Abstract

Punggur sea has many habitats, object, and structured of seabed with hight tide and wave. Side scan sonar is an underwater acoustic instrument for identification of seabed. This research aims to classify types of seabed and measure seabed identification into the sea water with grain size (dB), location, altitude (m) and target using side scan sonar instrument. This research also uses one types of side scan sonar in one places with 3 line of collecting data to get more variant seabed. Side scan sonar data of 20 km of side-scan sonar profiling (CM2, C-MAX Ltd, UK) with altitude max 20 m and a working acoustic frequency of 325 kHz with the zone is taken in the punggur sea (104°08.7102 E, 1°03.2448 N until 1°03.3977N 104°08.8133 E). The data side scan sonar processed using max view software to display the image of the seabed. Results of seabed imagery in the punggur sea on track 1 have Objects found on the ship coordinates 03.3101N 1 ° and 104 ° 08.7362 E with the highest gain value is 6 dB, altitude 18 m on ping 75. Linear regression has y = 0.7016x+12.952 with R2 = 0.4125 (41%). Track 2 has target 1 is the sunken object on the seabed, while objects in the form of sand can be seen clearly. Objects found on the sunken object coordinates 1°02.8143 N ° and 104°08.5228 E with highest gain value is 9 dB with altitude 17.7 m and data ping 69. Linear regression has y = 0.2093+12.577 with R2 = 0.2093 (20%). Track 3 has Target 1 is the ship object on the seabed, while objects in the form of sand can be seen clearly. Objects found on the sunken object coordinates 1°02.5817 N and 104°08.7337 E with the highest gain value is 8 dB with altitude 16.5 m and data ping 3984. Linear regression has y = 0.5106x +12.84 with R2 = 0.5106 (51%). Track 1 has many targets identification results compared Track 2 and 3.

Abstract

Salah satu bidang pemanfaatan fotogrametri adalah fotogrametri jarak dekat. Fotogrametri jarak dekat dapat digunakan untuk keperluan merekam objek yang berada di bawah 100 meter. Fotogrametri close-up umumnya digunakan dalam demonstrasi 3D dari struktur, kendaraan atau ekstensi. Fotogrametri jarak dekat digunakan untuk menampilkan 3D Kawasan Pesisir Sembulang Kota Batam. Kamera yang digunakan harus melalui interaksi penyelarasan untuk menentukan batas bagian dalam kamera. Siklus penyesuaian dan penanganan informasi pada tugas terakhir ini menggunakan program Agisoft Metashape Professional v. 1.7.6 build 13524. Tahap menampilkan struktur terdiri dari stamping dan mengacu, mengerjakan dan membuat model 3D, mengubah susunan 3D dan menggambar model 3D.

Abstract

Pesisir Sembulang terletak Kelurahan Sembulang, Kota Batam, Provinsi Kepulauan Riau yang merupakan kawasanpariwisata,pemukimandanjugaterdapatkegiatanadministratif pemerintahan. Peta erosi pantai merupakan suatu peta yang menyajikan informasi tentang titik erosi pantai di Pesisir Sembulang. Erosi merupakan perpindahan material tanah dari satu tempat ke tempat yang lain oleh media tertentu, seperti air, angin dan lain sebagainya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi erosi pantai di Kawasan Pesisir Sembulang. Metode yang digunakan adalah menggunakan data lapangan dari foto udara yang diambil dengan drone DJI Phantom 4. Selanjutnya untuk mendapatkan hasil foto udara yang diolah di agisoft menjadi Ortofoto. Hasil dari Ortofoto itu yang dijadikan peta dasar untuk pengolahan peta erosi pantai di kawasan pesisir sembulang. Peta erosi pantai dapat ditampilkan dengan menggunakan foto udara.

The coastline is the boundary between land and sea areas, which influences the dynamics of coastal areas. Coastal areas are basically rich in natural resources, have many attractions, so they need to be managed by both the local community and the government to improve the local economy. The aimed of this research is to identify problems and potential coastal environmental resources. The study location is on the coast of Tanjung Riau, Batam City which has coastal resource potential that can be managed and developed to meet the needs of the surrounding community. The method used is observation and utilization of aerial photo data on parts of the Tanjung Riau coast which are then mapped and analyzed further to manage coastal environmental resources. The results obtained show that the Tanjung Riau coastal area has several problems such as waste, damaged ecosystems and organisms, while coastal potential includes fisheries, availability of piers and beach tourism.

Abstract

Changing green open space has a direct impact on the needs of public places such as public public places in open environments. West Tanjungpinang District is a sub-district that has the highest population density among other sub-districts in Tanjungpinang City, so this also has an impact on changing the amount of green open space (RTH) as vegetation land cover. The result of reduced green open space is caused by changes in land use. So this study aims to map changes in the pattern of green open space to conditions and to find out the availability of open space in West Tanjungpinang. Therefore the method or method applied in this research is NDVI or Normalized Defference Vegetation Index. The NDVI method uses data from the Pleiades satellite imagery for 2020. The availability of green open space in Tanjungpinang Barat District still has an area value of above 30%, which in 2020 has an area of more than 4% or 0.178 km2. Changes in green open space in the 2015 Green Open Space pattern have decreased compared to 2020 green open space of 0.267 km2. This means that there is a change in the area of green open space that has been planned in 2015 in a span of 5 years or an area of 6% of the total area.

Abstract

The city of Batam as a tourist destination can be supported by regional development including the Sembulang sub-district area through the making of RT and RW area maps in Sembulang Sub-District/Village. This large-scale RT and RW map has a role as an official document that records administrative boundaries. Other spatial information in this map will later be needed in the development of the Kelurahan/Village to prepare spatial plans and inventory of village potential. In addition, these regional boundaries function to create administrative order, legal certainty so that it is expected to minimize boundary conflicts, regional fiscal calculations and identification of regional potential (Afdhalia et al., 2021; Lestari et al., 2020; Kemendagri. 2016; Budisusanto et al., 2014 ). The cartometric method can be used in determining and confirming Kelurahan/Village Boundaries in accordance with Geospatial Information Agency (BIG) regulations No.15 of 2019. So this year the community service team proposed kartometric Mapping of RT and RW Boundaries in Sembulang Village. In this service, a delineation of the RT and RW maps of Sembulang Village will be carried out. Determination of Boundaries through participatory mapping and FGD, and handing over the resulting products in the form of RT and RW Maps of Sembulang Village. The map of the boundaries of the RT RW Sembulang area was made with A3 paper size which was submitted to the Sembulang sub-district. This map contains information about the boundaries of the RT&RW areas in Sembulang Village as an information need for residents in Sembulang Village. Based on the results of these measurements, there were several changes to the rough map previously provided by the Sembulang Village, namely the expansion of one RT, which was originally 1 RT. From the results of this dedication, a map of the boundaries of the area was submitted to the Sembulang Village in print format.

Abstract

The rapid development of large-scale infrastructure in Indonesia indicates the need for solutions for fast crack applications with accurate results using methods that are efficient in terms of time and data generated. One example of the development of mapping technology in this modern era is aerial photography not only using manned aircraft, but you can also use an unmanned aerial vehicle or UAV (Unmanned Aerial Vehicle). This unmanned aircraft is better known as a drone, which is currently at an affordable price, easy to get and has the ability to shoot like a manned aircraft. Measurements were made using photogrammetric techniques from aerial photographs produced by drones. With results that have high accuracy, and can be done in the shortest possible time, then the use of drones in making topographic maps will be more widely used in the future. In our study and research survey that we conducted in the form of PBL (Project Based Learning) Politeknik Negeri Batam students in community service in the soaking village, Tanjung Riau, Batam Island, namely for making aerial photo maps using the DJI Phantom 4 RTK drone which we carried out in the village soak.

Abstract

Ketersediaan data geospasial batas RT di Indonesia sampai saat ini masih sangat terbatas, disebabkan oleh terkendala sumberdaya manusia dalam memetakan batas RT. Kampung Berendam merupakan salah satu kampung tua yang berlokasi di Tanjungriau, Kecamatan Sekupang, Kota Batam dan belum memiliki batas RT.  Dalam penggambilan data batas wilayah RT menggunakan Drone DJI Phantom 4 RTK, untuk mendapatkan hasil foto udara wilayah Kampung Berendam. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah pemetaan batas wilayah RT dan menentukan batas administrasi berdasarkan informasi di lapangan yang kemudian dipetakan sesuai dengan kaidah-kaidah kartografis. Metode yang digunakan di dalam pemetaan batas rukun tetangga (RT) adalah dengan menggunakan metode partisipatif, yaitu suatu metode berdasarkan dari informasi masyarakat setempat dalam menentukan batas wilayah. Batas rukun tetangga (RT) ini sangat penting untuk menciptakan tertib adminitrasi, dan meminimalisir terjadinya konflik. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah Peta Batas Wilayah RT Kampung Berendam, Tanjungriau, Kota Batam, yaitu terdapat 4 batas wilayah RT, yaitu RT 03, RT 04, RT 05, RT 06, yang berada di kawasan RW 01.
