Abstract

Garbage is a disaster that can cause a lot of harm both in terms of the environment and health. In this incident there were many factors that affected the surrounding community, such as population density and insufficient public awareness. These factors are the main reasons for illegal waste disposal. By utilizing a Geographic Information System (GIS) implemented with Google Maps in the chaos of an Android-based temporary landfill. Data collection methods are by interview, and observation. The data obtained is to facilitate system analysis and design. The results of this study are that it can make it easier for the people of Bengkulu City to find the nearest TPS.

Abstract

This research was conducted in order to be able to further assist teachers in providing material related to procedures for managing corpses based on 3D animation. In this study the authors used empirical methods, in which data collection was carried out in several steps, namely: Observation and Library Studies. In addition, the system design has 2 (two), namely: First Marker Check (Washing the Body) and Initialization. Then there are 4 (four) paths in application design, namely: Interface Design, Splashscreen Menu, Main Menu, Prayer Movement AR Menu. And the last one is testing, where testing of the process book augmented reality application for children is carried out. Before the application is tested on users, it is first carried out using the white box testing method, testing the application on devices with the Android operating system. From this study it can be concluded that the stages involved in developing a 3D multimedia in the form of augmented reality consist of the process of modeling, texturing, ringing, animation, rendering, making APKs. The results of the animation making process are then arranged in a single unit using vuforia and unity so as to produce a 3D animation-based corpse management movement guide application.

Abstract

Bengkulu is one of the provinces in Indonesia, precisely located in the western part of Indonesia, namely on the island of Sumatra. Bengkulu has a wide variety of beautiful flowers, including orchids which are unique to Bengkulu. Bengkulu orchids are included as rare and endangered flowers, and the lack of public knowledge of the shape and characteristics of these flowers makes the author decide to create a system that can identify the type of orchid. In classifying the image texture, it can be done using the template matching method. The template matching method is a simple method used to identify patterns in an image. The template matching method is often used to identify character images of letters, numbers, fingerprints and other matching applications. In this study, we propose the use of a template matching algorithm to classify orchid images based on species and family. The test results use 30 test image data. The minimum correlation value with the correct label on the orchid image is 0.7967 and the classification image is 0.7899. From the experimental results it can be concluded that the template matching algorithm is quite good in orchid image classification as evidenced by a test accuracy of 76 percent.

Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi informasi telah membawa perubahan signifikan dalam berbagai aspek kehidupan, termasuk di lingkungan pemerintahan seperti Kelurahan Pasar Melintang. Penggunaan perangkat lunak Microsoft Office telah menjadi hal yang tak terpisahkan dalam menjalankan tugas administratif, pengelolaan data, dan pelayanan publik di kelurahan tersebut. Penguatan dan pengembangan sumber daya manusia (SDM) dalam penggunaan Microsoft Office menjadi krusial untuk meningkatkan efisiensi dan efektivitas dalam berbagai aktivitas administratif. Dengan pemahaman dan keterampilan yang memadai dalam menggunakan perangkat lunak ini, SDM dapat lebih produktif dalam melakukan tugas-tugas sehari-hari. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pemahaman dan keterampilan SDM Kelurahan Pasar Melintang dalam menggunakan Microsoft Office melalui program pelatihan yang terstruktur. Pendekatan studi kasus digunakan dalam penelitian ini dengan fokus pada analisis kebutuhan SDM dalam penggunaan Microsoft Office. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa kebutuhan SDM Kelurahan Pasar Melintang meliputi pemahaman dasar tentang Microsoft Office, peningkatan keterampilan dalam aplikasi seperti Excel untuk analisis data dan PowerPoint untuk presentasi, serta pemanfaatan fitur-fitur baru dalam perangkat lunak tersebut. Diharapkan, melalui program pelatihan yang diselenggarakan, SDM Kelurahan Pasar Melintang dapat meningkatkan efisiensi kerja dan kualitas layanan publik yang diberikan kepada masyarakat.

Abstract

Jaringan internet juga harus dilakukan analisa agar dapat diketahui bahwa pengguna jaringan atau pelanggan telah merasa puas atau tidak dengan fasilitas jaringan yang diberikan tersebut. Dengan mengetahui analisa jaringan maka akan dapat disimpulkan bahwa pengguna layanan internet mempunyai jaringan yang bagus atau tidak sehingga menjadi salah satu acuan bagi penyedia layanan atau yang disebut ISP (Internet services propeider), untuk memberikan layanan yang lebih baik bagi pengguna. Analisa jaringan menggunakan QoS (Quality of Service) khususnya adalah throughput, dellay dan packet loss mampu memberikan analisa jaringan yang baik, dimana aspek ini yang sering digunakan didalam analisa jaringan. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah Nilai QoS yang dihasilkan pada pengujian parameter throughput sebesar 52,17% dengan indek 3, sedangkan pada pengujian parameter delay nilai yang dihasilkan sebesar 45ms dengan indek 4 dan pada pengujian parameter packet loss nilai yang dihasilkan sebesar 18,52% dengan nilai indek 2. Dari hasil perhitungan tersebut, layanan internet pada kantor desa puguk termasuk dalam katagori bagus berdasarkan standar THIPON yaitu dengan nilai indeks 3.

Abstract

Research by utilizing facial recognition features related to image processing and computer vision is used to produce a system that is almost close to the human visual system in general. In image processing, the detection of the movement of the rig is carried out so as to produce detection results. A problem that often occurs in the motion detection process is that every moving object in the video will be detected as a moving object. Therefore, this study will try to detect human face objects from the video data to be detected so that the detection results will later produce the detection of face objects. Every process of observing human facial movements requires a careful pre-process stage, because it is related to the observation of very smooth movements and a very fast duration. At this stage, the detection and tracking of the facial area must always be precise so that the observation of movements made in the facial area can be accurate. The solution offered for facial motion detection is to apply the Canade Lucas Tomasi (KLT) method for tracking each feature point. The performance process of KLT in detecting faces is to track each existing face by looking at the point of facial features, after the system records the features of the face, the system will detect every facial movement in the video. So by using the KLT method, it is hoped that the system can detect facial objects in the video. The results of the study by testing as many as 30 samples of video data in the form of recordings of human motion objects succeeded in detecting facial movements with an accuracy level of 96%, Recal 88% and an accuracy level of 86%.
