Abstract

Sukamarga Village in Suoh District, West Lampung Regency, is where the PKH program was implemented. This program aims to improve beneficiaries’ welfare through a holistic approach. However, to achieve changes in the behavior of PKH recipient communities, aspects of interpersonal communication that influence the effectiveness and success of this program are yet to be widely researched. The research problem formulated in this study is how the interpersonal communication of PKH facilitators influences changes in the behavior of PKH beneficiary families, and how the behavior of PKH beneficiary families in Sukamarga Village changes after receiving PKH. This research aims to understand the interpersonal communication of PKH facilitators regarding changes in the behavior of families who receive PKH benefits in Sukamarga Village after PKH assistance. This type of research used qualitative field research. The data sources were PKH companions and recipients. Data collection techniques included observations, interviews, and documentation. Conclusions can be drawn: First, PKH facilitators help create positive changes in beneficiary communities with empathy, guidance, and support, building trust and open communication, which are the characteristics of interpersonal communication. Second, the assistance provided was able to change the behavior of PKH recipients.

Abstract

Simpang Ketenong Village, Kerkap District, is classified as a self-sufficient village, with the characteristics that it has started using communication tools and technology, is not isolated and has fairly smooth traffic routes between villages and cities. (Saputera et al., 2021) Service is a process, this process produces a product in the form of a service, which is then provided to customers. Good service will also have a good impact on customers in the form of customer satisfaction, in line with findings in the field that the local village community and youth have begun to understand the importance of technology for convenience in daily work and can even support careers in the future. Along with the current development of communication technology, it has also encouraged village officials and youth in Simpang Ketenong village to be able to understand and operate computers to make work easier, both for village administration and other needs. Referring to the situation analysis above, the service team together with partners justified that the priority problems experienced by partners and the priorities agreed to be resolved were related to: the lack of skill of village officials and Simpang Ketenong Village Youth in operating computers, especially in typing and lack of understanding of how to use them. excel. Through this PKM program the team wants to contribute to providing skills to village officials and youth in the Simpang Ketenong Village area, Kerkap District, North Bengkulu Regency to be proficient in using Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel applications. Based on the partner's problems, the solution that will be provided in this activity is to hold Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel Operation Training, then an evaluation will be held of village officials and local teenagers will be able to be competent in the training process that has been carried out. The targets of this Community Service are time efficiency during service, reducing data errors in reporting the performance of village officials, being able to store village databases simply, increasing knowledge for village officials and youth so that they can learn about information systems through computer media.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memperkenalkan dan merancang sistem berbasis website di SMP Islam Parung, menggunakan bahasa HTML dan CSS melalui platform Visual Studio Code. Transformasi digital ini diarahkan untuk meningkatkan efisiensi operasional sekolah dan keterlibatan siswa dalam kegiatan pendidikan.Melalui pengenalan teknologi berbasis web, diharapkan sekolah dapat memanfaatkan sistem ini untuk mengelola informasi siswa, penjadwalan kegiatan, dan komunikasi dengan stakeholders. Sistem ini juga dirancang dengan fokus pada antarmuka pengguna yang intuitif dan responsif, memastikan aksesibilitas yang mudah bagi seluruh pengguna. Metodologi penelitian melibatkan tahapan pengenalan konsep, perancangan sistem, dan implementasi menggunakan bahasa pemrograman HTML dan CSS. Data efektivitas sistem akan dievaluasi melalui feedback dari pihak sekolah, siswa, dan pengajar. Hasil penelitian ini diharapkan dapat menjadi kontribusi positif terhadap perbaikan infrastruktur pendidikan dan memberikan pengalaman pembelajaran yang lebih baik bagi siswa di SMP Islam Parung. Transformasi digital ini membuka peluang untuk pengembangan sistem lebih lanjut dan mendukung inisiatif sekolah dalam menjawab tantangan pendidikan abad ke-21.

Abstract

The war between Russia and Ukraine has received attention from the world's media, including in Indonesia. The purpose of this study was to find out the application of article 3 of the Journalistic Code of Ethics (KEJ) in reporting on the shooting of US journalists in the Russia and Ukraine war. This qualitative research uses a content analysis approach, namely research that has the nature of an in-depth discussion of the contents of written or printed information in the mass media, in this case, two CNNIndonesia.com news. The results of this study show that CNNIndonesia.com has tested the information they receive in the news by confirming it from several different sources. In terms of balance, the news is presented unequally. The news presented does not provide space or time for reporting proportionally to the Russian side. One of the two news headlines analyzed contains elements of judgmental opinion which are the journalist's personal opinion by making assumptions without news sources on these allegations. In terms of the principle of presumption of innocence, CNNIndonesia.com used the word ‘allegedly’ in the first news story about the perpetrators of the shooting of journalists in the Russia-Ukraine war. The use of these words prevents the news from being judged by the media (trial by the press)

Abstract

Artikel ini mengeksplorasi integrasi elemen visual dan teknologi digital dalam dakwah Islam di era digital dengan menggunakan metode penelitian kepustakaan. Penelitian ini menelaah teori, konsep, dan temuan empiris terkait dinamika penggunaan media, komunikasi visual, dan teknologi digital seperti augmented reality (AR) dan virtual reality (VR) dalam dakwah. Pengumpulan data dilakukan secara sistematis melalui identifikasi, evaluasi, klasifikasi, dan analisis literatur dari buku akademik, artikel jurnal, laporan penelitian, serta dokumen digital. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan strategi efektif dalam memanfaatkan media visual untuk meningkatkan keterlibatan audiens, seperti konten video kreatif, animasi, dan teknologi imersif seperti AR dan VR. Media sosial seperti TikTok, YouTube, dan Instagram memainkan peran penting dalam menjangkau audiens yang lebih luas, terutama generasi muda, melalui pendekatan inovatif dan interaktif. Studi ini menyoroti potensi komunikasi visual dan teknologi digital untuk mentransformasi dakwah agar relevan dengan preferensi modern, sekaligus menjaga nilai-nilai inti Islam. Tantangan yang dihadapi mencakup menjaga keaslian pesan di tengah komodifikasi digital dan memastikan kedalaman pesan agama. Kerangka multidisiplin ini memberikan panduan bagi akademisi dan praktisi dalam memanfaatkan inovasi digital untuk dakwah yang efektif dan etis di era digital   This article uses literature research to explore the integration of visual elements and digital technology in Islamic da'wah in the digital era. This research examines theories, concepts, and empirical findings related to the dynamics of using media, visual communication, and digital technologies such as augmented reality (AR) and virtual reality (VR) in da'wah. Data collection is done systematically by identifying, evaluating, classifying, and analyzing literature from academic books, journal articles, research reports, and digital documents. The results show effective strategies in utilizing visual media to increase audience engagement, such as creative video content, animation, and immersive technologies such as AR and VR. Through innovative and interactive approaches, social media such as TikTok, YouTube, and Instagram are essential in reaching a wider audience, especially the younger generation. This study highlights the potential of visual communication and digital technology to transform da'wah to be relevant to modern preferences while maintaining core Islamic values. Challenges include maintaining message authenticity amid digital commodification and ensuring the depth of religious messages. This multidisciplinary framework guides academics and practitioners in utilizing digital innovations for practical and ethical da'wah in the digital age.

Abstract

This article examined the basis for voters in the political contestation in the Bandar Lampung City government in 2020 in deciding their choice of female leadership candidates. The foundation in question is an understanding based on the concept of leadership in Islam, as indicated by the Koran and Hadith. This study would be highlighted by the Reviea wing of Ving tafsir, a relatively new Model of Al-Qur’an study in Al-Qur’an studies. The study findings show that the people of Bandar Lampung City, in electing female leaders, have brought to life the verses of the Koran about leadership, even though they have not memorized or understood the text textually. Meanwhile, the level of community participation in the Mayor of Bandar Lampung election for female leadership candidates was higher than for male leadership candidates. Eva Dwiyana won 66.67% of the votes, which surpassed 2 (two) male leadership candidates, namely Ryco Mendoza, who won 14.33 votes, and Yusuf Qohar, who won 25.88 votes. This participation is classified as independent participation with indicators of confidence in the work program, especially in the religious field, and an increasingly mature level of political education.

Abstract

Natural Language Processing (NLP) based chatbots are increasingly used in various applications, ranging from customer service to education. One simple yet effective approach to implementing NLP on a chatbot is the pattern-based method, which uses language patterns to understand and respond to user input. This research aims to implement the pattern-based NLP method on a chatbot and evaluate its performance using the BLEU metric. Conversation data is collected and analyzed to identify common patterns, which are then mapped into appropriate responses. Testing was done by measuring the level of bigram match between the chatbot response and the reference response, where the BLEU-2 precision reached a value of 0.75 or 75%. These results show that the pattern-based method is capable of generating relevant responses but still requires refinement to achieve higher accuracy.

Abstract

low interest of students in storytelling activities. Many students showed reluctance to participate actively, often engaging in off-topic conversations or joking with peers during class. This behavior reflected a lack of enthusiasm and motivation toward storytelling lessons. The purpose of this research was to improve the storytelling skills of fourth-grade students (Class IV A) through the use of animated films containing character values. The research method used was Classroom Action Research (CAR). The results demonstrated that the use of character-based animated films effectively enhanced students’ storytelling abilities. Improvements were observed in the learning process, including increased student engagement, focus, enthusiasm, and confidence in speaking in front of the class. In terms of outcomes, the average storytelling score improved from 55 in the pre-action stage to 68 in Cycle I, and further increased to 76 in Cycle II, reaching a good category. These findings indicate that both the process and product of students' storytelling skills significantly improved through the use of animated films with character values.

Abstract

This study discusses the development of the Bengkulu Regional Police Human Resources RENMIN Letter Filing System, utilizing the DevOps approach, which integrates development and operations processes continuously. The objective is to enhance release speed, system quality, and the efficiency of digital document management. Evaluation was conducted using the User Acceptance Testing (UAT) method on 50 respondents, covering five key indicators: system functionality, ease of use, access speed, system security, and compliance with work procedures. The test results showed a high success rate, at 96%, 94%, 92%, 97%, and 95%, respectively, with an average success rate of 94.8%. These findings prove that the implementation of DevOps can provide a responsive, reliable, and user-friendly system in a police environment. Abstract

This study aims to describe the perceptions of rural and urban teachers in West Kalimantan regarding the implementation of the Independent Curriculum (The Merdeka Curriculum) through a case study at SMPN 5 Jelimpo and SMPN 29 Pontianak. The scope of the research covers two schools implementing the Independent Curriculum but located in different contexts, namely a rural and an urban area. The research employs a qualitative approach using observation and interview methods. The data sources are Indonesian language teachers from SMPN 5 Jelimpo and SMPN 29 Pontianak. The data consist of interview results from these teachers. The findings of the study include: (1) Positive Views on the Independent Curriculum, teachers from SMPN 29 Pontianak and SMPN 5 Jelimpo welcomed the policy for its flexibility in supporting student-centered learning; (2) Different Levels of Readiness and Adaptation, SMPN 29 Pontianak showed a more advanced readiness with a "Mandiri Berubah" approach, while SMPN 5 Jelimpo remains in an intensive preparation phase; (3) Teaching Strategies and Teacher Competency Development, both schools rely on various learning resources to enhance teacher competency, with different approaches such as structured training at school and the use of social media; (4) Contextual Curriculum Implementation, SMPN 29 Pontianak emphasizes internal coordination, while SMPN 5 Jelimpo focuses on project-based learning and local wisdom; and (5) Contextual Challenges, urban teachers face internal obstacles like time management, whereas rural teachers face external challenges such as limited infrastructure and resistance from colleagues.
