Abstract

This study aimed to investigate the effect of compensation and motivation on the performance of faculty and staff STIE-STMIK MURA Lubuklinggau research uses quantitative methods melaului nalisisi analisisi descriptive view of the help lines sofwe SPSS 18, the respondents in this study amounted to 100 men, results showed that compensation has a relationship strong, positive and significant impact on the value of the variable Motivation 0:46 hubungaan Compensation has a strong, positive and significant impact on the performance of lecturers with a value of 0.25. sedangakan hubungaan Motivation has a strong, positive and significant impact on performance value of 0.56

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kelayakan bisnis perkreditan pada UD. Mentari Qredit Kota Bengkulu ditinjau dari Ekonomi Islam. Jenis penelitian ini, yaitu field research yang bersifat deskriptif-analitik, menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif, dan teknik penentuan sampel dilakukan secara sengaja (purposive). Adapun aspek-aspek kelayakan bisnis yang dianalisis, seperti aspek hukum, aspek teknis/operasi, aspek pasar dan pemasaran, aspek keuangan, serta aspek ekonomi, sosial, dan lingkungan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa jika dilihat dari tinjauan ekonomi Islam, maka UD. Mentari Qredit Kota Bengkulu telah sesuai dengan prinsip ekonomi Islam, karena sudah menerapkan kejujuran dalam setiap kegiatan usaha, spesifikasi barang dagang jelas, transparansi perjanjian, kesepakatan berlaku atas suka sama suka (tidak ada paksaan), menetapkan harga dengan transparan dan jelas, menghindari riba, serta berpegang teguh pada prinsip ta’awun (tolong-menolong) dalam kegiatan jual beli.

Abstract

To improve the quality of education at the Metro State Islamic Institute, the main focus should be directed toward improving human resource performance, particularly in terms of intellectual intelligence and emotional intelligence. The aim of this research is to examine the partial effect of intellectual intelligence on performance, the effect of emotional intelligence on performance, and the combined effect of intellectual intelligence and emotional intelligence on performance. The population of this study consisted of 43 students at the Metro State Islamic Institute. This research employed multiple linear regression analysis methods. Data were collected using a questionnaire. The results of hypothesis testing indicate that intellectual intelligence has a positive and significant effect on performance, emotional intelligence also has a positive and significant effect on performance, and both intellectual intelligence and emotional intelligence jointly have a positive and significant effect on performance.

Abstract

Perkembangan jumlah UMKM di Desa Taba lagan Kabupaten Bengkulu Tengah dari tahun ke tahun semakin bertambah. Kebanyakan UMKM di Desa Taba Lagan yaitu lebih mengarah pada bidang Perternakan Ayam Petelur. Masih terdapat beberapa kendala yang pada umumnya dihadapi oleh pelaku UMKM. Tujuan kegiatan diantaranya Memberikan pengetahuan bagi pelaku usaha tentang pentingnya pencatatan transaksi keuangan melalui manjemen keuangan sederhan. Kegiatan pendampingan dilakukan di Desa Desa Taba lagan Kabupaten Bengkulu Tengah selama 1 bulan pada bulan Oktober ahun 2024. Metode pelaksanaan yaitu diawali dengan adanya survey dan sosialisasi, pelatihan dan pendampingan serta monitoring dan evaluasi. Melalui pendampingan dapat memberikan output bagi Desa Taba lagan Kabupaten Bengkulu Tengah yaitu Penyusunan Laporan Keuangan.

Abstract

In the digital era marked by rapid dynamics and uncertainty, startup companies face unique challenges in managing human resources (HR). This study aims to analyze effective HR management strategies to enhance employee job satisfaction within startup environments. Using a qualitative approach through case studies and in-depth interviews across various sectors, the research identifies five key factors that significantly contribute to job satisfaction: work flexibility, a positive organizational culture, career development opportunities, fair reward and incentive systems, and open communication between management and employees. These strategies have been shown to foster employee loyalty, enhance motivation, and strengthen productivity amid limited resources and the fast-paced changes characteristic of startups. The findings offer practical insights for startup leaders in designing adaptive HR policies and contribute to the academic literature on contemporary HR management.

Abstract

Purpose: This study investigates the synergy between BAZNAS and the Provincial Government of Bengkulu in utilizing productive zakat through the Business Cart Assistance Program to empower mustahik economically. Methodology: A descriptive qualitative approach was employed, using interviews, observations, and document analysis. Data were validated through triangulation and trustworthiness criteria such as credibility, transferability, and confirmability. Results: From 2021–2024, 60 business carts were distributed, leading to increased income for many beneficiaries. Institutional synergy enabled efficient targeting, planning, and fund utilization. Findings: Despite positive outcomes, challenges included low entrepreneurial motivation, misuse of carts, and weak monitoring. Some recipients abandoned or misused the assistance. Novelty: The study uniquely explores productive zakat implementation through local government collaboration—a rarely documented model. Originality: This is among the first studies evaluating a zakat-based empowerment model integrating formal government roles at the provincial level. Conclusions: The program enhances economic independence among mustahik but requires stronger regulations, entrepreneurship training, and consistent monitoring to ensure sustainability. Type of Paper: Empirical research paper using a qualitative case study method.

Abstract

Operational risk is an important effort that must be carried out by every company, including sharia pawnshops, as an effort to minimize losses due to risks that occur. This study aims to determine the operational risk management conducted by PT. KC sharia pawnshop. Bengkulu during the covid 19 pandemic. This research method uses a qualitative method with a case study approach. Data collection techniques for this study were collected through interviews with related parties at the research site. The results of this study indicate that operational risk is divided into two, namely risk to customers and risk to sharia pawnshops, including: Submission of information about products that are not comprehensive, limiting office hours, services, increasing operating expenses and decreasing profits. Factors causing operational risk are divided into internal factors from sharia pawnshops and external factors from customers, the way that is done by PT. KC sharia pawnshop. Bengkulu to overcome operational risks that occur is to focus on these two factors, optimizing controlling for all employees (internal) and also optimizing controlling for customers (external).

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh literasi keuangan syariah terhadap minat menabung mahasiswa Perbankan Syariah di Bank Syariah Indonesia (BSI). Pendekatan penelitian kuantitatif digunakan dengan teknik pengambilan sampel acak sederhana (simple random sampling) melalui metode SPIN, yang melibatkan sampel sebanyak 80 mahasiswa aktif dari Program Studi Perbankan Syariah di UIN Fatmawati Sukarno Bengkulu. Instrumen penelitian diuji menggunakan uji validitas dan reliabilitas, sedangkan data dianalisis menggunakan regresi linear sederhana.Hasil penelitian mengungkapkan bahwa literasi keuangan syariah berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap minat menabung mahasiswa, yang ditunjukkan oleh koefisien determinasi ($R^2$) sebesar 74,4%. Hasil ini menunjukkan bahwa pemahaman mahasiswa tentang prinsip syariah, akuntansi dan akad syariah, serta pengetahuan mereka mengenai produk perbankan syariah, memainkan peran substansial dalam meningkatkan minat mereka untuk menabung di BSI. Secara teoritis, studi ini memperkuat literatur yang ada mengenai pentingnya literasi keuangan syariah dalam membentuk perilaku keuangan. Secara praktis, temuan ini memberikan rekomendasi bagi institusi pendidikan dan lembaga perbankan syariah untuk memperkuat program literasi keuangan guna meningkatkan inklusi keuangan syariah dan mendorong perilaku menabung di kalangan mahasiswa.
