Abstract

The country's savings growth rate is important to be improved so as to encourage economic growth of a nation. For this reason, supports from various parties are needed to improve people's behavior in saving. This study aims to analyze and identify the saving behavior of students of State Vocational Schools in Tegal Regency. Financial literacy, family environment, attitude to behavior, subjective norms, perceived behavioral control, and behavioral intentions are used to measure students' saving behavior. This study uses a quantitative approach. The population of the study is 1,520 students and the sample is 317 students. The number of samples is determined using the Slovin formula, while the sampling technique used is proportional random sampling. The technique of collecting data uses questionnaires. While the data analysis techniques used are descriptive analysis and path analysis. The results of path analysis show financial literacy and family environment directly influence attitude behavior, subjective norms, behavioral control, and behavioral intention. However, the family environment does not directly affect the behavioral intention. financial literacy and family environment have an Indirect influence on saving behavior through subjective norms, perceived behavioral control and behavioral intention.

Abstract

Prestasi belajar komputer akuntansi siswa dipengaruhi oleh beberapa faktor.Dalam penelitian ini faktor yang diduga mempengaruhi prestasi belajar akuntansi adalah lingkungan teman sebaya, media sosial dan Self-Regulated Learning.Masalah dalam penelitian ini berdasarkan hasil observasi awal yang menunjukkan bahwa prestasi belajar komputer akuntansi siswa kelas XI kompetensi keahlian akuntansi SMK N 1 Kendal tergolong rendah.Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan peran dari Self-Regulated Learning yang menjadi memoderasi pengaruh lingkungan teman sebaya dan media sosial dalam meningkatkan prestasi belajar akuntansi komputer siswa kelas XI kompetensi keahlian akuntansi SMK N 1 Kendal. Populasi penelitian ini adalah siswa SMK N 1 Kendalkelas XI kompetensi keahlian akuntansi tahun ajaran 2014/2015.Jumlah sampel sebanyak 84 siswa yang merupakan sampel proportional random sampling.Metode yang digunakan dalam pengumpulan data adalah dokumentasi dan kuesioner atau angket.Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah teknik analisis deskriptif dan uji nilai selisih mutlak. Analisis deskriptif menunjukkan bahwa lingkungan teman sebaya, media sosial dan Self-Regulated Learning masuk dalam kriteria cukup dan prestasi belajar komputer akuntansi masuk dalam kriteria rendah.Students’ learning achievement in computer accountingwas effected by many factors. In this study, the factors which were suspected, could effect the accounting learning achievement were peer environment, social media, and self regulated learning. Based on the results of this study at the beginning, the research problem was the students’ accounting computer learning achievement at eleventh grade of accounting competence skill in SMK N 1 Kendal was low. This study aimed at knowing the effect of peer environment, social media, the use of regulated learning in moderating the effects of peer environment, social media on the students’ accounting computer achievement at eleventh grade in accounting in SMK N 1 Kendal. The population in this study was eleventh grade students in accounting competence skill in academic year 2014/2015. The number of the sample was 84 students. They were proportional random sampling sample. The methods that were used in collecting data were documentation and questionnaire. The analytical methods that were used were descriptive analysis techniques and absolute differencevalue test. The descriptive analysis showed that peer environment, social media, self regulated learning were enough. And the students accounting computer learning achievement was low.

Abstract

Improving the quality of human life of a country is needed in an era of civilisation that continues to experience changes from all aspects, especially technology and information. The ability that students have is inseparable from the learning process carried out at school by involving teachers, students, learning resources and learning facilities. This study aims to find the effectiveness of cooperative learning models in Economics subjects on student engagement. The experimental method with a quasi-experimental approach was used to find out the results of the study. sampling technique using Cluster Random Sampling. In this study, the population was 78 class X students and the research subjects used 52 students for the control class and the experimental class. Hypothesis testing using independent sample t-test. The results showed that the cooperative learning model in economic subjects was effective and significantly affected student engagement in class X students of SMA NU Hasyim Asy'ari Tegal with a t-table value of 3.964 with a sig value. 0,003<0,05.

Abstract

Phenomenon/Issue: One of the critical challenges in Indonesia is the high unemployment rate, which necessitates promoting entrepreneurship as a solution to create employment opportunities and drive innovation. Purpose: This study aims to analyze and identify the factors influencing students' entrepreneurial interests, focusing on the roles of entrepreneurial knowledge and motivation. Novelty: The novelty of the study lies in quantifying the relationship between entrepreneurial interest and factors such as entrepreneurial knowledge and motivation, providing insights into their partial contributions to students’ entrepreneurial aspirations. Research Methods: The study employs a quantitative approach with a sample of 39 students selected through proportional random sampling. Data collection was conducted using questionnaires, and the analysis was performed using descriptive statistical methods. Results: The findings reveal a 55.9% relationship between entrepreneurial interest and entrepreneurial knowledge. Additionally, entrepreneurial motivation contributes 16.4% to entrepreneurial interest. These results indicate that both entrepreneurial motivation and knowledge partially influence students' entrepreneurial aspirations. Research Contributions: This study contributes to the understanding of how entrepreneurial education impacts students' entrepreneurial interests. It emphasizes the importance of campuses and governments allocating more resources and time to entrepreneurship education to nurture and enhance students' entrepreneurial capabilities, thereby addressing the unemployment issue in Indonesia.

Abstract

The Quick Response Code Indonesia Standard QRIS service has supported payments from bank and non-bank providers used in the community. This payment system through QRIS can not only be done in malls or large shopping centers but can also be used in stalls, tourist attractions, even traditional markets or traditional markets if they already use the QRIS logo. Pasar Manis Purwokerto was the location of the study with 49 respondents. The analysis technique used was multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the study showed that financial literacy, digital literacy and the use of the QRIS application had a positive and significant influence on entrepreneurial behavior. Digital literacy is the most dominant variable in influencing entrepreneurial behavior in the Pasar Manis Purwokerto.

Abstract

Phenomenon/Issue:This research addresses the gap in digital transformation in MSME administration, particularly the lack of easily accessible digital tools in rural areas such as Banyumas Regency, which hinders modernization. Purpose:  The goal is to develop Digi-Ice, an integrated application that combines archive management, correspondence, product cataloging, and social media integration to transform SMEs into technology-based offices. Novelty: Its main innovation lies in the rural-specific design, the integration of administrative functions and digital business, and the collaboration between Jenderal Soedirman University and MSME actors. As the first Android-compatible application, Digi-Ice reaches rural users with high accessibility. Research Methods: The research method uses the R&D model by Mckenney & Reeves (2013) through three stages: problem analysis, design, and iterative implementation. Data were collected through closed questionnaires (validated by media experts) and trials on 40 SMEs Results: The validation results showed a feasibility score of 82.3% (experts) and 82.07% (users), confirming the application's effectiveness. The main advantages include structured archiving, social media integration, and Android compatibility, although there are limitations such as reliance on the internet and the absence of an iOS version. Research Contributions: The research contributes to the digital transformation literacy of MSMEs with empirical evidence, and supports the mission of universities and the government in rural economic development. Digi-Ice has become a replicable model for local technology interventions, strengthening the competitiveness of national MSMEs in line with Indonesia's digitalization agenda.
