Abstract

Theoretically, the quality of learning greatly affects the success of learning. So that the quality of learning has a directly proportional relationship with learning outcomes, which means that the higher the quality of learning, the higher the learning outcomes obtained. In Curriculum 2013 thematic learning is integrated learning using themes to link several subjects so that it can provide meaningful experiences for students. Based on information from the fifth grade teacher of SD Negeri 101816 Pancur Batu that student learning outcomes are still low. This is because teachers do not apply learning models in the learning process, so that students are less active in the learning process, and the teaching and learning process in the classroom also feels boring because, teachers are more active than students. And learning activities in the classroom are one-way (conventional), which results in low student learning outcomes. Based on the analysis and discussion of the results of research conducted in class V of State Elementary School 101816 Pancur Batu in the 2022/2023 learning year, it can be concluded that the implementation of learning by using the Make A Match Type Cooperative Learning Model on the theme of Our Friends Environment subtheme Environmental Changes in class V of State Elementary School 101816 Pancur Batu in the 2022/2023 learning year is categorized as good. It can be seen from the results of students learning outcome improvement in cycle I obtained as much as 68% of the sufficient category and in cycle II increased to 96% of the very good category.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the role of teachers in increasing the motivation of fifth grade students of SD Negeri 060938 Medan Johor. The benefit of this research is to add insight related to the role of teachers in increasing student motivation. Based on research conducted at SD Negeri 060938 Medan Johor, it can be seen that the role of teachers in increasing student learning motivation based on aspects of arousing student interest, creating a pleasant atmosphere in learning, commenting on student work, creating competition and cooperation, and giving punishment is quite good, because teachers have been able to design lessons that can develop learning motivation and make them feel happy and comfortable, homeroom teacher V is also able to give thorough comments to each student's success and is able to create competition and cooperation so as to build cooperation between students in the classroom and give punishment to students in order to motivate students. The role of homeroom teacher V in developing student learning motivation based on aspects of clarifying the goals achieved, providing assessment and giving reasonable praise for each student's success has indeed been carried out but in its implementation, it has not been maximized. Teachers in giving praise have not been thorough, but only given to students who are active during the learning process and teachers also in giving assessments have not been thorough, teachers are more dominant in assessing knowledge to students. This shows that the teacher's role in increasing learning motivation has been carried out but has not been maximized.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan Untuk mengetahui penerapan model discovery learning dalam meningkatkan berfikir kreatif siswa pada tema 8 lingkungan sahabat kita di kelas v sd negeri 101816 pancur batu tahun pembelajaran 2022/2023. Untuk mengetahui Model discovery learning dalam peningkatan kemampuan berfikir kreatif pada tema 8 lingkungan sahabat kita subtema 1 manusia dan lingkungan kelas v sd negeri 101816 pancur batu tahun pembelajaran 2022/2023. Hasil analisis siklus I meberikan tingkat control klasik sebesar 41,66% sedangkan pada siklus II terjadi peningkatan sebesar 87,5% dengan demikian dapat disimpulkan bahwa pelaksanaan penelitian ini menunjukkan penerapan model pembelajaran Discovery Learning dapat meningkatkan berpikir kreatif, sehingga tidak diperlukan lagi Tindakan korektif. Pada siklus I dan II jumlah siswa yang lulus dan mencapai KKM meningkat. Hanya 12 siswa yang lulus ujian pendahuluan dan 23 siswa yang tidak lulus. Dan pada postest II, 35 siswa memperoleh kemampuan berpikir kreatif 30 siswa memperoleh skor kriteria ketuntasan sedangkan 5 siswa tidak lulus.
