Abstract

The science’s development along with it alteration have created various characteristics. This condition tends to spur human on thinking up about the righteousness value. In case of viewpoint’s dissimilarity on interpreting the righteousness, there is no agreement reached yet concerning to the definition of Educational Philosophy. This varied definition, at least, could be influenced by many aspects. Philosophy’s role in the world of education was to contribute referee framework at educational philosophy’s field in order to consummate the expected educational aspiration. The discussion of Islamic Educational Philosophy could not be separated from grooved and patterned thought which developed by its thinker. As long as this era, Islamic Educational Philosophy’s thought was categorized into two main circles, cohort of critical philosophy on education or cohort (madhhab) of progressively thought and cohort (madhhab) of traditionally thought. Functionally, Islamic Educational Philosophy is a radical thought which emphasizing and directing to an Islamic Educational process. Whereas in West Education, science was not born from life viewpoint of certain religion and claimed as something with exempt value (without or no longer having value). But in truth, it’s not really exempt value, it just exempt from Religious and Godliness values. Either science was not born from life viewpoint of certain religion, because of the problematical relation between religion and science in the West.Keywords; Philosophy, Education, Islamic, West

Abstract

Abstract: This article discusses the epistemology of management of Islamic education. This study needs to be done because there are still many questions about the management of Islamic education from several experts. The discussion in this article covers the nature and understanding of the epistemology of science, the method of acquiring knowledge, and the epistemology of management knowledge of Islamic education. The results of the study in this article explain that the Epistemology of management science develops to empirical reality and rational considerations that give birth to a number of management sciences in their various loci and values. The birth of management science in the various loci of value that is pursued, is also influenced by the realities that affect the order developed by management science. The use of management research methods is in principle the same as the use of research methods in the social sciences. And One of the bases used to form a management framework for Islamic education is the absence of dualism in the delegation of tasks.Keyword: Epistemology, Islamic Education Management

Abstract

This article discusses about transformational leadership. The main focus is the subject of transformational leadership in basic educational institutions. This study is important because the leaders in educational institutions are strategic positions to develop and make better changes. The method that used in this study is library research and then the data is interpreted with descriptive analysis, data is reduced, presented and verified, then concluded. The results of this study indicate that the main subject of transforma-tional leadership in basic educational institutions are headmasters. Headmasters or principals as leaders are become subjects who must transform through giving guidance or teachings to those who are led. Transformational leadership patterns can support the realization of system changes in basic education institutions, even able to bring changes in the quality of educational institutions to become more advanced and able to compete. Besides the headmaster or principal, the subject of transformational leadership in other basic educational institutions is the deputy head, teachers, parents and the community. These three elements must be able to synergize with the main subject of transformational leadership in the educational institution to achieve the goal.Keywords: Leadership, Transformational, Basic Education

Abstract

This article discusses organizational culture with a focus on studies on the organizational culture of Islamic perspective. The writing of this article is motivated by the existence of factors that can influence the culture of Islamic Education organizations. In addition, the author also wants to conduct a study of cultural relations with Islam, as well as how the culture of Islamic perspective. The method used by the authors in this article is to search for various relevant literature. The results of the studies conducted were: 1. some figures defined organizational culture as more philosophical, but there were also more operational ones; 2. There are three processes and stages in forming organizational culture; 3. There is a relationship between culture and Islam, the relationship is proof that Islam is the basis, principle, controller and direction, besides that Islam is a source of value in the development of culture; 4. Organizational culture in Islamic Education institutions refers to the value of togetherness, basic assumptions, and artifacts adopted by Islamic Education institutions, whether boarding schools, madrassas or Islamic Higher Education institutions.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to explain and analyze the foundation of Islamic Education Management. This research is important to do, because the development of Islamic Religious Education cannot be separated from the contribution of management in an organization of Islamic Education Institutions. Management in an Islamic Education Institution organization certainly has a foundation, so that the management of Islamic Education institutions will run well. The method used in this research is library research. Which means the researcher collected various literatures in the form of books, journals and research results that have been done before and are relevant to this research. The results of this study explain that there are four foundations in Islamic Education Management. These include theological foundation, rational foundation, empirical foundation and theoretical foundation.

Abstract

This article discusses about emancipatory education, the main focus is the strategy of building emancipatory education. Education has a close relationship with social change, both in the form of dynamics of individual development and social processes on a broader scale. This study of emancipatory education is important, because in this globalization era Education is one of the decisive aspects, especially in opening the way to liberation from poverty, ignorance and adversity. Emancipatory meaning is human liberation from fetters in the context of Education, this emancipatory idea is expected to be able to give new colors and changes to the process and implementation of Education which has been regarded as giving less freedom. The liberation paradigm is the main basis of emancipatory education. This liberation makes an education play a role in freeing students from ignorance, retardation, obedience and immorality. There are several efforts that must be made in building an emancipatory learning strategy on Islamic Education. First, shifting the focus of attention from religion to religiosity. Second, enter plurality. Third, emphasizing the formation of attitudes. Then there are three keys in the emancipatory Education model, namely: humanization, critical and democratic awareness.

Abstract

Abstract: This article discusses the value of Islamic education management contained in the process of creating the Prophet Adam as. In Islamic Education management, human resources are one of the main aspects that can determine the sustainability of an organization. If the human resources do not have a strong foundation and guidelines in running the organization, then carrying out the planned activities will be hampered. Therefore, the existing human resources at Islamic Education institutions need to understand the value of management contained in the process of creating the Prophet Adam as. The results of this study explain that the value of management contained in the process of creating the Prophet Adam as including the existence of planning, organizing, actualizing and controlling. These values are hikmah that can be used as guidelines and references in running an organization, and can be used as guidelines in carrying out the duties and roles of humans in life.Keyword: Islamic education management, values,

Abstract

Abstract: This study discusses about the Model of Teaching that is often used by educators in the learning process. Educators are required to choose a Model of Teaching that makes students more active and also improves student learning outcomes. One of the Model of Teaching that can be used is Student Team Achievement Divisions (STAD). The purpose of this study was to determine whether there was an effect of the STAD type cooperative learning model on student learning outcomes at Mts. Ma'arif Sidomukti, and to find out how much influence the STAD type cooperative learning model had on student learning outcomes in Mts. Ma'arif Sidomukti. This study uses a quantitative experimental research method using a Pre-Experimental Design, with a One-Group Pretest-Posttest Design. From the results of the analysis of hypothesis testing, it is known that there is a significant influence in the learning process using the STAD type cooperative learning model on student learning outcomes at Mts. Ma'arif Sidomukti. And it is known from the results of the determinant coefficient that the effect of the STAD type cooperative learning model on student learning outcomes in Aqidah Akhlak subjects is 93%.Keyword: Model of Teaching, Cooperative Learning, Student Team Achievement Divisions (STAD).

Abstract

This community service aims to improve the quality of reading the Qur'an by applying the knowledge of tajwid to children in pondok permata suci manyar Gresik. The purpose of this mentoring activity is to improve the quality of children in reading the Qur'an and understanding the science of recitation. The importance of this mentoring activity is that children can participate in mentoring activities actively and enthusiastically with interesting and varied methods. Through this mentoring activity, it is expected to be able to arouse the enthusiasm of children in learning and understanding the science of recitation and to be applied when reading the Qur'an. This assistance uses several methods, by carrying out FGD (Focus Group Discussion), and evaluating activities at each meeting. The impact of this assistance is: a) Increasing children's motivation and activeness in learning tajwid; b) The learning process of tajwid becomes more effective and efficient; c) Able to apply the knowledge of tajwid that has been learned when reading the Qur'an; d) Able to develop the knowledge of tajwid for the surrounding community.

Abstract

Islamic educational institutions in Indonesia face increasingly complex challenges in achieving superior competitiveness. Evaluation and quality control of education is the key to improving the quality and relevance of Islamic educational institutions in the face of global competition. This research uses literature research methods to compile and analyze various references, scientific journals, and official documents related to evaluation and quality control in Islamic educational institutions in Indonesia. The results of the analysis show that first, the evaluation of the quality of Islamic education in Indonesia must include various aspects, such as curriculum, teaching methods, teaching staff, facilities and infrastructure, and the use of technology in learning. Second, active participation from all stakeholders, including lecturers, students, parents, and alumni, is essential in the evaluation process to gain a comprehensive understanding of the advantages and disadvantages of Islamic educational institutions in Indonesia. Third, quality control of Islamic education in Indonesia needs to be supported by an effective and integrated quality management system. A holistic, data-driven approach is the cornerstone of better strategic decision-making. The implementation of nationally and internationally recognized Islamic education quality standards can help increase the credibility of educational institutions and provide trust to the community.
