Abstract

This research is to determine the planning, implementation, evaluation, and implementation of management information systems in improving the quality of the educational process. This research uses a qualitative approach, namely the research method used to examine the condition of natural objects where the researcher is the key instrument. This article aims to explain the topic of evaluating management information systems programs in improving the quality of education in an educational institution. This research was conducted using a qualitative-descriptive method. The results of the research show that the evaluation of information system programs on education quality management is (a) The quality improvement planning process for evaluation of management information system programs. (b) Implementation of quality improvement in the use of management information systems at these schools, implemented in the curriculum through: 1) self-development programs. 2) integration into all subjects, and 3) habituation. (c) Evaluation of quality improvement in the learning process by utilizing the management information system program evaluation. In improving the quality of education, teachers as educators have a very important position and strategy in developing the potential of students. To increase the professionalism of educators in learning, it is increased through ways of attending upgrading, attending educational courses, conducting visits to other schools or comparative studies, increasing reading, establishing relationships with student guardians, increasing the use of methods, improving materials, and improving facilities and infrastructure.

Abstract

Sosiologi pendidikan memiliki urgensi yang besar bagi calon guru karena memungkinkan mereka untuk memahami hubungan antara proses pendidikan dan masyarakat, serta perilaku dan kebutuhan siswa. Hal ini penting agar guru tidak hanya menguasai materi, tetapi juga dapat menyesuaikan metode pengajaran dan memahami siswa secara holistik. Metode penulisan yang digunakan adalah studi kepustakaan. Kegiatan studi kepustakaan dimaksudkan sebagai salah satu pendekatan dalam pengumpulan bahan, data, dan materi yang memuat informasi berkaitan dengan sistem pengupahan. Dari hasil studi kepustakaan tersebut diperoleh simpulan mengenai pentingnya diberlakukan suatu sistem pengupahan nasional. hasil penelitian menunjukkan Belajar psikologi pendidikan berarti belajar tentang aspek psikologis siswa, sehingga calon guru memiliki bekal dasar dalam melaksanakan teknik pembelajaran yang efektif diterapkan dalam keadaan karakteristik siswa tertentu. Teknik pembelajaran juga menyangkut strategi dalam pembelajaran yang disampaikan apakah dapat dimengerti oleh siswa dengan baik atau tidak.
