Abstract

The implementation of counseling guidance obtained by students from educators is expected to increase their trust and devotion to Allah Swt by teaching the principles and guidance contained in the Qur'an and Hadith. Researchers use a type of literature review research. The method used is the thematic tafsir method (maudhu'i). The implementation is to improve the management of counseling guidance implementation by applying Islamic values in the implementation of schedules, availability of infrastructure, and administration of counseling guidance services. The results of the study found that the values that can be applied in the management of counseling guidance implementation are the values of muamalah, akhlakul karimah, and amaliah in the implementation of counseling guidance schedules in the classroom face-to-face once a week. The value of honor in the availability of counseling guidance service infrastructure. The value of mu’awanah and the value of tawhid in finding symptoms of problematic students, causes, and solutions, and the value of trust in the administration of counseling guidance services

Abstract

The Indonesian government has recently implemented a new education policy called "Kurikulum Merdeka". This policy aims to provide more flexibility and freedom for Madrasahs and teachers to develop their own curriculum and teaching methods that are better suited to the needs of their students. Kurikulum Merdeka is considered a departure from the previous centralized curriculum system, which was heavily focused on standardized testing and did not always reflect the diversity and local context of Indonesian society. This article aims to investigate the implications of Kurikulum Merdeka on Indonesian Madrasahs. The method used in this research was qualitative by collecting any literature related to Merdeka Belajar Curriculum. However, the implementer's attitude dimensions have a lower average value and require care. The implementer's attitude is crucial because support, resistance, and dedication are markers of the program's effectiveness. For teachers, lecturers, and students alike, MBKM is one of the crucial policies in the growth of higher institutions. There are eight Merdeka Learning Campus Merdeka programs, as shown by the findings, including: 1) student exchange, 2) apprenticeship/work experience, 3) teaching in educational establishments, 4) projects in villages, 5) research, 6) entrepreneurial endeavors, 7) independent study, and 8) charitable endeavors.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengurai secara komprehensif persrpektif hadits-hadits organizing, memilih personil, & kurikulum pendidikan. Dalam penelitian ini, peneliti menggunakan jenis penelitian kepustakaan (library research), peneliti melakukan tinjauan literatur yang komprehensif pada hadits-hadits terkait organizing, memilih personil, & kurikulum pendidikan. Sumber-sumber literatur yang relevan seperti buku, artikel jurnal, dan riset sebelumnya akan dikumpulkan dan dianalisis. Pengorganisasian merupakan proses membagi kerja ke dalam tugas-tugas kecil, membebankan tugas-tugas itu kepada orang sesuai dengan kemampuannya, dan mengalokasikan sumber daya, serta mengkoordinasikannya dalam rangka efektifitas pencapaian tujuan organisasi, dalam suatu hadits Rasulullah SAW bersabda Allah mencintai orang yang jika melakukan suatu pekerjaan dilakukan dengan “tepat, terarah dan tuntas”. Dalam aktifitas perekrutan sumber daya islami harus ada acuan kriteria yaitu kejujuran (Shiddiq), dapat dipercaya (Amanah), cerdas (Fathanah) dan mampu berkomunikasi dengan baik (Thabligh). Lima prinsip dalam menyusun kurikulum ialah mata pelajaran ditujukan untuk mendidik ruhani atau hati, berisi tentang tuntunan cara hidup, mengandung ilmiah, bermanfaat secara praktis bagi kehidupan, harus membingkai terhadap materi lainnya
