Abstract

Perkemahan Bedengan is a campsite located in the city of Malang. From the interviews that have been carried out it was concluded that Perkemahan Bedengan had problems in promoting the campsite and arranging reservations. Tourists who want to camp also have problems in the form of the difficulty of booking camps and lack of information about campsites. From the results of the interview, it can be concluded that a system of connecting camp managers and tourists is needed. The system was built based on Android Operating System because the Android operating system has controlled more than 90 percent of the smartphone market in Indonesia.Based on the results of the needs analysis, two systems are needed for this research. The first system is a system for campsite managers who can manage campsites and accept or reject orders. The second system is a system for tourists. This system can reserve campsites and provide camp reviews.Based on the results of testing the validity of 22 cases in this system it was found that 22 cases passed the test and were valid. And the usability test results using the USE questionnaire method obtained results in all aspects above 71% and declared Eligible.

Abstract

PDAM Gowa Regency, Makassar City is a company under the government that carries out the process of water production and continues to distribute the PDAM water to home residents. If there is a lot if water produced, it means theres is also a large amount of water that available for PDAM, so it can fulfill the public's requirement and can even to add customers. However, the seasonal change factor can take effect the discharge of water produced. So, the main problem is the uncertainty of water production which will certainly have an impact of the PDAM water distribution that will be distributed to home residents. But not all the water produced can be distributed because it has to go through several stages of water quality checking, so that the water that's distributed is in accordance with the standarts set by the government. Therefore, preduction of a proper flow of water distributed by PDAM is needed, with the aim that PDAM can adjust the proper flow of water distributed to customers. This research applies Extreme Learning Machine (ELM) method to forecast using single variable dan multivariate data types. The process of applying the ELM methods are normalizing, process of training and testing, denormalizing, and evaluating the prediction results using Mean Percentage Absolute Error (MAPE). Depend on the application of the ELM method and the testing process, it produces the best conditions of single data variable when using 7 input neurons, 4 hidden neurons, 20 training data and 5 testing data to produced an average MAPE of 3.938%, while using the multivariate data, the average MAPE was 13.081% using 4 hidden neurons, 30 training data and 5 testing data.

Abstract

Agricultural development can be done by forming an institution that functions as a forum for information and learning about agriculture to farmers, one of which is by forming farmer groups. But there are some farmer groups that are often abused. This condition has an impact on the development of farmer groups that tend to decline from year to year. Efforts to foster and empower these farmer groups must also be adjusted to technological progress and demands on the application of agricultural development programs. Therefore in this study the method used is the Implementation of the Fuzzy AHP (Analitycal Hierarchy Process) - COPRAS (Complex Proportional Assessment) Method. The Fuzzy AHP method is considered more accurate in weighting criteria than the AHP method. And the COPRAS method is more accurate in calculating alternative ranking because the evaluation of maximum and minimum criteria is done separately. Based on the results of the implementation of the AHP (Analitycal Hierarchy Process) - Copras (Complex Proportional Assessment) method for the recommendation to determine the best farmer group, it has an accuracy rate of 68% (using 25 data) and 48% (using 50 data). And having the same interpretation coefficient of correlation has a close to perfect relationship (ρ> 0.9). This shows that this method is able to help and make decisions.

Abstract

Pengaruh produk kecantikan merupakan hal yang mulai diminati oleh kaum perempuan. Dengan kemudahan yang diberikan saat ini terdapat platform khusus berbasis web maupun mobile phone yaitu Female Daily. Female daily merupakan situs media informasi yang berisi konten produk kecantikan tentang perawatan wajah hingga tubuh untuk siap diberi ulasan oleh konsumen yang telah mencoba atau sedang menggunakan produknya. Data ulasan dapat digunakan sebagai acuan sebelum konsumen ingin mencoba produk kecantikan. Banyaknya ulasan mengakibatkan konsumen sulit untuk memilih produk yang di inginkan. Pada penelitian ini membantu konsumen untuk mengetahui data ulasan tesebut masuk kedalam sentimen positif atau sentimen negatif. Proses dalam Analisis Sentimen memerlukan metode BM25 yang digunakan sebagai pembobotan kata, Improved K-Nearest Neighbor sebagai penentuan dalam memilah sentimen dan Seleksi Fitur Chi-Square untuk mengurangi jumlah kata dalam klasifikasi pada teks. Pengujian dilakukan menggunakan 5-fold cross validation dengan hasil terbaik diperoleh pada nilai k= 15 menghasilkan rata-rata nilai sebesar presisi= 0,9, recall= 0,8, accuracy= 0,7806 dan f-measure= 0,8428 selanjutnya dari pengujian seleksi fitur Chi-Square berdasarkan persentase dengan parameter k=15 didapatkan hasil tertinggi pada persentase sebanyak 40% dan 50% dengan nilai presisi= 0,888, recall= 0,8, accuracy= 0,7818 dan f-measure= 0,842.

Abstract

Coinciding with the progress of globalization in the modern era now, resulting in increased use of the World Wide Web (WWW) and the internet for sources that provide information online from various countries. A search engine is needed by internet users to search for information. Therefore, resulting in the number of documents stored in digital soared. The vast reach of readers and the short time resulted in the emergence of online media in broadcasting news. The information retrieval system is the function of obtaining information desired by the user or relevant through a query that has been filled out by the user. It is expected that the implementation of Information retrieval can be used in obtaining documents in accordance with user requirements. BM25 method is to calculate the value of similarity (similarity) and then do the ranking process of the similarity of the results of the query. Added to the term frequency feature selection when training data. The test is based on the precision @k value and the kappa measure value of 10 queries. The best value obtained on the precision @k test is when k = 5, with values ​​of 90% and 86%. For the value obtained from the kappa mesure test of 0.85.

Abstract

Invitations are one of the most crucial needs in an event that is used to invite people and groups, where invitations can be made in printed or digital form. Print invitations, currently the difficulty of finding and comparing prices at each printing service is one of the shortcomings of making printed invitation designs. As many as 86 percent of Indonesian internet users shop online via any device. This figure is obtained from data compiled by the Global Web Index summarized by We Are Social and Hootsuite (CNN, 2019). Therefore, a design application was created as an invitation-making medium and a printing partner marketplace that provides invitation printing services according to user needs. This application facilitates the transaction process between consumers and printing partners as a third party. Consumers can design invitations as desired and choose to continue to be printed through the printing services available in the system. Payment can be made online and the invitation will be sent by the printer to the buyer's address. This invitation e-marketplace application was built using the Software Engineering approach by using the Waterfall System Development Life Cycle method which consists of requirements analysis, system design, system implementation, and system testing. The results of the waterfall method produce 34 functional requirements and 1 non-functional requirement with 4 actors as system users, namely guest, member, partner, and admin. Implemented using the CodeIgniter framework with the PHP programming language supported by HTML, CSS, Javascript, Bootstrap, and supported by 2 APIs, namely Fabric.js and RajaOngkir. The tests were carried out by testing white box, black box, and usability testing using the SUS (System Usability Scale) which has an average final score of 82 which is considered acceptable.

Abstract

The rapid development of co-working spaces in Indonesia according to the current list of Indonesian Co-Working Space Association (ACI), this also effects the competition in the co-working space business. As one of the co-working spaces in Malang, EZO Space currently still has problems in its business process. The room reservation process, membership registration, partnership application and room availability information system are still manual, clients must send a message via Whatsapp or comes to the place directly. Managing order data, payment data and membership data also still uses Microsoft Excel. One of the ways to achieve their successfull business is by providing system information reservation and make new innovation which name as event starter, to bring together creative workers in events they have initiated themselves. Therefore, the development of Web-Based Co-working Space Information and Booking System which is developed using programming language PHP with Laravel Framework, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS, and MySql database. The system was developed using waterfall method, limited to testing only. The system is tested using white-box testing for 3 units and black-box testing with 73 test cases which get 100% valid results, and usability testing using the System Usability Scale (SUS) method which gets a value of 75.6.

Abstract

Water has an important role in maintaining life. Without water, humans cannot carry out their daily activities, because water is an inseparable part of their daily activities. Water that is good for humans is water that has met the requirements as suitable water for daily use. For this reason, there have been many studies on water classification in determining water quality. However, in determining the results obtained, the accuracy is less than satisfactory and can be improved again. In determining the classification of water, the K-Nearest Neighbor (FK-NN) fuzzy method is used. Some of the attributes or parameters that will be used in this research are the degree of acidity (pH), TDS, NO2, NO3, hardness, chloride, manganese. There are several tests carried out including testing the k value, the distribution of data ratios, and the distribution of data classes. From this test, the accuracy value is 95.52%, with the data ratio level consisting of 70% training data and 30% test data, with a K value of 10.At the level of data class distribution, 80% accuracy is obtained with the distribution of test data classes using 20 data with class 0 is 10 and class 1 is 10. From the accuracy obtained, it is concluded that the accuracy value obtained is much greater than the accuracy of previous research which is only around 78.70% and 85.70% in the Support Vector Machine and Naive Bayes methods..

Abstract

Agriculture is one of these sectors which is very important in helping the Indonesian economy. In addition, primary human needs also come from agriculture. The agricultural sector is also very diverse, one of which is horticulture, where the harvest is directly used to meet daily needs ranging from fruit, vegetables, or nuts. In the process, can be sure that there are not a few farmers who have the same problems as what happened to farmers in Desa Wonosari Kecamatan Tutur. The problems that are often faced by farmers in the village include, starting from who have problem lack of fund, difficulty of managing accountancy, and often got a crop failure cause of unpredictable market prices. Apart from the previously mentioned, the selection of plant medicine very influential in accordance with weather conditions therefore it required experience and information. Therefore, this research offers solutions in the form of developing agricultural processing applications especially horticulture with web-based in order to help farmers in processing horticultural agriculture by accessing information, managing accountancy, accessing the latest prices of agricultural marketing, can simulate business analysis when going to start farming according to the budget and can question answering between farmers to share experiences or just share information. System developing by Object Oriented approach with M-V-C (Model-View-Controller) concept pattern from CodeIgniter framework. The method used is Waterfall model and the database in the form of MySQL. Then, at the testing phase done by implementing functional requirement testing equipped with strategy unit and integration testing with whitebox method also validation testing with blackbox method that produces 100% valid value. As for non-functional requirement testing is done by compatibility testing using SortSide tool in order to know the system can be run on different browsers.
