<![CDATA[Abstract. Efforts to foster the spirituality of Sunday School Children can be done by teaching the Word of God to children through the application of the Ceria method. The application of the CeriA method is said to be effective if the Sunday School Teacher understands and is able to convey the Bible’s stories in an interesting way that can be understood by children. However, the application of the CeriA method in the congregation is often not optimal because there are still Sunday School Teachers who have not been able to apply and understand the CeriA method well. The goal to be achieved through this research is to find out how to apply the CeriA method in fostering the spirituality of Sunday school children aged 9-11 at the Toraja Church, Pangleon Klasis Rembon Sado'ko Congregation. The research method used in this paper is a qualitative method. The findings of the research carried out are: first, the aplication of the good CeriA method is largely determined by the preparation of the Sunday Shool Teacher. Second, the application of the lively and impressive CeriA method can be an effective method in fostering the spirituality of Sunday School Children. Abstrak. Upaya untuk membina spiritualitas Anak Sekolah Minggu dapat dilakukan dengan mengajarkan Firman Tuhan kepada anak melalui penerapan metode CeriA. Penerapan metode CeriA dikatakan efektif jika Guru Sekolah Minggu memahami dan mampu menyampaikan cerita Alkitab secara menarik serta dapat dipahami oleh anak. Namun penerapan metode CeriA di dalam jemaat sering tidak maksimal karena masih ada Guru Sekolah Minggu yang belum bisa menerapkan dan memahami metode CeriA dengan baik. Tujuan yang hendak dicapai melalui penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui bagaimana penerapan metode CeriA dalam membina spiritualitas anak Sekolah Minggu usia 9-11 tahun di Gereja Toraja Jemaat Pangleon Klasis Rembon Sado’ko’. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam tulisan ini ialah metode kualitatif. Temuan penelitian yang dilakukan yaitu: pertama, penerapan metode CeriA yang baik sangat ditentukan oleh persiapan Guru Sekolah Minggu. Kedua, penerapan metode CeriA yang hidup dan mengesankan dapat menjadi metode yang efektif dalam membina spiritualitas Anak Sekolah Minggu.]]>
