Abstract

Course management had a strategic role in achieving the program of garment sewing courses. The research aimed to develop a course management model LSE-CTI based on WBI that was an effective garment-sewing program. The research approach was Research and Development (R & D). The subject of the research was the managers and the students of the course and training institution  (CTI). The collection of data used was observation technique, interview, questionnaire and documentation. Qualitative descriptive and paired t-test used in analyzing the data. The result of this Research  showed that the development of course management model life skill education of the course and training institution  (LSE-CTI) based on world of business and industry (WBI) was effective in increasing the competence of managers as well as the students.

Abstract

The limited creativity of teachers in choosing the right learning model has an impact on the students' learning outcomes. This study aims to compare the effectiveness of problem-based learning and project-based learning model in improving the outcomes of science learning. The type of research is experimental research with pretest-posttest design. The population is the students in the seventh grade of SMP Bina Insani Semarang. The samples were taken by cluster random sampling technique. Research data were analyzed by using independent test sample t test at α 0.05. The results showed: (1) there were differences of cognitive learning outcomes between group based learning and project based learning with significance value 0.001 < 0.05, (2) there was no significant difference between problem based learning and project based learning groups in improving students’ caring attitude toward environment with a significance value of 0.666 > 0.05. So, the conclusion is problem based learning models is more effective to improve students' cognitive learning outcomes than project based learning models. Both models do not show significant differences in improving students' environmental care attitudes. The benefits of this research can find a synthesis to add khasanah in the field of science learning.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis: (1) perbedaan pengaruh latihan keseimbangan statis dan latihan keseimbangan dinamis terhadap peningkatan kecepatan mendayung kayak 1 jarak 200 meter; (2) perbedaan pengaruh antara daya tahan otot lengan tinggi dan rendah terhadap peningkatan kecepatan mendayung kayak 1 jarak 200 meter; dan (3) interaksi antara metode latihan keseimbangan dan daya tahan otot lengan terhadap peningkatan kecepatan mendayung kayak 1 jarak 200 meter. Penelitian eksperimen dengan desain factorial 2x2. Teknik analisis data menggunakan ANAVA. Hasil penelitian: (1) tidak terdapat perbedaan pengaruh metode latihan keseimbangan statis dan dinamis yang lebih efektif dalam mempengaruhi kecepatan mendayung kayak 1 jarak 200 meter dengan nilai signifikansi sebesar 0,49 dan kecepatan mendayung kayak 1 jarak 200 meter dengan nilai signifikansi sebesar 0,49 dan nilai Fhitung (14,340) > Ftabel (3,591); (2) tidak terdapat perbedaan atlet yang memiliki daya tahan otot lengan tinggi dan rendah yang memiliki kecepatan mendayung kayak 1 jarak 200 meter dengan nilai signifikansi 0,89 dan nilai Fhitung (14,340) > Ftabel (8,656); dan (3) tidak terdapat interaksi antara latihan keseimbangan dan daya tahan otot lengan terhadap kecepatan mendayung kayak 1 jarak 200 meter dengan nilai signifikansi 0,51 dan Fhitung (14,340) > Ftabel (4,956). Simpulan: (1) Metode latihan keseimbangan dinamis lebih efektif dari pada latihan keseimbangan statis dalam meningkatkan kecepatan mendayung kayak 1 jarak 200 meter; (2) Atlet dayung yang memiliki daya tahan otot lengan tinggi lebih baik dari pada daya tahan otot lengan rendah untuk meningkatkan kecepatan mendayung kayak 1 jarak 200 meter; dan (3) Terdapat interaksi antara metode latihan keseimbangan dengan daya tahan otot lengan terhadap peningkatan kecepatan mendayung kayak 1 jarak 200 meter.This research is aimed to analyzing: (1) differences in the effects of exercise static equilibrium and balance exercises dynamically to increase speed paddle a kayak 1 distance 200 meters, (2) differences in effect between muscle endurance arms high and low to the increased speed paddle a kayak 1 distance 200 meters, (3) interaction between the method of balance training and muscle endurance arms to increase speed paddle a kayak 1 distance 200 meters. Quasi experimental research with a 2x2 factorial design. Data were analyzed using ANAVA. The results of the study (1) there is no difference in the effect of the method of static and dynamic balance exercises are more effective in influencing the speed paddle a kayak 1 distance 200 meters with a significance value of 0.49 and calculated F value (14.340)> F table (3.591). (2) there is no difference in endurance athletes who have high and low arm muscles that have a kayak paddle speed of 1 distance200 meters with a significance value of 0.89 and calculated F value (14.340)> F table (8.656). (3) there is no interaction between the balance and endurance exercise arm muscles to speed paddle a kayak 1 distance 200 meters with a significance value of 0.51 and F count (14.340)> F table (4.956). Conclusions: (1) dynamic balance training method is more effective than static balance exercises to improve speed paddle a kayak 1 distance 200 meters. (2) Athletes paddle has a high arm muscle endurance is better than the lower arm muscle endurance to improve speed paddle a kayak 1 distance 200 meters. (3) There is an interaction between method of balance training with forearm muscle endurance to the increased speed paddle a kayak 1 distance 200 meters.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui: Seberapa besar kontribusi percaya diri terhadap motivasi, seberapa besar kontribusi konsentrasi terhadap motivasi, seberapa besar kontribusi percaya diri dan konsentrasi secara bersama-sama terhadap motivasi, seberapa besar kontribusi percaya diri terhadap kinerja wasit, seberapa besar kontribusi konsentrasi terhadap kinerja wasit, seberapa besar kontribusi motivasi terhadap kinerja wasit, seberapa besar kontribusi percaya diri, kosentrasi dan motivasi secara bersama-sama terhadap kinerja wasit. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kuantitatif. Populasi penelitian ini adalah wasit sepak bola PSSI provinsi Sumatera Selatan berjumlah 67 orang. 27 orang yang memiliki Certificate- 1 nasional (C-1 nasional) dan 40 orang yang memiliki Certificate-2 (C-2). Sampel penelitian ini adalah 30 orang wasit yang diambil dengan teknik random sampling. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah teknik analisis jalur (path analysis). Hasil penelitian: Ada kontribusi yang signifikan antara percaya diri terhadap motivasi. Ada kontribusi yang signifikan antara konsentrasi terhadap motivasi. Ada kontribusi yang simultan dan signifikan antara percaya diri dan konsentrasi terhadap motivasi. Ada kontribusi yang signifikan antara percaya diri terhadap kinerja wasit. Ada kontribusi yang signifikan antara konsentrasi terhadap kinerja wasit. Ada kontribusi yang simultan dan signifikan antara percaya diri, konsentrasi dan motivasi terhadap kinerja wasit.This study aims to determine: how big contribution of confidence against the motivation, how large concentration contribution toward motivation, how big contribution of self confidence and concentration together against the same motivation, how big contribution of self confidence to the performance of the referee how large concentration contribution to the performance of the referee, how big motivation contribution to the performance of the referee, how big contribution of confident, kosentrasi and motivation together - the same against the performance of the referee.This research uses quantitative descriptive method. The population of this research is the referee football - PSSI South Sumatera Province amounted to 67 people. 27 who have a Certificate- 1 national (C-1 national) and 40 who have a Certificate-2 (C-2). The sample in this research is the 30 referees taken with the technique of random sampling. Data analysis techniques used in this study is the path analysis. The results of this research proves that: There is a significant contribution between self confidence against the motivation. There is a significant contribution to significant between the concentration of motivation. There is a simultaneous and significant contribution between confidence and concentration of motivation. There is a significant contribution between self confidence to the performance of the referee. There is a significant contribution between the concentration of the performance of the referee. There is a simultaneous and significant contribution between confidence, concentration and motivation to the performance of the referee.

Abstract

This study was aimed at analyzing (1) the difference of influence between chinning-up and push-up training to shooting free throw result on female basketball athletes in PGRI University of Palembang; (2) the difference of influence bettween athlete with long arm and athlete with short arm to shooting free throw result on female basketball athlete in PGRI University of Palembang; (3) the interaction between training method and arm length to shooting free throw result on female basketball athlete in PGRI University of Palembang. The research used quantitavive experimental method by using two factorial design. The treatments were arranged in such a way that each individual can be a simultaneous subject in two different factors in which each factor consists of several levels. Based on hypothesis testing result of the previous researches, resulted three analysis: (1) There is a difference of influence of chinning-up and push-up training method to shooting free throw result. (2) There is no difference of influence between the long arm category and the short arm category on female basketball athletes at PGRI University of Palembang. (3) There is an interaction effect between chinning-up training methods and arm length to shooting free throw result on female basketball athletes at PGRI University of Palembang.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to know and analyze: (1) Differences in the influence of one-way drilling drills and two-way drilling to the accuracy of the drop shot at the athletes PB C-PLUSco Semarang. (2) Differences in influence between athletes who have high and low eye-hand coordination on the accuracy of drop shot at athletes PB C-PLUSco Semarang. (3) The interaction between exercise and eye-hand coordination to the accuracy of a drop shot at athletes PB C-PLUSco Semarang. This research uses an experimental method with the 2x2 factorial design. Data analysis technique using Analysis of Varian (ANOVA) at significance level (α) 0.05. The independent variable in this research is the method of drilling one-way drilling and two-way drilling. High and low eye-hand coordination as attribute variable and the dependent variable is the accuracy of a drop shot. The result of this research are: (1) There is the significant difference of influence between one-way drill and two-way drilling method toward the drop shot accuracy with sig value (0.019) < α (0.05) and Fvalue (7.53) > Ftable (4.49), (2) There is a difference in the effect of high and low eye-hand coordination on the accuracy of drop shot where the significance value (0.042), < α (0.05) and Fvalue (5.25) > Ftable (4.49), (3) method of exercise and eye-hand coordination of drop shot precision with sig (0.022) < α (0.05) and Fvalue (6.14) > Ftable (4.49).

Abstract

The purposes of the research are: obtaining a product of Sport Information Management System (called SMICO) in KONI Salatiga Municipal, evaluating the effectiveness of SMICO product in KONI Salatiga Municipal, finding out the acceptance of SMICO product in KONI Salatiga Municipal, therefore it is expected that SMICO takes a role in decision making. The method in this research is developed from Borg and Gall procedural model, in which includes: observation, planning, and developing. Data taken is by field observation, questionnaire distribution, data collection and filing. The finding of this research is a software product titled SMICO website based in KONI Salatiga Municipal in which: the percentage of effectiveness test of the home page is 65%, which means it is satisfactory valid, the percentage of the menu page is 60% which means it is valid, the percentage of the menu sports is 61% which means it is good, the score result of the specification of the use is 4.0 or 80% which means it is excellent, the score result of submenu of sport information is 3.2 or 63% which means it is good, the score result of contact submenu is 4.7 or 93% which means it is excellent, the score result of web management and maintenance is 4.1 or 83% which means it is excellent. The result of the athletes as the respondents show that SMICO has average score 4.44 or 88.8% which means that it is excellent, the average score from the coaches as respondents shows 4.31 or 86.18% which means it is excellent.

Abstract

Teenager players of Pendowo club still ignore the success and failure aspect in the blow technique skills done during the game. The purpose of this research is to find out how big the success and failure rate of badminton blow technique at teenager players of Pendowo club and to analyze the motion performance in badminton blow technique, which has the highest failure rate at teenager players of Pendowo club. This was descriptive research that, used survey method with observation sheet as the data collection technique. The population included were 16 teenager players of Pendowo club Semarang. Samples taken from the total sampling were 8 male and 8 female players. The results of this research are: the success rate of teenager players Pendowo club in short service is 97.74%, long service is 95.56%, lob is 94.10%, dropshot is 68.01%, and smash is 77.57%, while at the failure rate short service is 2.26%, long service is 4.44%, lob is 5.90%, dropshot is 31.99%, and smash is 22.43%, other result shows that the highest failure rate is the dropshot blow. The performance of this blow results that teenager players of Pendowo club in the preparation phase enters "Sufficient" category amounted 76.7%, the implementation phase includes "Sufficient" category amounted 73%, and the advanced phase enters "Sufficient" category resulted 70%.

Abstract

Each student has his learning style in understanding, comprehending, until practicing his already owned knowledge. Specifically, in learning the English language, all students must have the potential motivation or dominant ability affected by surroundings, habits, and also science and technology. Learning English lesson for the eleventh grader of SMAN 1 Sumber still tended to use the conventional method without supporting the result of students’ speaking ability. This research has purposed to (1) analyze the effectiveness of PBL model through picture series media to improve students’ speaking ability seen from students learning style, (2) analyze the effectiveness of learning styles to improve students’ speaking ability, and (3) analyze the interaction between learning style of the students with PBL model to improve students’ speaking ability. It was a semi-experimental model by using treatment by level 2x2 factorial design. The population was XI grader of Senior High School 1 Sumber. The samples were two randomly chosen classes: XI MIA 4 and XI MIA 7. The data of the research were analyzed by SPSS 17.0 and Two Ways ANOVA. The findings showed improvement of English speaking ability seen from student learning styles and the learning styles were effective to improve the English speaking ability of the student. There was an interaction between learning style with the PBL model in improving the English speaking ability of the students. Seen from the elaboration above, it could be explained that the intervention could improve the English speaking ability of the student. The findings would help students and teacher to recognize student learning styles and the teachers could select appropriate media and learning method to improve student learning achievements.

Abstract

Pendidikan dan kesehatan merupakan unsur penting dalam pertumbuhan dan perkembangan bagi anak usia dini, hal tersebut mendorong perlunya pendirian lembaga PAUD yang berkualitas, salah satunya melalui program Pos PAUD.  Rumusan masalah dalam penelitian ini yaitu : (1) Bagaimanakah perencanaan program di Pos PAUD Cinta Ibu, (2) Bagaimanakah pelaksanaan program di Pos PAUD Cinta Ibu, (3) Bagaimanakah pengawasan program di Pos PAUD Cinta Ibu. Tujuan dalam penelitian ini adalah : (1) Menganalisis perencanaan program di Pos PAUD Cinta Ibu, (2) Menganalisis pelaksanaan di program Pos PAUD Cinta Ibu, (3) Menganalisis pengawasan program di Pos PAUD Cinta Ibu. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan melalui wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Subjek penelitian ini berjumlah 5 orang yang terdiri dari 4 orang pengelola dan 1 orang penilik. Teknik keabsahan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu triangulasi. Teknik penganalisisan data yang digunakan yaitu dengan (1) Reduksi data, (2) Penyajian data, (3) Penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah  dalam perencanaanya Pos PAUD memiliki tujuan (a) Memberikan layanan PAUD yang berbasis Kemasyarakatan, (b) Memberikan pengetahuan bagi orangtua, (c) Mengisi waktu luang dengan kegiatan yang positif bagi anak dan orangtua. Pos PAUD Cinta ibu di pimpin oleh seorang ketua dan para kader. Pelaksanaan program di Pos PAUD Cinta Ibu meliputi kegiatan pendidikan anak usia dini, Bina Keluarga Balita dan Posyandu, Pos Paud Cinta Ibu berada di bawah naungan PKK, Sumber belajar kegiatan di Pos PAUD Cinta Ibu yaitu dari kader dan anggota puskesmas, metode belajar yang digunakan adalah ceramah, media belajar  yang digunakan adalah alat permainan edukatif dan buku panduan, materi yang diberikan yaitu tentang pendidikan dan kesehatan, waktu pelaksanaan setiap hari jum’at. Pengawasan yang dilakukan di Pos PAUD Cinta Ibu yaitu monitoring dari tim pengawas dan pembuatan laporan pelaksanaan program oleh pengelola Pos PAUD, waktu pelaksanaan monitoring dilakukan setiap  satu bulan sekali, sedangkan untuk laporan pelaksanaan program satu tahun sekali.Berdasarkan hasil penelitian saran yang diberikan sebagai berikut, dalam perencanaan, pelaksanaan dan pengawasan program di Pos PAUD Cinta Ibu hendaknya pengelola perlu menyusun visi misi dan mempersiapkan rencana kegiatan tahunan, dalam pelaksanaan hendaknya pengelola dan kader lebih aktif dan kreatif dalam pelaksanaaan kegiatan agar lebih inovatif dan mampu berinovasi dengan kebutuhan belajar, dalam pengawasan hendaknya lebih ditingkatkan dan dilaksanakan secara rutin agar pelaksanaan program Pos PAUD dapat berjalan maksimal Education is an important element in the health and the growth and development for early childhood, this is the program to promote the establishment of good quality one of the programs by the program. A draft in this research are:( 1 ) in the early childhood planning program how can the Cinta ibu,( 2 ) the execution of a program in a program how can the Cinta Ibu,( 3 ) the execution of a program in a program how can the Cinta Ibu.  The aim of this research is in:( 1 ) to analyse planning program in the Cinta Ibu , early childhood( 2 ) the implementation of the program of analyzing the Cinta Ibu,( 3 ) to analyse the monitoring the program in the Cinta Ibu.This research using qualitative approach. Technical data used by interview observation and documentation. The subject of this research are 5 people consist of four people of the management and bishops.Of the legitimacy of the data used in this research are trianggulasi. Technical data analysis of its use is by ( 1 ) the reduction of the data, ( 2 ) the presentation of data, ( 3 ) the conclusion.The result of this research was planning program has the aim ( a ) to provide services program based on community, ( b ) provides knowledge for parents ( c ) to leisure activities positive for children and parents. The program in the Cinta Ibu was led by the head of the women.The program in the Cinta Ibu program covering the early childhood education, toddlers family development and posyandu, Cinta Ibu is a program of pkk at the bottom the studying activity on the program of Cinta Ibu was and is a member of the clinic; method; medium; material; activity; mark; a time, learning method is applicable in lectures, media belajara used is an educational and the guidebooks, the material given that education and health care, every friday when the. The supervision conducted on the program of Cinta Ibu is making supervisory team monitoring the implementation of the programme and the management of the program, when the monitoring conducted every once a month, while for the implementation of the programme once a year.Based on the research, advice given as follows, In the planning, and supervision of the implementation of the program of Cinta Ibu to prepare management should prepare the vision and mission of the annual, In the implementation of the management and members should be more creative and active in pelaksanaaan activities to be innovative and to the need to learn to innovate, Under surveillance should be improved and held routinely so that the implementation of the program can run optimally.
