Abstract

Pola asuh orang tua adalah pola perilaku yang dicontohkan orang tua untuk anak-anak dan diperkuat dari waktu ke waktu sehingga mempengaruhi perkembangan anak. Pola asuh orang tua sangat berpengaruh terhadap perkembangan psikologis anak, pola asuh yang tidak tepat dapat mengakibatkan anak merasa tertekan dan kemudian mengalami stres. Stres merupakan respon individu terhadap tekanan atau beban kehidupan. Kondisi ini mengakibatkan terganggunya kesehatan jiwa seseorang. pPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Hubungan antara pola asuh orang tua dengan tingkat stres pada siswa SMA. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode cross-sectional dengan jumlah populasi 360 siswa, jumlah sampel 189 responden kelas XI. Penelitian ini mengunakan Teknik pengambilan sampel purposive sampling. Data dikumpulkan menggunakan lembar kuesioner dan dianalisis secara univariat dan bivariat dengan uji Rank Spearman. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa sebagian besar responden berjenis kelamin perempuan dengan jumlah 128 orang (67,7%). Sebagian besar berusia 16 tahun dengan 133 orang (70,4%). Sebagian besar responden dengan pola asuh otoriter mengalami tingkat stres berat dengan jumlah 40 orang. Penelitian ini menunjukan nilai p value 0,000 ( p value 0 < 0,05) hal ini menunjukan adanya hubungan antara pola asuh orang tua dengan tingkat stres pada siswa SMA. Terdapat hubungan yang kuat antara pola asuh orang tua dengan tingkat stres pada siswa di SMA N 1 Boja. Kata Kunci : Pola Asuh Orang Tua, Tingkat Stres, Remaja

Abstract

Teman sebaya memiliki peran dalam proses perkembangan perilaku remaja, karena remaja lebih sering berada diluar bersama teman sebayanya. Perkembangan pada remaja salah satunya yaitu kebutuhan teman sebaya, dengan adanya teman sebaya dapat memberikan dukungan terkait kejadian bullying. Abstract

Gadgets play a very important and helpful role in technology and communication. The progress in the use of gadgets is not only used by adults, one of which is elementary school age children. Gadgets themselves have positive and negative impacts, therefore parents need a parenting style to control and educate every child's activities. The aim of this research is to analyze the relationship between parenting styles and gadget addiction in elementary school-aged children. This type of research is quantitative research with a cross-sectional approach. The population of this study was 192 respondents. The sample size was 130 respondents who met the inclusion and exclusion criteria, then taken using simple random sampling technique. The instrument uses the PSDQ and smartphone addiction test. The independent variable is parenting style and the dependent variable is gadget addiction. Data were analyzed using the gamma correlation test. The research results obtained from the gamma test analysis with a significance value of α = 0.05 obtained a p value (value) = 0.031 <0.05, which means there is a relationship between parental parenting patterns and gadget addiction in elementary school age children. The conclusion is that parental parenting styles have a significant relationship to gadget addiction in elementary school-aged children.

Abstract

Students are individuals who have graduated from high school/high school and are currently pursuing higher education at a university. The study period is an important period to look forward to, even though new students often face challenges in the form of academic stress. The transition period from high school to college, busy schedules, new environments, and homesickness are factors that cause stress (Ajeng Febrianti Rahayu et al., 2021). Adaptation is an important skill to help students face these changes. According to Adimiharja (1993), adaptation is the process of a person adapting to the environment and using resources to solve problems. In the first year of college, the ability to adapt is the basis for success in studying for the next few years (Rahmadani & Mukti, 2020). According to Sarafino (2012),stress is the body's response to demands that exceed an individual's capabilities (Hasanah, 2019). How to deal with stress is different for each person, from avoiding the source of stress to solving the problem that causes it. For new students, this stress occurs because of major changes, especially in the learning system (Paramita et al., 2022).

Abstract

Most students who have just arrived and live in a new area experience culture shock. This is because it is difficult to adapt and adjust to their social life. Social support is very important to be given especially to new students, because social support can provide comfort and a feeling of being loved. Method: Quantitative research type with cross sectional approach. The sample used was 100 students in Lasem with the technique used was total sampling. The correlation test used in this study was the Chi-square test. The results of the study showed that the majority of students had good social support with moderate culture shock, namely 58 students (58%). Based on the Chi-square test, a p-value of 0.000 (<0.05) was obtained, which means that there is a relationship between social support and culture shock in students at Islamic Boarding Schools in Lasem. There is a close relationship between social support and culture shock in students in Lasem (p value 0.000).

Abstract

Background: Adolescence, especially aged 12-19 years, is a transition period from children to adults who experience the development of all aspects or functions to enter adulthood. At this age, teenagers usually have an emotional attitude and many teenagers have not reached maturity and freedom, so many teenagers do things freely and are selfish in wanting to win for themselves, which gives rise to incidents of bullying. Bullying incidents continue to be a threat to Indonesian teenagers, both physical and non-physical bullying. The impact of bullying on victims will have health and mental disorders, sleep disorders, a feeling of wanting revenge and one of them is self-confidence. Method: This research is a type of quantitative research with a cross sectional approach. The sample used was students at Sultan Agung Islamic Middle School 4 Semarang. The technique used was random sampling of 112. The correlation test used in this research was gamma rank Results: Based on the results of the analysis, it was found that of the 112 research respondents, the majority had age characteristics of 13 years, 69 or 69 61.6% and female gender, 60 or 53.6%. The research results showed that 67.9% of teenagers had sufficient self-confidence, and 52.7% of teenagers who experienced bullying (victims of bullying) were. The results of the gamma rank test show a p value of 0.003 and the r value is found to be ( ) this indicates that there is a correlation in the same direction. Conclusion: There is a close relationshipbetween self-confidence and incidents of bullying (victims of bullying) in young women (p value 0.003)

Abstract

Adolescence is a time of fast physical and psychological development. Between the ages of 10 and 19, adolescence takes place during the childhood and adulthood periods. Teenagers are particularly susceptible to abnormal behavior, such as bullying. Bullying is common in schools and can be brought on by bad settings or family dynamics. The effects of bullying behavior include tension, anxiety, and sadness. Stress usually occurs where bullying demands are usually like cognitive environments, personality. Untreated stress in teenagers can result in substance abuse, suicidal thoughts, and other negative interactions. Method: This study uses a cross-sectional technique and is classified as quantitative research. Female students from SMP Islam Sultan Agung 4 Semarang served as the sample. Simple random sampling was the method employed, with 114 participants. The chi square test was the correlation test employed in this investigation. Results: Based on the results of the analysis, it was obtained that of the 114 respondents, most of them had age characteristics of 13 years as many as 51 or 44.7%, and were female as many as 114 or 100.0%. According to the study's findings, 67.5% of female students reported having high stress levels, while 63.2% reported moderate verbal bullying. A p value of 0.035 was revealed by statistical testing that used the chi square test. Conclusion: Stress levels (victims) and the prevalence of verbal bullying behavior in female teenagers are closely correlated (p value 0.035).

Abstract

Kecemasan merupakan perasaan gelisah yang tidak memiliki objek yang jelas serta bersifat menyebar, yang muncul akibat ketidakpastian dan perasaan tidak berdaya. Sementara itu, dukungan keluarga mengacu pada bentuk perhatian dan bantuan yang diberikan oleh anggota keluarga kepada salah satu anggotanya yang sedang mengalami masalah kesehatan. Untuk mengetahui Hubungan Dukungan Keluarga Terhadap tingkat kecemasan Metode penelitian menggunakan penelitian kuantitatif kolerasi dengan menggunakan pendekatan non-probability sampling dengan metode total sampling dengan 75 responden. Instrument penelitian menggunakan kuesioner Dukungan Keluarga dan kuesioner HARS.  Hasil menunjukkan dukungan keluarga tinggi dengan tingkat kecemasan sedang sebanyak 25 orang (53,2%), ada hubungan dukungan keluarga dengan tingkat kecemasan dengan nilai p = 0,009 (p<0,05). Terdapat hubungan dukungan keluarga dengan tingkat kecemasan pada pasien pre operasi di RS Bhakti Asih Jatibarang. Hasil Penelitian ini dapat menjadi refrensi penelitian selanjutnya terkait dukungan keluarga dan tingkat kecemasan

Abstract

Peers have important factors that can influence a person's ability to realize themselves. With peer support, a person has friends who respect, understand, and feel like they have the same friends as themselves. Poor peer relationships can lead to problematic friendships. friendships that experience peer pressure, such as being excluded from groups or friends due to differences of opinion or lack of perspective, will experience setbacks. Peer support greatly influences mental health in adolescents. Knowledge and understanding of mental health, especially in the adolescent phase, is very important to increase adolescents' ability to help themselves in the field of mental health, prepare themselves to face mental health risks, and improve mental health. One way to deal with mental health problems for teenagers is to provide support to increase concern for others. This research is a quantitative research with a cross-sectional approach. Data collection was carried out using a questionnaire on 74 respondents. This research uses a total sampling technique and is processed statistically with the correlation test used in this research is the gamma test. The results of the gamma test on peer support data with the level of mental health in adolescents obtained a p value of 0.022 (<0.05) which shows that Ha is accepted or there is a relationship and the closeness of the relationship is quite strong (-0.745) and the direction of the relationship is negative. There is a relationship between peer support and the level of mental health in adolescents

Abstract

Diabetes Mellitus is a chronic disease that significantly impacts patients' mental health, particularly their anxiety levels. This study aims to investigate the relationship between anxiety and coping mechanisms among diabetes mellitus patients in Semarang. This study employed the DASS 42 questionnaire to assess anxiety levels and coping mechanisms in patients. The results showed a significant correlation between anxiety levels and coping mechanisms in diabetes mellitus patients. The study revealed that patients with higher anxiety levels tend to use less adaptive coping mechanisms, which can exacerbate their health conditions. This study concludes that effective anxiety management is crucial in enabling diabetes mellitus patients to employ more adaptive coping mechanisms. Therefore, healthcare providers should offer psychological support to help reduce anxiety levels among these patients, ultimately improving their overall health outcomes.
