Abstract

Model pembelajaran flipped classroom memberikan pembelajaran secara daring dan luring oleh instansi pendidikan kepada murid. Model pembelajaran flipped classroom menjawab tantangan pendidikan pasca pandemi dengan menghadirkan peran wali murid dalam memantau dan membimbing murid belajar dirumah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memaparkan informasi mengenai model pembelajaran flipped classroom sebagai solusi pembelajaran pasca pandemi. Metode yang digunakan adalah kualitatif - studi kasus. Subjek penelitian adalah kepala sekolah berjumlah 5 dan guru berjumlah 21 yang mengampu di SD Muhammadiyah se-Kapanewon Tempel, Sleman, DIY. Subjek ditentukan dengan menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Prosedur penelitian menggunakan model Miles, Huberman, dan Saldana. Teknik analisis data menggunakan bantuan software oleh data atlas.ti versi 8.3. Hasil penelitian ini adalah model pembelajaran flipped classroom sebagai solusi pembelajaran pasca pandemi memiliki berbagai faktor yaitu pendidikan pasca pandemi; kepemimpinan pendidikan pasca pandemi; model pembelajaran flipped classroom; komponen kognitif; dan komponen afeksi. Implikasi dari penelitian ini yaitu membuka ranah ilmu secara ilmiah terkait penerapan model pembelajaran flipped classroom dalam menjawab tantangan penyelenggaraan pendidikan pasca pandemi.

Abstract

The principal plays a crucial role in promoting quality learning, not only through administrative duties but also through leadership and mentoring of the school community. This study aims to examine the role of the principal in improving the quality of learning at MTs Muhammadiyah 20 Natal. This research employed a qualitative approach with a case study design. The informants consisted of the principal, teachers, and students selected through purposive sampling. Data were collected through observation and in-depth interviews, and analyzed using the Miles and Huberman interactive model, which includes data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing. The results show that the principal performs six main roles: manager, administrator, supervisor, educator, leader, and motivator. The principal is able to manage learning resources adaptively, ensure orderly administration, conduct continuous supervision, and encourage active and meaningful learning despite limited facilities and infrastructure. In addition, the principal provides role models and motivation to teachers and students, which has an impact on improving teaching quality and student learning motivation. These findings indicate that comprehensive and adaptive leadership contributes significantly to improving the quality of learning.

Abstract

Digital transformation in education is a crucial element in improving the quality of learning and preparing students for global competition. This study aims to examine the roles of principals and teachers in implementing digital leadership, implementing educational digitalization, and assessing students' digital literacy skills amidst technological developments at Muhammadiyah Toboali Senior High School. This study used a qualitative approach with a case study method, with data collection techniques through in-depth interviews, direct observation, and documentation analysis with the principal, teachers, and students. The results show that the principal acts as a transformational leader who strives to direct and motivate all school members to adopt technology in the learning process. Teachers function as active facilitators in developing students' digital literacy through the use of various technology-based learning platforms and media. The implementation of educational digitalization in schools is evident through the development of a technology-integrated curriculum, the implementation of a digital school administration system, and the use of technological devices in teaching and learning activities. Students' digital skills have significantly improved, particularly in critical thinking skills, creativity, and adaptability to technological developments.

Abstract

Objektif: Penelitian ini bertujuan mengkaji strategi guru dalam meningkatkan kemandirian belajar siswa berkebutuhan khusus di sekolah dasar inklusif. Metode: Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan Systematic Literature Review (SLR) dengan pedoman PRISMA 2020. Penelusuran artikel dilakukan melalui basis data Scopus dengan rentang publikasi 2017–2025. Sebanyak 12 artikel yang memenuhi kriteria inklusi dianalisis secara tematik. Hasil: Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa kemandirian belajar siswa berkebutuhan khusus didukung melalui pembelajaran aktif dan terstruktur, penyesuaian tugas, scaffolding, dukungan teman sebaya, serta pemanfaatan teknologi bantu. Penerapan prinsip Universal Design for Learning (UDL) dan penataan lingkungan belajar yang aksesibel turut memperkuat kemampuan siswa untuk belajar secara lebih mandiri. Kolaborasi antara guru, orang tua, dan tenaga pendukung juga berperan penting. Kebaruan: Studi ini menyajikan sintesis ringkas dan terintegrasi mengenai strategi guru dalam menumbuhkan kemandirian belajar siswa berkebutuhan khusus di sekolah dasar inklusif.
