Abstract

ABSTRAKPertumbuhan penduduk dalam suatu kota akan mempengaruhi pertumbuhan pembangunan. Pembangunan tersebut hampir sebagian besar terlihat padat dan tidak teratur di kawasan pusat kota dan kawasan pinggiran kota. Sehingga dalam mendirikan bangunan sebagai tempat tinggal, tidak lagi memikirkan fungsi sirkulasi yang juga harus diperhitungkan. Sebagaimana sirkulasi tidak hanya berfungsi sebagai jalur lintas manusia dan kendaraan, tetapi juga sebagai sumber penghawaan alami khususnya aliran angin masuk kedalam rumah tinggal. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh lebar sirkulasi terhadap aliran angin pada sebuah permukiman padat dan Mengetahui pengaruh lebar sirkulasi terhadap kenyamanan pengguna pada permukiman Pasar Ikan, Penjaringan, Jakarta Utara.Jenis penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif yaitu penelitian yang dilakukan dengan mengumpulkan data-data untuk mendapatkan gambaran hasil penelitian. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan pengukuran kecepatan angin menggunakan anemometer pada tiga titik lokasi yang berbeda. Menggunakan kuesioner untuk mengetahui kenyamanan responden yang kemudian akan dibandingkan dengan standard kenyamanan yang telah ditentukan. Dari kajian hubungan faktor-faktor tersebut didapatkan hasil lebar sirkulasi yang berbeda memberikan pengaruh yang berbeda juga pada tingkat kecepatan aliran angin dalam sebuah permukiman. Semakin kecil lebar sirkulasi, semakin rendah tingkat kecepatan angin pada sirkulasi tersebut. Kenyamanan fisiologis masyarakat tidak selalu bergantung pada standard kenyamanan yang telah ditentukan, namun dapat juga terbentuk dari faktor lain.Kata Kunci : Sirkulasi, Aliran Angin, Permukiman Padat, Permukiman NelayanABSTRACTPopulation growth in the city will affect the growth of the construction. The construction of most of the visible dense and irregular in the downtown area and suburbs. So that the building as a residence, no longer thinking of circulation function which should also be taken into account. As circulation is not only function as human and vehicle traffic lane, but also as a source of natural penghawaan particular wind flow into the residence. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the wide circulation of the wind flow in a dense residential and know the effect of wide circulation on the user's convenience in the settlement Pasar Ikan, Penjaringan, North Jakarta.This research is descriptive research that studies conducted by collecting data to get an overview of research results. This research was conducted with an anemometer wind speed measurements at three points different locations. Using a questionnaire to find comfort respondents will then be compared to a predetermined standard of comfort. From the study of the relationship of these factors results obtained wide circulation of different different effects and also at the level of the flow velocity of wind in a settlement. The smaller the width of circulation, the lower the wind speed in the circulation. The physiological comfort of the public does not always depend on the standard of comfort that has been determined, but it can also be formed from other factors.Keywords : Circulation, Wind Flow, Solid Settlement, Settlement Fisherme

Abstract

ABSTRAKTelah  dilakukan penelitian mengenai optimasi sistem pencahayaan alami dan buatan pada ruang kerja Kantor Kelurahan Paninggilan Utara Ciledug Tangerang yang bertujuan untuk mengkaji sistem pencahayaan alami dan buatan dalam upaya mendapatkan sistem pencahayaan yang optimal, yang dapat diterapkan pada ruang kantor kelurahan. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode kuantitatif. Data yang diperoleh besumber dari hasil pengukuran intensitas cahaya secara langsung pada objek penelitian yang dilakukan pada pagi, siang dan sore hari selama tiga hari dengan menggunakan luxmeter. Hasil yang diperoleh kemudian di bandingkan dengan standar yang direkomendasikan oleh SNI. Simulasi komputer digunakan sebagai alat untuk melakukan penyelesaian permasalahan melalui optimasi sistem pencahayaan pada ruang kerja kantor. Hasil pengukuran yang dilakukan menunjukan hasil tingkat intensitas cahaya pada sistem pencahayaan alami dan campuran tidak terdapat titik ukur yang memenuhi standar SNI yaitu sebesar 350 lux. Untuk itu optimasi sederhana dilakukan dengan menambahkan tingkat intensitas cahaya yang masuk ke dalam ruangan dan hasilnya tingkat intensitas cahaya alami yang masuk mengalami peningkatan. Selain itu, penggantian dan penambahan lampu pada ruang kerja, mampu meningkatkan tingkat intensitas cahaya sehingga intensitas cahaya pada ruang kerja  tercukupi. Upaya penghematan energi dilakukan dengan Penerapan koordinasi sistem pencahayaan alami dan buatan dengan cara mematikan lampu pada area yang intensitas cahayanya tercukupi melalui cahaya alami.Kata Kunci : Pencahayaan Alami, Pencahayaan Buatan, Kantor Kelurahan, Optimasi,              Hemat Energi ABSTRACT       A research on optimization of natural and artificial lighting system has been done to study natural and artificial lighting system in order to get optimal lighting system which can be applied to urban village office. This research is done by using quantitative method. The data obtained from the results of light intensity measurements directly on the object of research conducted in the morning, afternoon and afternoon for three days using luxmeter. The results obtained are then compared with the standard recommended by SNI. Computer simulation is used as a tool for problem solving through lighting system optimization in the office work space. The result of measurement shows the result of light intensity level on natural lighting system and mixture there is no measuring point that meets the SNI standard that is equal to 350 lux. For that simple optimization is done by adding the level of light intensity into the room and the results of the level of natural light intensity that went in increased. In addition, the replacement and addition of lights in the work space, able to increase the level of light intensity so that the light intensity in the work space is sufficient. Efforts to save energy are done by applying the coordination of natural and artificial lighting systems by turning off lights in areas where the intensity of light is fulfilled through natural light.Keyword : Keyword: Daylighting , Artificial Lght , Village Office, Evaluation ,  Energi Saving

Abstract

This study was aimed at examining the effect of competitive strategies and performance of construction organizations in the large construction industry in Indonesia. This study adopted a quantitative research approach using a questionnaire survey to obtain data from 260 senior managers and CEOs of enormous construction organizations in Indonesia. Using Partial Least Square (PLS), we examined the relations between the constructs discussed in the study. We found out that competitive strategies affected the performance of construction organizations; competitive strategies positively impacted on the organizational performance. These findings showed that we needed to harmonize a competitive strategy as a prerequisite to achieving superior performance. We believed that this study positively contributed to the role of competitive strategy and the performance of large construction organizations in Indonesia and ongoing discussions on issues arising in construction management in development.

Abstract

In order to improve the function of the Mosque in this case, mushalla as a place of worship and the construction of the people in particular, where people's lives are so compound and crowded, and to increase piety in performing worship (congregational prayer) as best as possible, prospering the Mosque has a positive influence for the development of the community in order to improve the quality of life of the community and the country. In order for religious syi'ar to be more echoed because it requires some improvement because of the inadequate physical condition of the building, it is necessary to renovate the construction of Mushalla and Al-Qur'an Education Park (TPA) which is regressive, is a program of mushalla management in Curug Village, RT.06 RW.04, Bojongsari Subdistrict, Depok City, West Java for the creation of a solemn and comfortable atmosphere of worship. The activities began with a coordination meeting with mushalla administrators in Curug Village, RT.06 RW.04, Bojongsari Subdistrict, Depok City, West Java, and residents around the Mosque, planning, drafting, and calculation in the making of Unit Price Analysis (AHS) in order to be analyzed and carried out on time. Mushalla is a center of community activities and development. And besides that, we should be able to position the Mosque as a unifying forum for Muslims

Abstract

Home is a basic human need. A house that is easy to interpret is a real house where a family can live inside. It is supported by the availability of clean water, lighting, and proper environmental equipment to meet basic needs from plumbing to sewerage. It is also safe for residents' activities that residents can objectively accept. Natural disasters are caused by nature in earthquakes, tsunamis, landslides, droughts, hurricanes, floods, and volcanic eruptions that affect people's homes. Rehabilitation activities for houses affected by disasters such as hurricanes, floods, and other disasters carried out by the Tangerang Regency Perkim Service Referring to the Law on the Regional Head of the National Disaster Management Agency of 2008 Number 11 are intended to fulfill the rehabilitation requirements. The important identification activities are carried out to ascertain whether the disaster-affected houses deserve assistance. The identification results become a reference in determining recommendations. Follow up on requests by drawing up plans and a schedule for the construction of the rehabilitation program

Abstract

This paper intended to discuss what experts say about innovating digital applications to improve student achievement in civil engineering in digital days was essential. The author believes that one of the innovative solutions to improve learning outcomes is using technology applications in both teaching and evaluation. The reason is that technological innovation can transform learning compared to traditional strategies. To complete the discussion of the above issues, we will conduct a series of data searches with the help of electronic searches on databases of journals and books published by several publications with international reputations such as Elsevier, ERIC, Google Book, Taylor & Francis, and other database sources published ten years ago. Furthermore, data analysis involves a phenomenology approach. We explored as much data as possible until we could answer the above problems with high validity and reliability. Our study involved data coding systems, evaluation, and interpretation of in-depth data, and concluding. Based on the existing data, we can conclude that the use of digital technology applications can improve the learning outcomes of civil engineering students. Digital technology serves as a means of conveying, obtaining, processing, and communicating information more effectively than the classical methods that have been used so far, especially in the case of work involving civil engineering work systems

Abstract

Environmental problems caused by abandoned vacant land are becoming increasingly prevalent in both urban and rural areas. Unutilized land tends to create new issues, such as the reduction of green open space, declining air quality, and deterioration of the area's visual aesthetics. This community service program aims to develop a garden design plan for an abandoned plot as an initial step to optimize land use and raise environmental awareness among residents. The program was implemented in Kelurahan Setia Mekar, Kabupaten Bekasi, using a Participatory Action Research (PAR) approach that actively involved the community from problem identification to garden design and maintenance planning. The outcome of this initiative is a landscape design intended to increase green space while enhancing the area's visual quality. In addition to physical improvements, such as expanded greenery, the program successfully fostered greater community awareness, reflected in residents’ active participation in post-program maintenance. These results indicate that community-based greening planning is a strategic approach to utilizing vacant land and can be replicated in other areas with similar characteristics.

Abstract

Melalui fasad, didapatkan gambaran fungsi ruang di dalamnya. Dalam merancang sebuah fungsi ruang, kualitas akustik menjadi salah satu hal yang harus diperhatikan. Masjid sebagai tempat ibadah, menuntut tingkat kebisingan rendah, sedangkan pada rest area tol Cipularang terdapat sebuah bangunan masjid dengan jarak yang sangat dekat dengan keberadaan jalan tol dengan tingkat kebisingan yang tinggi. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui tingkat kebisingan dan efektifitas fasad masjid dalam mereduksi bising, serta menjabarkan mengenai peranan fasad terhadap kualitas akustik masjid sebagai tempat ibadah. Manfaat penelitian adalah untuk menambah wawasan baru mengenai penggunaan fasad untuk tempat ibadah dalam mereduksi bising. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif, yang diarahkan untuk mengidentifikasi berdasarkan pandangan peranan nilai, penelitian ini bersifat objektif. Dari hasil penelitian, tingkat kebisingan Masjid Al Mi’raj masih belum memenuhi standar atau batasan kebisingan yang ditentukan dalam SNI 03-6386-2000, hal tersebut menunjukkan bahwa fasad pada Masjid Al Mi’raj masih kurang efektif dalam mereduksi bising, diperkuat dengan hasil analisis Noise Reduction (NR), Masjid Al Mi’raj hanya memiliki nilai NR rata-rata sebesar 1.66 dB(A).

Abstract

Kampung Susun Kunir, sebuah kawasan padat penduduk di Jakarta Utara, menghadapi permasalahan lingkungan akibat keterbatasan ruang hijau. Kepadatan bangunan dan minimnya lahan terbuka menyebabkan penurunan kualitas udara, meningkatnya suhu mikroklimat, serta berkurangnya kenyamanan hunian. Program pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk mengoptimalkan ruang hijau melalui penerapan konsep vertical garden sebagai solusi penghijauan yang adaptif terhadap keterbatasan lahan. Kegiatan dilakukan melalui tahapan survei lokasi strategis, perencanaan desain vertical garden, hingga penyusunan usulan implementasi bersama masyarakat. Peran aktif warga dan mitra lokal, khususnya Pemerintah Provinsi DKI Jakarta, menjadi bagian penting dalam keberhasilan program. Hasil kegiatan berupa dokumen usulan desain vertical garden yang dapat direalisasikan pada area fasad bangunan dan ruang semi terbuka, serta peningkatan kapasitas masyarakat dalam memahami dan merawat elemen hijau tersebut. Program ini juga relevan dengan kebijakan Merdeka Belajar Kampus Merdeka (MBKM) dan mendukung Indikator Kinerja Utama (IKU) 5 dalam bentuk karya dosen yang dimanfaatkan oleh masyarakat. Diharapkan, model pemberdayaan lingkungan ini dapat direplikasi di kawasan urban lain yang menghadapi tantangan serupa.
