Abstract

Footwear product is one of the superior products of Bogor Regency, which is distributed in 3 Subdistricts namely Ciomas Subdistrict, Tamansari Subdistrict, and Dramaga Subdistrict, and this sector has the potential to absorb labor, so as to reduce unemployment and affect the community economy. This needs special attention from the central government and regional governments to improve the footwear craftsman business. Factors that encourage increased productive behavior include the Work Ethic. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of Work Ethic on Productive Behavior in Footwear Craftsmen in Bogor Regency. The sample of this study was 316 footwear craftsmen taken in 3 species. Quantitative research methods with data analysis techniques using LISREL SEM to test the hypothesis. The results showed that the Work Ethic affected the Productive Behavior of footwear craftsmen in Bogor Regency.

Abstract

Abstract Indonesia will enter a demographic bonus in 2035: besides that, it is also in the implementation of industry 4.0, so a work ethic is needed to deal with this demographic bonus problem. Competition for human resources is quite tight, requiring each individual to improve human resource skills that are superior in various aspects. One of the efforts is to increase students' productive behavior. Student success is influenced by many factors, one of which is productive behavior. So this study aims to determine the effect of work ethic on students' productive behavior. The research sample was students of grades 11 and 12 of Private Vocational High School X Depok, totaling 214 students. This study used a quantitative approach, so data collection was carried out using a questionnaire/instrument measuring the work ethic and the productive behavior variables. Likert scale model with four alternative answers. Data were analyzed using SEM-lisrel series 8.8. The results of research on work ethic affect productive behavior; the higher the work ethic, the higher the productive behavior.

Abstract

In Alquan, there are 49 repetitions that discuss 'aql, except for one, all of which are in the form of fi'il mudhar, especially material related to Wavu Jama'ah such as ta'qilun or ya'qilun. The verb ta'qilun is repeated 24 times and the verb ya'qilun is repeated 22 times. Although the verbs 'aqala, na'qilu and ya'qilu appear once each Reason is not just the power of the mind, the combination of all the powers of man which prevent him from falling into sin and error. That is why the Qur'an calls it the word "aql" (reason), which literally means "rope", which is what binds human passions and prevents them from falling into sin, mistakes, and mistakes. This study uses qualitative research methods with a qualitative approach. descriptive and data collection techniques using library techniques and literature studies. The results of this study are that in thinking humans should use the mind and heart. the power of the human mind is able to reach the physical area of ​​all relative problems, in contrast to the heart which has sharpness in terms of grasping meanings that have a metaphysical and absolute nature. Intellect Education in the Islamic Religious Education curriculum is an idea or notion that is structured in a curriculum document as a guide for educators in guiding, training, and forming students' critical, logical, systematic, and rational thinking skills so that they become human beings who have faith and are pious and have noble character. Abstract

This research was conducted to investigate how job satisfaction impacts the mental health of workers at PT. X Tbk. The type of research used in this journal is a qualitative study. The data collection carried out in this research took the form of interviews with 5 employees at PT X Tbk. This research is aimed at understanding how important job satisfaction is to the mental health of employees who work in physical training centers or PT at PT. X Tbk. In this research, qualitative data collection methods were used. Primary data was collected through interviews and internet searching. This research is aimed at determining the relationship between job satisfaction and mental health among employees at PT X Tbk. This research was conducted as part of a survey of PT X Tbk employees using the interview method to measure their level of job satisfaction and mental health. Research findings show a positive relationship between employee job satisfaction at PT. X Tbk and their mental health. Regression analysis and descriptive statistics were used to analyze the collected data. Employees who are satisfied with their jobs tend to have lower stress levels, are more motivated, and have better overall mental health. This research shows that HR (Human Resources) management efforts are very important in achieving increased employee job satisfaction as a way to improve mental health in the workplace. This study makes an important contribution to understanding the factors that influence employee mental health in specific work environments.

Abstract

This study aims to understand the relationship between lecturers’ teaching style and student attendance at Bhayangkara University Jakarta Raya. The subjects in this study were 4 students. The selection of research subjects was carried out using a qualitative method involving active students at Bhayangkara University of Greater Jakarta, 2020-2023 year group. The data collection method uses a scale of lecturer’s teaching style on student attendance. The data analysis method uses a correlational study analysis in the form of an Interview. Based on data analysis, the correlation result of 90% means that there is a negative relationship between the lecturer’s teaching style on student attendance at Bhayangkara University Jakarta Raya. The more positive the lecturer’s teaching style, the greater the student attendance tends to be.

Abstract

Gadgets are technological products that can present various news media, social networks, entertainment, etc. Gadget users with low self-control tend to be easily exposed to hoax news, while a hoax itself is information engineered to cover up accurate information. Self-control can be influenced by one's emotional intelligence to determine and adapt to managing all forms of communication. Research This aims to know if emotional intelligence influences self-control on the spread of hoax news gadget users at " X " University students. This research method uses a quantitative approach, with data collection methods by giving a Likert scale to the research sample. The data collection technique used is purposive sampling, with samples research as many as 200 students. Data were analyzed using SPSS version 22 with a regression test. The results of this study indicate that the output R² (R Square) is 0.639, which means that emotional intelligence has a 63.9% influence on self-control in the spread of hoax news by gadget users at "X" University students. The conclusion of this study is intelligence emotions affect controlthemselves in the space of hoax news user gadgets student University "X." The higher the emotional intelligence , the higher the self-control.

Abstract

Introduction to The Problem : Social media is increasingly needed in everyday life for communication activities, socialization, and social media can't be denied has a huge influence on teenagers. Purpose : The aim of this study is to study the impact of social media on adolescent prosocial behavior. Design/methods/approach : This research data is collected using the method of literature study or also known as library research. Data is analyzed discreetly to the content of the data that has been collected. Findings : The results show the positive and negative impact of social media content on improved prosocial behavior. Research implications/limitations : This study is too general, not specific to a particular subject, such as a junior high school or a junior junior, so the conclusions of the study are generic. Originality/value : The study concluded that social media, if used properly, would be an effective tool for raising social awareness and concern among teenagers.

Abstract

Introduction to The Problem: The study aims to explore the impact of digital literacy on elementary school students' reading interests, particularly focusing on the period during the Covid-19 pandemic. It highlights how digital literacy has enabled students to access a broader range of online reading materials, including textbooks and other educational resources, thereby potentially influencing their reading interests positively. Purpose: The primary purpose of this research is to understand the relationship between digital literacy and elementary school students' reading interests. It seeks to determine whether and how digital literacy skills affect students' ability to engage with and enjoy reading materials available online. Design/methods/approach: This research employs a library research approach, which involves reviewing and analyzing existing literature on the topic. It aims to gather data by studying theories and findings from various sources related to digital literacy and its effects on reading habits among elementary school students. Findings: The research concludes that digital literacy plays a significant role in enhancing elementary school students' reading interests. It finds that students with higher levels of digital literacy are better equipped to navigate and utilize online reading materials, which can contribute to increased engagement and interest in reading. Research implications/limitations: While the study provides valuable insights into the positive impact of digital literacy on reading interests, it acknowledges limitations such as the reliance on secondary data and the potential for variations in digital literacy skills among students. These factors may limit the generalizability of the findings. Originality/value: This research contributes to the growing body of knowledge on the importance of digital literacy in education by specifically examining its effect on elementary school students' reading interests. It offers practical implications for educators and policymakers looking to leverage technology to enhance student engagement with reading materials.

Abstract

Problem Identification : Social norms play an important role in shaping the perception and intention of being an entrepreneur, because they are external factors that influence an individual's attitude toward entrepreneurship. Objective : The study aims to examine the influence of social and entrepreneurial education norms on student interests in entrepreneurship, as well as how these factors can be integrated into educational programmes to enhance such interests. Method : Research using a method of literature study involves collecting data from various sources such as ebooks, journals, scientific articles, and online sources related to the concept being studied. The focus is on students who are active or interested in entrepreneurship. Findings : Entrepreneurship education plays an important role in promoting entrepreneurial intentions among students, with social norms as one of its influences. This study emphasizes that entrepreneurhood education, in particular that involves the formation of positive attitudes, is a key factor in increasing enterprise intensity. Research Implications : Through the study of literature, researchers gain a better understanding of the concept of student preparedness for social entrepreneurship. This involves examining relevant theories, conceptual frameworks, and related previous research results. The researchers were then able to identify research variables such as social norms, self-efficacy, and motivations that influenced students' readiness for entrepreneurship. Value of Research : The results of this research are both theoretical and practical for other researchers by providing important information. In addition, the results support the formation and development of discourse as well as science.
