Abstract

Sugar demand will increase in line with the increase in population, income, and growth in food and beverage processing industry. Therefore, in order for the sugar production process is always increasing in accordance with needs of the sugar itself, hence need for production planning. Accurate forecasting can help companies in taking decisions to determine the amount of sugar to be produced, the materials needed and determine the price of the goods. One method that can be used to do the prediction algorithm is Extreme Learning Machine. But that method in a selection of input and weight bias is chosen randomly, this can lead to the results obtained in the calculation less maximum. This need for a combination of Particle Swarm Optimization algorithms that can perform optimization the input value weight and bias optimally. This research uses data 45 milled sugar production with 5 features. Based on the research that has been performed, the obtained optimal parameters, namely the number of population size 50, 80% training data comparison (36), the number of hidden neurons 10, weighs of inertia 0.5, and a maximum of iterations 250. The parameter value is obtained from the average MAPE of 0.59%. From the average MAPE results obtained, shows that the addition of the PSO algorithm on ELM can determine the value of the input of weight and optimal bias.

Abstract

Problem Identification : Social norms play an important role in shaping the perception and intention of being an entrepreneur, because they are external factors that influence an individual's attitude toward entrepreneurship. Objective : The study aims to examine the influence of social and entrepreneurial education norms on student interests in entrepreneurship, as well as how these factors can be integrated into educational programmes to enhance such interests. Method : Research using a method of literature study involves collecting data from various sources such as ebooks, journals, scientific articles, and online sources related to the concept being studied. The focus is on students who are active or interested in entrepreneurship. Findings : Entrepreneurship education plays an important role in promoting entrepreneurial intentions among students, with social norms as one of its influences. This study emphasizes that entrepreneurhood education, in particular that involves the formation of positive attitudes, is a key factor in increasing enterprise intensity. Research Implications : Through the study of literature, researchers gain a better understanding of the concept of student preparedness for social entrepreneurship. This involves examining relevant theories, conceptual frameworks, and related previous research results. The researchers were then able to identify research variables such as social norms, self-efficacy, and motivations that influenced students' readiness for entrepreneurship. Value of Research : The results of this research are both theoretical and practical for other researchers by providing important information. In addition, the results support the formation and development of discourse as well as science.

Abstract

Program intervensi ini memiliki tujuan untuk seluruh civitas akademika untuk lebih sadar akan perilaku dalam menjaga kebersihan lingkungan kampus dari sampah sehingga terciptanya lingkungan yang nyaman dan sehat. Lingkup atau setting yang ditentukan untuk menjadi lokasi intervensi adalah salah satu universitas swasta yang berlokasi di kota Bekasi. Alasan mengapa kampus tersebut yang ditargetkan karena, kampus tersebut adalah kampus di mana kelompok menempuh studi. Salah satu upaya untuk menjaga kebersihan lingkungan adalah dengan menjaga lingkungan kampus, dimana kampus yang bersih adalah harapan bagi semua civitas akademika dalam melangsungkan setiap kegiatannya, Metode yang digunakan pada program intervensi ini adalah intervensi mezzo, ini merupakan bentuk intervensi yang berupaya untuk memperbaiki secara luas. Subjek dalam intervensi ini adalah mahasiswa di fakultas psikologi. Dengan tujuan, intervensi yang dilakukan membuat mahasiswa fakultas psikologi bisa lebih aktif dan peduli dalam menjaga kebersihan. Data yang digunakan dalam intervensi ini adalah, observasi, wawancara dan survey yang disebarkan melalui google form. Hasil evaluasi yang didapat setelah melakukan program ini adalah para mahasiswa yang tampak lebih peka dan mulai menjaga lingkungan kelas, seperti langsung membuang sampah ke tempat sampah
