Abstract

This study describes the development of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (UMKM) which are currently affected by the COVID-19 outbreak that is spreading in Indonesia. This study also reveals how UMKM should be able to continue to survive and develop, so that the economic sector in Indonesia can continue to survive. Because, UMKM are a foundation in maintaining economic resilience in Indonesia. This research is a descriptive qualitative research, where later the author describes the method that must be used in business development. As for the results obtained, that the development of UMKM must of course be based on sharia principles, which in sharia principles enter into agreements or use mudharabah contracts or profit sharing systems, and utilize technology that is currently developing

Abstract

The existence of the Ministry of Religion (Kemenag) Langkat cooperative in various regions supports the development of various business sectors, especially in the Small and Micro Medium Enterprises sector and helps the general public not to be entangled in money release institutions (loan sharks) that contain elements of usury. Akad Mudharabah as a financing product in the Ministry of Religion cooperative which is in great demand by capital managers to finance their business. however, not all Sharia cooperatives are able to implement this contract, the type of research used is a type of qualitative research. Data collection is carried out by interview and documentation methods. The results showed that the financing practice carried out by the Kemenag Langkat cooperative is the first time customers must register to become a member of the cooperative first, after being registered as a member of the cooperative customers can apply for financing, after the financing and distribution of proceeds are approved by both parties, the funds are given to the customer. The role of capital financing in the Kemenag Langkat cooperative is very meaningful for cooperative customers to develop their business. The management plays a very important role in this. The authority to provide business capital is also the full authority of the management for responsible and shirking their obligations as customers. One of the benefits felt by cooperative customers is the fulfillment of family business capital, so we can gradually improve the family economy of cooperative customers.

Abstract

This study focuses on discussing the performance of village-owned enterprises (BUMDES) in improving the welfare of the community in Sangga Lima Village, Gebang District, Langkat Regency for the 2021-2022 period. The research method used in this study is a descriptive qualitative research method with an empirical approach. The informants in this study were management and 30 customers of BUMDES Sangga Lima, Gebang District, Langkat Regency for the 2021-2022 period. The results of the study explain the performance of Village-Owned Enterprises (BUMDES) in Sangga Lima Village, Gebang District, Langkat Regency for the 2021-2022 period, namely carrying out various activities such as business loan funds, providing seminars, training, and consulting in managing businesses. The performance of village-owned enterprises (BUMDES) in Sangga Lima Village, Gebang District, Langkat Regency for the 2021-2022 period has affected the welfare of the community and has been able to improve their economy and business, compared to before receiving BUMDES loans, consultations and guidance. There has been an increase in Community Welfare in Sangga Lima Village, Gebang District, Langkat Regency for the 2021-2022 period which can be seen from various indicators such as increasing people's income so that they can meet their daily needs such as food, as well as other needs such as housing, family health and the need for education their children.

Abstract

The research aims to determine the effect, the magnitude of the influence, and the relationship between the transparency of zakat management on the interest of muzakki in Paluh Manis Village, Gebang District, to pay zakat at BAZNAS, Langkat Regency. The data source for this research was obtained from questionnaire answers given by research respondents, namely the people of Paluh Manis Village, Gebang District, who paid zakat at BAZNAS, Langkat Regency, as many as 56 respondents. Data analysis in this study used validity test, reliability test, classic assumption test, hypothesis test, and simple linear regression analysis. Based on this test, it is explained that there is a significant influence between the transparency of zakat management on the interest of the people of Paluh Manis Village, Gebang District, to pay zakat at BAZNAS, Langkat Regency. smaller than 0.05 or (0.000 <0.05) and tcount > ttable (4.382 > 2.00488) so there is an influence of variable X on variable Y. Transparency of zakat management affects the interest of the people of Paluh Manis Village, Gebang District, to pay zakat at BAZNAS, Langkat Regency by 24.9%. There is a positive or parallel relationship between the transparency of zakat management and the interest of the people of Paluh Manis Village, Gebang District, to pay zakat at BAZNAS, Langkat Regency.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the partial and simultaneous influence of the variables Reliability (X1), Tangibles (X2), Responsiveness (X3), and Assurance (X4) on customer satisfaction (Y) beneficiaries of the mawaridussalam micro waqf bank. The respondents used in the study were 100 people, and the research approach used in completing the research was a quantitative approach. The analysis tool used in data processing is SmartPLS, the findings obtained in this study, that there is a partial influence of the Reliability (X1) and Responsiveness (X3) variables on customer satisfaction (Y) of the beneficiaries of the mawaridussalam micro waqf bank. Meanwhile, the variables Tangibles (X2) and Assurance (X4) have no influence on the customer satisfaction variable (Y). Simultaneously, there is a strong influence of the variables Reliability (X1), Tangibles (X2), Responsiveness (X3), and Assurance (X4) on the variables of Customer Satisfaction (Y) of the beneficiaries of the mawaridussalam micro waqf bank.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the marketing strategy of gold financing products (gold installments) at PT. Bank Syariah Indonesia KCP Pangkalan Brandan. The method used is descriptive qualitative through interviews, observation, and documentation. The results show that the gold installment product with murabahah contracts complies with sharia principles. The marketing mix-based marketing strategy (product, price, place, promotion) was able to increase the number of customers from 116 in 2021 to 425 in 2025. A SWOT analysis confirmed the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats that influence this strategy. The study concluded that the gold installment marketing strategy is effective, but needs to be strengthened with product innovation, digital promotion, and public education.
