Abstract

In Islamic law, Obligatory charity can be interpreted as a certain amount of certain types of assets that must be given to certain groups, with certain conditions. Obligatory charity must be issued to every reasonable, mature and independent Muslim. LazisMu Muhammadiyah University Service Office A.R. Fachruddin as the holder of full control over obligatory charity, donation and alms lecturers and employees who work within the Muhammadiyah University A.R. Fachruddin has been making efforts to collect zakat which will later be distributed to fellow humans in need, coinciding on Tuesday to Wednesday March 22, 2023 LazisMu KL Muhammadiyah University A.R. Fachruddin distributes zakat, infaq and shadaqah as a result of collection to the Outer Baduy people located in Ciboleger District, Lebak Regency, where the legal reference for giving obligatory charity is that it is permissible or can be given to the needy, poor, converts, amil, riqab, gharimin, fi sabilillah and ibn sabil. Most of the Outer Baduy tribes are converts and do not have good economic strength (poor), so it is very appropriate for LazisMu Muhammadiyah University Service Office A.R. Fachruddin distributes obligatory charity, donation and alms within the Outer Baduy tribe

Abstract

Background: UNIMAR adalah salah satu mitra program Rumah Kebangsaan. Unimar berperan dalam pemberian bantuan bahan pangan. kegiatan PKM ini bertujuan untuk memberikan bantuan berupa bahan pangan kepada masyarakat sehingga dapat memenuhi kebutuhan warga. Metode: Kegiatan PKM ini menggunakan pendekatan persuasif dalam pendistribusaian bahan pangan secara langsung. Hasil: Kegiatan pengabdian ini menggunakan metode service learning, dimana dosen pengabdi dapat mengidentifikasi masalah terkait bidang kemiskinan, kesejahteraan, dan kesehatan. Pendistribusian dilakukan satu persatu kepada penerima bantuan. Dalam kegiatan ini diketahui juga bahwa warga juga membutuhkan perhatian dalam hal kebersihan dan kesehatan. Kesimpulan: Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat berupa pendistribusian bahan pangan ini diharapkan mampu mengurangi beban masyarakat dalam mencukupi kebutuhan pokok.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of Quality of Work Life and Organizational Commitment on Organizational Citizenship Behavior. Partially or simultaneously on employees of Burger King Jatiuwung branch. This study uses the associative method with a quantitative approach. Sampling of 32 people. Techniques and data collection tools are questionnaires or questionnaires. Descriptive data analysis techniques were used to describe the responses of respondents and the distribution of data, while inferential statistical analysis was used to test hypotheses. Data processing is assisted by Microsoft Excel and SPSS version 25 software. Based on my analysis of QWL (X1), and Organizational Commitment (X2) with OCB(Y) obtained a strong relationship while the contribution of QWL(X1) and Organizational Commitment (X2) to OCB (Y) is 54.1%, the remaining 45, 9% is influenced by other variables (X) that are not studied (epsilon) but affect OCB (Y), which is suspected by the variables QWL (X1), Organizational Commitment (X2) OCB (Y) and so on. If projected based on multiple regression test that , the higher the value of QWL(X1) and Organizational Commitment(X2) simultaneously at a certain value. The simultaneous effect of QWL(X1) and Organizational Commitment(X2) on OCB(Y) on employees of Burger King Jatiuwung branch is significant. Partially QWL(X1) has a positive and significant effect on OCB(Y), while organizational commitment has a positive and insignificant effect on OCB(Y) in Burger King employees in the Jatiuwung branch.Keywords : Quality of Work Life (QWL), Organizational Commitment, OCB  ABSTRAKTujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh Quality of Work Life dan Organizational Commitment terhadap Organizational Citizenship Behavior. Sebagian atau sekaligus pada karyawan Burger King cabang Jatiuwung. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode asosiatif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Pengambilan sampel sebanyak 32 orang. Teknik dan alat pengumpulan data adalah angket atau angket. Teknik analisis data deskriptif digunakan untuk menggambarkan tanggapan responden dan sebaran data, sedangkan analisis statistik inferensial digunakan untuk menguji hipotesis. Pengolahan data dibantu dengan software Microsoft Excel dan SPSS versi 25. Berdasarkan analisis saya terhadap QWL (X1), dan Komitmen Organisasi (X2) dengan OCB(Y) diperoleh hubungan yang kuat sedangkan kontribusi QWL(X1) dan Komitmen Organisasi (X2) terhadap OCB (Y) adalah 54,1%, sisanya 45,9% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain (X) yang tidak diteliti (epsilon) tetapi mempengaruhi OCB (Y), yang diduga oleh variabel QWL (X1), Komitmen Organisasi (X2) OCB (Y) dan seterusnya. Jika diproyeksikan berdasarkan uji regresi berganda maka semakin tinggi nilai QWL(X1) dan Komitmen Organisasi (X2) secara simultan pada nilai tertentu. Pengaruh secara simultan QWL(X1) dan Komitmen Organisasi (X2) terhadap OCB(Y) pada karyawan Burger King cabang Jatiuwung adalah signifikan. Secara parsial QWL(X1) berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap OCB(Y), sedangkan komitmen organisasi berpengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan terhadap OCB(Y) pada karyawan Burger King cabang Jatiuwung.Kata kunci : Quality of Work Life (QWL), Komitmen Organisasi, OCB

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji pengaruh strategi pemasaran digital terhadap peningkatan daya saing koperasi dan usaha mikro, kecil, dan menengah (UMKM), serta menganalisis peran adopsi teknologi digital sebagai variabel moderasi dalam hubungan tersebut. Perkembangan teknologi informasi dan persaingan bisnis yang semakin kompetitif di era digital menuntut koperasi dan UMKM untuk menerapkan strategi pemasaran yang lebih inovatif dan adaptif agar mampu mempertahankan eksistensi sekaligus meningkatkan keunggulan bersaing. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode survei yang melibatkan 120 responden, yaitu pengelola koperasi dan UMKM di wilayah binaan Universitas Muhammadiyah A.R. Fachruddin. Teknik pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan metode purposive sampling berdasarkan kriteria tertentu yang relevan dengan tujuan penelitian. Pengujian hipotesis dilakukan menggunakan analisis regresi berganda melalui pendekatan Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA) untuk mengetahui pengaruh moderasi variabel adopsi teknologi digital. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa strategi pemasaran digital memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap daya saing koperasi dan UMKM dengan nilai koefisien β sebesar 0,476 dan signifikansi p < 0,05. Selain itu, adopsi teknologi digital terbukti mampu memperkuat hubungan antara pemasaran digital dan daya saing dengan nilai β sebesar 0,241 dan p < 0,05. Nilai koefisien determinasi (R²) sebesar 0,641 menunjukkan bahwa model penelitian mampu menjelaskan 64,1% variasi daya saing koperasi dan UMKM secara keseluruhan.

Abstract

The global agenda for sustainable development requires the participation of the entire community, including local communities. The low entrepreneurial capacity of the community to build productive, innovative, and sustainable businesses is one of the main challenges faced by Indonesia. Micro-entrepreneurs are still very unfamiliar with business management, product innovation, marketing, and the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). Additionally, there is no international collaboration in community service programs, resulting in minimal exchange of knowledge and sustainable entrepreneurship practices. Through sustainable entrepreneurship training aligned with SDG values and international collaboration with MSU Malaysia, the aim of this activity is to enhance knowledge, skills, and motivation for entrepreneurship. Problem analysis, program design and architecture, field activity implementation, and evaluation and follow-up are the four stages that form the activity method. Between December 17 and 18, 2025, 200 people from the Baduy community attended the event in Ciboleger Village, Leuwidamar District, Lebak Regency, Banten Province. The results of the activity showed a significant increase in participants' understanding of entrepreneurship, product innovation, SDG concepts, and their desire to engage in business. Compared to the previous test, the average score of the participants increased significantly. They are also more open to business ideas that align with traditional values and environmental sustainability. A participatory approach can reduce challenges such as time constraints and variations in participants' education levels. Improving the entrepreneurial skills of the community has been shown to be a positive outcome of this initiative. This can also serve as a model for sustainable cooperation to support the achievement of SDGs at the local level.
