Abstract

This article results from Community Service activities, which discuss training in preparing business plans to create new entrepreneurs for economics education students at FKIP Jambi University. This study aims to provide training to students in making business plans correctly. It is hoped that training participants can prepare things that must be designed as new entrepreneurs so that they can anticipate as early as possible if undesirable things happen in their business journey. Activities are carried out in a participatory form using best practices for student entrepreneurship. The method for implementing this service adopts Deming's concept: Plan-Do-Check-Act (PDCA). After carrying out training by utilizing student potential, the results obtained were that students could create a draft blueprint from the effects of the activity in the form of students' understanding of preparing a media canvas business plan.

Abstract

The purpose  of this study was to determine the description of digital skills owned by teachers and compare them based on school type. This research uses mixed method with The Explanatory Sequential Design type. This research uses purposive sampling technique. The sample of this research is a teacher at one of the schools selected based on the type of school, namely SMA, SMK and MAN. Kruskal-Wallish test and Mann Whittney test were used to determine the differences in digital skills owned by teachers. The results showed that the digital skills possessed by teachers based on the type of school, it is known that there are differences in digital skills possessed. The digital skills possessed by teachers are included in the high and very high categories and when compared in each school it is known that there is no difference between the digital skills of SMK and SMA, SMK and MAN teachers. Then in the qualitative analysis in the digital skill indicator section, the teacher has done very well in an effort to carry out his job as a teacher, but the aspects of Digital Content Creation and safety need to be improved. The real implication of this research is the ability for teachers to apply digital skills such as knowledge and attitudes in a confident, critical and responsible manner within the specified context as required

Abstract

Improving the quality of human life of a country is needed in an era of civilisation that continues to experience changes from all aspects, especially technology and information. The ability that students have is inseparable from the learning process carried out at school by involving teachers, students, learning resources and learning facilities. This study aims to find the effectiveness of cooperative learning models in Economics subjects on student engagement. The experimental method with a quasi-experimental approach was used to find out the results of the study. sampling technique using Cluster Random Sampling. In this study, the population was 78 class X students and the research subjects used 52 students for the control class and the experimental class. Hypothesis testing using independent sample t-test. The results showed that the cooperative learning model in economic subjects was effective and significantly affected student engagement in class X students of SMA NU Hasyim Asy'ari Tegal with a t-table value of 3.964 with a sig value. 0,003<0,05.

Abstract

ABSTRACTThe purpose of this community service activity is to improve services to the public in digital-based administrative management, so that the community can more easily and quickly access services. The method of implementing activities to find solutions to the administrative management issues in Tinggarjaya Village is carried out through work procedures that support the realization of the creation of this system. Socialization regarding the importance of digital-based administrative management. Then, conduct planned, structured, and continuous training for partners on how to use and utilize "MY DRIVE MY ARSIB." Design an administrative management system for Tinggarjaya Village. Then the system that has been created is tested for feasibility in administrative management.The results of the activity indicate that the management of administration in the field of archiving at the village level has now adopted and utilized digital-based archiving. It is hoped that this will facilitate better service to the community and that the administrative processes can run more effectively and efficiently. Keywords: digitalization, training, administrationABSTRAKTujuan kegiatan pengabdian ini adalah untuk meningkatkan pelayanan kepada masyarakat dalam pengelolaan administrasi berbasis digital, sehingga masyarakat dapat lebih mudah dan cepat dalam mendapatkan pelayanan. Metode pelaksanaan kegiatan untuk mencari solusi dari permasalahan pengelolaan administrasi di Desa Tinggarjaya dilakukan dengan prosedur kerja yang mendukung realisasi pembuatan sistem ini. Sosialisasi mengenai pentingnya Pengelolaaan administrasi berbasis digital. Kemudian melakukan pelatihan terencana, terstruktur dan berkesinambungan kepada para mitra tentang cara penggunaan dan pemanfaatan “MY DRIVE MY ARSIB”. Mendesain sebuah pengelolaan administrasi bagi Desa Tinggarjaya. Kemudian Sistem yang telah dibuat diuji untuk kelayakan dalam pengelolaan administrasi. Hasil pelaksanaan Kegiatan menunjukkan bahwa pengelolaan administrasi dalam bidang kearsipan saat ini pada perangkat desa telah menggunakan dan memanfaatkan kearsipan berbasis digital sehingga dengan ini diharapkan dapat memberikan kemudahan dalam memberikan pelayanan kepada masyarkat dan proses kegiatan administrasi dapat berjalan lebih efektif dan efisien.Kata Kunci: digitalisasi, pelatihan, administrasi

Abstract

Phenomenon/Issue: One of the critical challenges in Indonesia is the high unemployment rate, which necessitates promoting entrepreneurship as a solution to create employment opportunities and drive innovation. Purpose: This study aims to analyze and identify the factors influencing students' entrepreneurial interests, focusing on the roles of entrepreneurial knowledge and motivation. Novelty: The novelty of the study lies in quantifying the relationship between entrepreneurial interest and factors such as entrepreneurial knowledge and motivation, providing insights into their partial contributions to students’ entrepreneurial aspirations. Research Methods: The study employs a quantitative approach with a sample of 39 students selected through proportional random sampling. Data collection was conducted using questionnaires, and the analysis was performed using descriptive statistical methods. Results: The findings reveal a 55.9% relationship between entrepreneurial interest and entrepreneurial knowledge. Additionally, entrepreneurial motivation contributes 16.4% to entrepreneurial interest. These results indicate that both entrepreneurial motivation and knowledge partially influence students' entrepreneurial aspirations. Research Contributions: This study contributes to the understanding of how entrepreneurial education impacts students' entrepreneurial interests. It emphasizes the importance of campuses and governments allocating more resources and time to entrepreneurship education to nurture and enhance students' entrepreneurial capabilities, thereby addressing the unemployment issue in Indonesia.

Abstract

Tinggarjaya Village, located in Jatilawang District, Banyumas Regency, faces several administrative problems. One of them is that official letters are still made manually, which results in poorly organized data storage and limited archive space. This community service aims to overcome these problems through training and assistance related to digital administration, email utilization, and village website development. This program has been implemented and has provided significant benefits, especially in improving administrative efficiency and the capabilities of Tinggarjaya Village human resources.

Abstract

Archive management plays an important role in public administration services implemented by government agencies, both central and regional, especially in meeting the needs of the community. Effective archive management can improve organizational efficiency, which ultimately supports the principles of good governance. In the villages of Jatilawang District, archive management has not been fully optimized, resulting in public administration services not meeting community expectations. This study aims to analyze archive governance, the challenges faced, and their impact on the effectiveness of organizational work. In the long term, this study is expected to contribute to the development of administrative management science, especially in maintaining organized archives to support village development towards good governance. This study uses a mixed method approach, data collection through observation, interviews, and questionnaires. The findings show that although the villages in Jatilawang District have implemented an archiving process from recording to disposal, these villages have not fully complied with existing regulations due to certain constraints. This has an impact on the efficiency of the organization in providing public services, because archive management has a direct impact on organizational performance.

Abstract

Phenomenon/Issue:This research addresses the gap in digital transformation in MSME administration, particularly the lack of easily accessible digital tools in rural areas such as Banyumas Regency, which hinders modernization. Purpose:  The goal is to develop Digi-Ice, an integrated application that combines archive management, correspondence, product cataloging, and social media integration to transform SMEs into technology-based offices. Novelty: Its main innovation lies in the rural-specific design, the integration of administrative functions and digital business, and the collaboration between Jenderal Soedirman University and MSME actors. As the first Android-compatible application, Digi-Ice reaches rural users with high accessibility. Research Methods: The research method uses the R&D model by Mckenney & Reeves (2013) through three stages: problem analysis, design, and iterative implementation. Data were collected through closed questionnaires (validated by media experts) and trials on 40 SMEs Results: The validation results showed a feasibility score of 82.3% (experts) and 82.07% (users), confirming the application's effectiveness. The main advantages include structured archiving, social media integration, and Android compatibility, although there are limitations such as reliance on the internet and the absence of an iOS version. Research Contributions: The research contributes to the digital transformation literacy of MSMEs with empirical evidence, and supports the mission of universities and the government in rural economic development. Digi-Ice has become a replicable model for local technology interventions, strengthening the competitiveness of national MSMEs in line with Indonesia's digitalization agenda.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Locus of Control dan Adversity quotient terhadap Kesiapan Kerja Pada Mahasiswa Jurusan Pendidikan Ilmu Pengetahuan Sosial Universitas Jambi. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah angkatan 2017 yang berjumlah 129 mahasiswa, penentuan pengambilan sampel menggunakan rumus slovin dengan jumlah sampel 97 mahasiswa. Teknik sampling yang digunakan adalah simple random sampling. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan Angket. Analisi data menggunakan analisis statistic deskriptif dan analisis regresi berganda. Hasil analisis deskriptif diperoleh bahwa variabel locus of control dalam katagori rendah, Variabel adversity quotient dalam katagori rendah, dan variabel Kesiapan Kerja dalam katagori rendah. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa terdapat pengaruh secara bersamaan Locus of control dan Adversity quotient terhadap Kesiapan Kerja hal ini dilihat dari hasil uji F yang diperoleh diperoleh nilai Fhitung 8,021 lebih besar dari Ftabel 3,09, dengan nilai probabilitas sig 0,001 lebih kecil dari 0,05. Kemudian presentasi sumbangan pengaruh variabel pengaruh variabel Locus of control (X1) dan Adversity Quotient (X2) terhadap kualitas Kesiapan Kerja (Y) sebesar 14,6%, sisanya 85,4% dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa terdapat pengaruh Locus of control dan Adversity quotient terhadap Kesiapan Kerja pada Mahasiswa Jurusan Pendidikan Ilmu Pengetahuan Sosial Universitas Jambi.

Abstract

Transformasi digital administrasi menjadi kebutuhan krusial bagi pelaku usaha desa untuk meningkatkan efisiensi dan daya saing. Kegiatan pengabdian ini bertujuan mengimplementasikan aplikasi Digi-ICE (Digital Office) pada 30 pelaku usaha BUMDes di Purbalingga dengan beragam bidang usaha (jasa, konveksi, daur ulang sampah, wisata, dan toserba). Metode pelatihan menggunakan pendekatan Participatory Action Research (PAR) yang dikombinasikan dengan Blended Learning dan Experiential Learning, terdiri dari tiga sesi: sosialisasi konsep administrasi digital, demonstrasi fitur aplikasi, serta praktik langsung berbasis studi kasus. Evaluasi dilakukan melalui kuesioner Likert dan wawancara mendalam untuk mengukur efektivitas pelatihan. Hasil menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan pada tiga aspek: kemudahan penggunaan aplikasi (dari 22% menjadi 85%), persepsi manfaat administrasi digital (dari 30% menjadi 88%), dan niat adopsi teknologi (dari 25% menjadi 82%). Sebanyak 90% peserta mengakui percepatan proses bisnis dan pengelolaan dokumen yang lebih sistematis. Analisis kualitatif mengungkap peningkatan kepercayaan diri peserta dalam menggunakan teknologi, meskipun terdapat hambatan seperti keterbatasan perangkat dan akses internet. Kegiatan ini membuktikan bahwa aplikasi sederhana seperti Digi-ICE mampu mendorong transformasi digital UMKM pedesaan melalui pendekatan pelatihan partisipatif. Rekomendasi mencakup pendampingan teknis berkelanjutan, pengembangan fitur aplikasi, serta replikasi model pelatihan adaptif di wilayah lain. Temuan ini relevan sebagai acuan penguatan ekonomi desa berbasis teknologi, dengan fokus pada peningkatan kapasitas sumber daya manusia dan infrastruktur pendukung.
