Physical education in public schools and children's correctional institutions, especially in extracurricular sports activities, functions as an activity to fill children's free time and is expected to reduce child delinquency. The problems in this study are included in the type of correlational quantitative research, namely research that aims to see the relationship between two or more symptoms that can be measured in high and low relationships using data in the form of numbers. This research uses a descriptive method with quantitative analysis. While the data collection technique for research uses a structured questionnaire based on the research variables. From the results of the study, it can be concluded that there is a positive relationship between extracurricular sports activities and the success of fostering naughty children at the Kupang Children's Penitentiary. this can be seen from the value of r o obtained which is greater than the value of the r table. So, in the future, teachers and staff fostering children should further increase the effectiveness of extracurricular sports activities in fostering naughty children at the Kupang Penitentiary.

Abstract

Evaluation of physical abilities in sports is one of the necessary components in determining achievement and improving sports achievement for all sports. Physical ability includes two components, namely the physical fitness component and the motor fitness component. Physical fitness consists of muscle strength (strength), flexibility (flexibility), muscle endurance (endurance), cardiovascular-respiratory endurance. The components of fitness include speed, coordination, agility, power strength and balance. The purpose of this research is to produce a norm test that fits the physical characteristics of students aged 13-18 year. The specific objective of this research is to obtain an effective physical ability test instrument that is suitable for the characteristics of the ages of 13-18 years and to produce students' physical ability test norms. The test development in this study was designed to have a fairly high level of accuracy, cheap, and easy to implement by anyone. Based on the results of the FGD (Focus Group Discussion), trainer opinions and expert recommendations, the researchers developed the existing test norms, that can predict the type of test that is appropriate for athletes aged 13-18. The physical test developed consists of 10 test item components, including Endurance, Strength, Agility, Speed, Flexibility, Coordination, Balance, Accuracy. accuracy), reaction speed (reaction). In addition to involving lecturers as research members, data collection was also carried out directly by the instructors who assisted in collecting the research data. The data on the results of this physical ability test include male athletes, as well as female athletes who took part in the selection, as well as second and third generation athletes. It should be noted that in the training program there are regulations that stipulate that if within a certain period of time, for example when athletes take part in try outs and try ins, both at regional, national and international levels, if they do not excel then these athletes will be degraded, or the age has exceeded the stipulations. determined by the Ministry of Youth and Sports in participating in the National Student Sports Week (POPNAS) these athletes will be replaced with those who meet the age and achievement requirements.

Motor development is something that talks about coordinated physical movements, so that in its development it takes a variety of appropriate stimulation for early childhood. Motor development is one of the most important factors in the development of the individual as a whole. Basically, this development develops in line with the maturity of the nerves and muscles of the child. Thus, every movement, no matter how simple, is the result of a complex interaction pattern of various parts of the system in the body that is controlled by the brain. The results of this study indicate that children who have good physical-motor development, when children are able to coordinate their body muscle movements optimally. Conducive environment, parenting patterns, nutritious food are factors that support children's physical-motor development, especially when they are still under the age of five (toddlers).

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to demonstrate that using domino media cards can improve third semester student learning outcomes. The study's findings indicate that student learning attainment increases when using domino media, with a rata-rata of approximately 77. A good motor skill is very important for both physical and mental health. Malays with good motor skills tend to be more active in their physical activities, which can improve their overall health. Education at all levels should incorporate motor skills instruction into their curricula, especially in programs related to health, sports, and humanities. This method uses the deskriptif kualitatif method. The study is conducted with two groups: one group that uses the domino game in class and one group that does not use the game. Comparing the learning outcomes of both groups using tes before and after intervention. Data is gathered via a questionnaire that reduces student perceptions on the effectiveness of domino games in terms of increasing the target audience. Playing domino games in groups can promote physical activity, such as pushing or shoving cards across the room, which can help with the development of kasar motor impairment. Playing dominoes in a group setting fosters interpersonal and professional relationships among players. This not only increases social reactivity but also stimulates physical activity that can slow down the rate of motor neuron degeneration. The study's findings indicate that this medium is very feasible to utilize, with 91.99% presentation suitability and 98% content suitability according to subject matter experts. It also appears that the improvement in outcomes from classroom trials is substantial. In summary: Utilizing domino cards in conjunction with motor development courses to enhance third semester students' literacy abilities.
