiveness of learning with Quantum Teaching methods in exploring environment  approach-based on characters and conservation to the activities and learning outcomes and character building of student at SMP N 1 Bae Kudus. Learning is effective if at least 80% in the classical KKM and liveliness of students achieving ≥ 75% of students showed an active response to the character of students attitudes and good. This type of research was quasi experimental research design using a pretest-posttest control group. The samples of this research were class VII F and VII G which determined by purposive random sampling. The independent variables include the application of Quantum Teaching Method JAS approach based on the character and conservation, while the dependent variable is the activity and student learning achievement.  Tests using the t test showed of average difference in pretest-posttest experimental class is larger than the class controls. The results of the analysis of test n-gain experimental learning activities grade students earned a higher average than the classical control class. Analysis of the character of students as measured by the attitude scale obtained a good average. The results was able to conlude that Quantum Teaching learning method based on the JAS approach to the character and conservation effective to activities and learning outcomes of student. Penelitian ini bertujuan  mengukur efektivitas pembelajaran dengan metode Quantum Teaching pada pendekatan Jelajah Alam Sekitar berbasis karakter dan konservasi terhadap aktivitas dan hasil belajar serta karakter siswa di SMP N 1 Bae Kudus. Pembelajaran dikatakan efektif apabila secara klasikal minimal 80% siswa mencapai KKM dan keaktifan siswa menunjukkan ≥ 75% aktif serta respon karakter sikap siswa baik. Jenis penelitian adalah penelitian quasi eksperimental menggunakan desain Control group pretest-posttest. Sampel penelitian adalah kelas VII F dan VII G yang ditentukan secara purposive random sampling. Variabel bebas meliputi penerapan Metode Quantum Teaching pada pendekatan JAS berbasis karakter dan konservasi, sedangkan variabel terikatnya adalah aktivitas dan hasil belajar siswa. Pengujian menggunakan uji t menunjukkan selisih pretest-posttest kelas eksperimen lebih besar dari kelas kontrol. Hasil analisis uji n-gain aktivitas belajar siswa kelas eksperimen diperoleh rerata klasikal yang lebih tinggi daripada kelas kontrol. Analisis karakter siswa yang diukur dengan skala sikap diperoleh rata-rata baik. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pembelajaran dengan metode Quantum Teaching pada pendekatan JAS berbasis karakter dan konservasi efektif diterapkan untuk meningkatkan aktivitas dan hasil belajar siswa.

Abstract

Technology is very important in facilitating the success of the company to win competition. Organizations strive to select and utilize the various technologies in order to support the achievement of their visions and missions. Development of technology covers all aspect from the hardware, software, data communication of technologies and application. The purpose of this research is to study the development of technologies or trend regarding the usage of the said technology in society. The research method of this research was conducted through direct observation, literature review, evaluation and verification of the resultbefore it was standardized into a usage model of technology. The development of business strategy in this research used SWOT analysis. The study?s result stated that there are five technology trends which are used in today?s society.

Abstract

Dalam dunia binis ritel yang semakin berkembang, pelaku usaha di tuntut untuk dapat bertumbuh disituasi yang tidak pasti saat ini, kegiatan bisnis yang stabil akan membuat usaha terus bergerak dan dapat memberikan pertumbuhan yang baik pada perusahaan. Salah sayu hal yang paling memberikan pengaruh pada bisnis ritel adalah analisa pasar, persaingan harga dan kegiatan promosi yang di lakukan oleh para pengusaha ritel. Promosi merupakan cara yang digunakan untuk menginformasikan dan membujuk konsumen tentang produk atau jasa yang baru pada perusahaan melalui media cetak, penjualan pribadi, promosi penjualan.  Hal itu membuat pelaku bisnis ritel banyak mengunakan media promosi untuk meningkatkan penjualan dan untuk bersaing dengan kompetitor lainnya. Kegiatan promosi dapat memberikan efek positif yang berpengaruh pada cara pandang konumen akan sebuah perusahaan ritel. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk membantu Merchandiser dalam memperoleh informasi tentetang kegiatan promosi yang dilakukan oleh kompetitor ritel yang belum tersedia saat ini dan agar dapat menganalisa rencana promosi yang bagimana sehingga dapat diambil untuk memberikan persaingan harga dan dapat membujuk konsumen untuk berbelanja.

Abstract

Le but de cette recherche est de trouver l'implicature conversationnelle et d'expliquer l'implication dans le film. En analysant les données, le chercheur voit dans le contexte, la transgression du principe de coopération, la situation et l'expression. La méthode d'analyse des données qui est utilisée dans cette recherche est la méthode Padan Pragmatik (méthode d?équivalence pragmatique) avec des techniques de base PUP (Triage de Constituent Déterminant) avec la technique avancée HBS (technique d?égalisation) et HBB ((Différencier la technique). Les résultats de l'analyse montrent qu'il y a 41 implications avec les caractéristiques qui clarifient l'énoncé. Ces caractéristiques sont a) L'implicature conversationnelle nécessite le sens conventionnel de la phrase utilisée, mais le contenu de l'implicature conversationnelle ne correspond pas au sens conventionnel de la phrase, b) La vérité du contenu de l'implicature conversationnelle ne dépend pas de ce qui est dit, mais il peut être calculé à partir de la façon dont l'acte de dire ce qui a été dit, c) L'implicature conversationnelle ne peut pas être donné une explication spécifique qui est certaine dans la nature. Selon les résultats de la recherche dans le film Le Fabuleux Destin d'Amélie Poulain, l'implicature de la conversation se produit car elle est soutenue par les caractéristiques, le contexte et la transgression du principe de cooperation.

Abstract

Kesalahan penggunaan imbuhan dalam penulisan bahasa Indonesia masih menjadi kendala dalam pembelajaran di sekolah dasar, terutama pada siswa kelas rendah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji bentuk dan faktor penyebab kesalahan penggunaan imbuhan dalam teks narasi siswa kelas III SDN Wonosari 01. Pendekatan yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kualitatif dengan subjek penelitian sebanyak 23 siswa, serta informan terdiri dari wali kelas dan kepala sekolah. Data dikumpulkan melalui observasi hasil tulisan siswa, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Meskipun kajian morfologi telah banyak dilakukan, masih terdapat keterbatasan penelitian yang secara khusus mengkaji kesalahan imbuhan dalam konteks teks narasi siswa kelas rendah. Analisis data dilakukan menggunakan model Miles dan Huberman melalui tahapan reduksi data, penyajian data, serta penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kesalahan paling dominan terdapat pada penggunaan awalan me- dan ber, serta konfiks me-...-kan dan di-...-kan. Kesalahan ini terjadi karena siswa belum memahami penggunaan imbuhan sesuai konteks kalimat. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan pembelajaran imbuhan yang sistematis, kontekstual, dan didukung dengan latihan menulis secara rutin untuk meningkatkan kemampuan berbahasa siswa.

Abstract

Background: A single parent is a family consisting of a single parent, either a father or a mother, as a result of divorce or death. Single parenthood can also occur when a child is born out of wedlock and their care becomes their sole responsibility. Independence in the soul of a single parent is very necessary to carry out dual roles in the domestic sector, namely being responsible for household chores such as cooking, washing dishes and clothes, cleaning the house, preparing food for the family, caring for, raising and educating their children and in the public sector, namely having economic duties to ensure that needs are met, namely by earning a living for their family and socially, namely socializing with the community. Purpose:  To knowing how the role of a single working parent relates to a child's independence. Method: This qualitative research involved 30 single mothers and their children. The informants were single mothers, with children aged 7-15 years old as the subjects. The study was conducted in Tuweley Village, RW 1-6, Tolitoli Regency, from January to March 2025. Results: Based on interviews, it was found that each mother has a different approach to parenting their children. These differences are influenced by their educational background, socioeconomic status, family support, and personal values. Nevertheless, there is a common thread in parenting: consistent efforts to instill religious values, independent living habits, and discipline in daily life. Support from extended family, such as biological parents, siblings, or close relatives, is also a crucial factor in helping single parents raise their children. Conclusion: The role of single parents significantly influences the development of children's independence. Mothers who fulfill the dual roles of breadwinner and caregiver still strive to provide time, attention, and guidance to their children. Keywords: Child independence; Role of parents; Single parents.
